Wonderful house and location

Everything about the house was great. It was tastfully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The carport was nice to park under. We did unplugged the air fresheners while we were there and the step up from the carport to the house is a bit steep. All in all we would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This was our third year at Maraya's place, and an easy choice for our trips to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Tournament at the Meadowview Conference Center -- go CIU Rams!🙌. Why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house with the works for the same cost? I like walking, and the location is less than a 15 minute walk from the Meadowview Conference Center via Oasis Lane. Not to mention that Meadowview itself is great for a beautiful stroll. Plus the neighborhood nearby the house is big enough for a 2 to 3 mile walk with very little traffic and some challenging hills to get the heart rate up.

Danny’s place was perfect for us! The location allowed easy travel to many of East Tennessee’s attractions, and really good trout fishing is only minutes away. The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had great sleep through our entire stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in this area. Special Note: The treats Danny provided in the home were awesome, and very much appreciated after a day of sightseeing and travel!

This little house is magnificent! It is well maintained, perfectly styled and equipped with all possible conveniences one needs to feel at home. Everything was very well cleaned. Information on check-in, things to do etc. are professionally set-up. The hosts were/are very helpful and answered quickly to our questions. The parking directly at the house is very practical. The house is located in a calm and quiet area & near an elementary school with some traffic in the morning and in the afternoon for pick-ups - which did not really disturb us.

This place had everything! The house is laid out nicely with large rooms, and a big fenced-in yard. Driving to Bristol's Main Street area was so easy. The house was well stocked and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Comfortable, cozy, had everything we needed, very clean, amazing location, was close to everything including ETSU which was why we were there. Yard was so beautiful to lool at. Can't wait to stay again.

Great place to stay and very quiet. It had everything I needed. Clear check-in instructions, and it was easy to come and go without the host needing to be there. Very clean! I will stay there again when in town.

we felt comfortable and secure. this apartment had all the amenitiesneeded for a full weeks stay. the bed was comfortable and our host couldn't have been any nicer. this is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back.

Vickie’s place was well decorated, clean, perfectly located in downtown, & had everything we needed! The linens were modern & comfortable, furniture was comfortable to lounge on (not the stiff cheap sofas in some places), & she provided snacks & extras in case you forget something. I will return.

Micah is the true definition of family away from family, home away from home. she make the visit worth every minute with welcoming greeting,comfort and a gift of peace when you really need it. no matter if it's the keys that you locked in your car or where can I pick up my groceries she is definitely the person to try and book your stay with

I work in Johnson City frequently and always try to stay at Catherine's place if it is available. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and has a full kitchen. She has recently upgraded the bathroom and made some very nice changes that make it even better. Off Street parking available. I would not hesitate to stay here again . Excellent price point for Johnson City. Close to restaurants and downtown activity and the campus of the university.

This place was awesome!!! Right next to one of the best restaurants/marinas I have ever been to. Cheryl was extremely nice, Very accommodating, and one of the most genuine people I have met!! The house was very clean and exactly like it was described

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

We took a trip to the mountains for some late season snowboarding. We did 1 day at Sugar Mountain (approx 20 min drive from here) and 1 day at Beech mountain (easy walk/1min drive to from here). The space worked for what we needed which ultimately was a bed to sleep in between days on the mountain. We did not use much of the space except for the toaster for morning bagels and the fridge for storing drinks. The location/access to Beech Mountain is the real selling point for this place. I'm not a fan of Airbnb's charging cleaning fees greater than $25 AND requesting that you check off cleaning tasks beyond leaving the place is a reasonable state such as putting things back where you found them, collect used towels/linens, etc but recognize this may be a personal preference. I'm happy to pay a cleaning fee but would expect to do fewer cleaning tasks at check out in exchange.

Very lovely place for our group of 4!! It was a cute and cozy studio and we were provided with almost everything we needed — missing cooking oil and chopsticks but it was no biggie. Everything looked as pictured and it was clean. The place was a little farther from the main city center, but was only 4 minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay :)

Dean was very quick to respond and our stay was wonderful. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was very spacious, neat, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be making arrangements to stay here again. Great experience! Eric

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

We absolutely loved our stay at G27 condo! We visited March 10-14 and barely saw anyone in other condos! Pleasantly surprised! The sunrise from here is incredible and the Beech Mountain community was so fun! The walk up and down the stairs from parking was totally worth it since we could load and unload directly next to it. It was clean and cozy! Thank you!

The condo was amazing. It was a recommendation from a friend and didn’t disappoint. The kitchen had all the necessities. The beds were comfy and pillows exceptional. If we come back to Banner Elk we would stay here again. It’s a perfect location between both mountains. Brian was helpful and communicative for all our needs.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The host was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, and all the amenities I needed were provided. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and feel at home.
