Ferienunterkünfte in Latium

C'est mon 4e séjour dans cet appartement où j'ai toujours un extrême plaisir à revenir. Le lieu est idéal, paisible et plein de charme dans le quartier de Rome que je préfère. L'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux avec de petites attentions laissées pour l'arrivée. J'apprécie aussi que les provisions de base - sel, huile, épices, sucre, etc - soient présentes à l'arrivée, ce qui est à la fois pratique et agréable. L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux. J'y reviendrais volontiers une 5e fois, mais hélas, son prix devient malheureusement inaccessible.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in den Abruzzen und hätten es nicht besser haben können. Die Unterkunft von Monica ist so schön und geschmackvoll, wir haben uns drinnen und draußen auf dem Terrassen sehr wohl gefühlt. Und vor allem Monica, so ein lieber und hilfsbereiter Mensch, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Danke Monica, wir hatten von Anfang an das Gefühl, daheim zu sein. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und wir haben das Frühstück und das Abendessen auf der Terrasse genossen. Und wenn es zu kalt war, war es auch drinnen sehr gemütlich. Auch das Kochen hat in der schönen Küche richtig Spaß gemacht. Sehr gute Zutaten und sogar frischen Fisch gibt es zum Beispiel im Tigre, das war "unser" Supermarkt. Das ist einer der dreien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben innerhalb einer Woche die unterschiedlichsten Landschaften und Städtchen gesehen. Beim nächsten Mal, und ja, es gibt garantiert ein nächstes Mal, werden wir etwas früher im Jahr kommen, da es schon Nachsaison war.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo magnifico posto per celebrare Capodanno e siamo felicissimi di aver fatto questa scelta! Il posto è immerso nella natura e offre delle viste spettacolari, dall’alba al tramonto. È ideale per un ritiro a contatto con la natura e sé stessi, ma anche per un soggiorno di gruppo. Pietro è un host estremamente amichevole e che mette il valore dei rapporti umani al primo posto, anche quando si viaggia. Lui e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto con prodotti locali buonissimi ( e ci ha fatto provare l’ olio dei suoi ulivi pazzesco!!) per conoscerci meglio. Pietro è sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza lenta e non stressante. Alla prossima! (Magari d’estate con la piscina aperta :-) )

A beautiful, peaceful spot in the heart of Tuscany - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Riccardo and Kate are wonderful hosts who made everything easy and made us feel right at home. The house is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need, from a comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen to a sauna and an amazing open-air hot tub. Also, one of the bonuses of this location is very low air pollution, so stargazing at night was a real highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany.

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

Świetne miejsce do spędzenia czasu bardzo blisko plaży, która na początku czerwca była prawie pusta, niemal prywatna. W pobliżu dwie plaże z płatnymi leżakami i parasolami oraz barem plażowym, także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
