A great host and a great stay overall. Loved the place. It was clean and all amenities were clean and well kept. Would def come again.

Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach und gewünschte extra Leistungen, wie Einkauf von Getränken wurde ohne extra Kosten umgesetzt. Die Lage ist gut und sicherlich ruhiger als in der Nähe vom Time Square/5th Ave. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass durch die Klimageräte an den Fenstern, das Tageslicht nicht so wie in den Bildern ist und die Heizung sehr laut, was es je nach Zimmer schwierig machte zu schlafen.

The place was a 10/10, exactly what I expected. Very cozy and spacious apartment. It had everything a tourist or nomad needs. My personal favorites: the separate study and comfy beds. Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at Joseph’s place, it looks just like the photos. It’s extremely clean and quiet, Joseph is very quick to respond to any queries. Also gave clear, easy instructions about checking in, no complaints from me, will definitely stay again.

We love this place and have stayed a couple times now and already have it booked again in the future. It’s clean, convenient and for the most part quiet. The only thing we noticed this time that we haven’t in the past was when the upstairs unit has people that walk around you very clearly hear it over your head, but this is to be somewhat expected in a city environment anyway. Will definitely continue to stay here.

The WiFi is fast and reliable, perfect for Zoom calls and heavy browsing. The dedicated workspace (or well-lit dining table) offers a quiet environment, and the ergonomic chair was a big plus.

I had a great experience staying here! The host was very welcoming and always responsive to any questions I had. The apartment is well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, TV, and everything for a comfortable stay.

It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

Spent our Christmas 2024 in David's place and had a wonderful cozy time. David is helpful with all our needs, it was our family's first time in Jersey/New York, he patiently responded to all my queries. There's a huge park nearby, peacful place to walk around. Many restaurants and big groceries nearby. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the home's extra provision on necessities is an added bonus. Thank u once again!
