The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

We spent 3 nights at Ivan’s apartment and all went well. The place is as described and nicely located, very close to a beach and close to Split (also close to Split airport btw). We very much appreciated the shadowed terrace for breakfast and dinner. We recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Meer gelegen, der Strand gut fussläufig erreichbar. Am Strand gibt es aufgrund der Lage in der Bucht keine Wellen und das Wasser ist zunächst sehr flach, ideal für kleinere Kinder. Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Ankica und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

L'appartement est très spacieux et vraiment idéalement situé. La vue est absolument magnifique, levé et couché de soleil de la chambre et terrasse...dépaysement totalement. Merci à Andrea pour sa réactivité...au top !

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Thank you for having us in your appartment. It was clean, comfy, and the layout of the appartment was well planned. In the kitchen was everything we needed for coocking. The view from the balcony, which is bigger than it was expected from the pictures made our evenings great and comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and can recommend you as a host and your appartment. Keep on the good work and thank you!

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kids & 2 kleinen Hunden angereist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, alles roch sehr gut und war sauber. Die direkte Lage am Wasser war perfekt. Wir waren im Oktober dort, Wetter 11 Tage hervorragend und nur 1 Tag Regen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nachteil: Viele Mücken und leider kein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern. In unserem Fall, (wir haben sehr kleine Hunde,) diese kamen durch die Zäune.... aber das mindert trotzdem nicht den tollen Urlaub. Danke

Bruno hat sich im Vorfeld schon um alles gekümmert. Privater Transfer vom Flughafen war top. Wurde vom Bruder empfangen, der mir alles vor Ort gezeigt hat. Unterkunft war gemütlich, alles vorhanden und sauber. Alles ist in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Strand/Meer quasi vor der Türe. Tonlage. Gerne wieder.

Het huis van Irena en Branko is fantastisch. Heel ruim, schoon, volledig uitgerust, en slechts een paar trappen verwijderd van het strand. Het strand is weliswaar klein, maar alleen ons huis en het huis daarnaast maken er in werkelijkheid gebruik van. Wij waren de meeste dagen helemaal alleen op het strand. De zee is super schoon en heerlijk om in te zwemmen. Daarnaast zijn vier ligstoelen en vier parasols inbegrepen in de huur, wat uitzonderlijk is. Een van de twee slaapkamers heeft ook een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de zee! Dan nog de gastvrijheid: het is bijna onmogelijk om te beschrijven hoe lief en gastvrij Irena en Branko zijn! Als ze ons op het strand zagen liggen, boden ze meteen koffie aan. Mijn zusje en ik mochten ook gebruik maken van hun sup wanneer we wilden! Ze gaven goede tips voor restaurantjes langs de zee en waren altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Ik kan met oprechtheid zeggen dat ze vrienden zijn geworden! Thank you Irena & Branko! We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

Wir hatten bei Josipa einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und stets bemüht, alle Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Sie ist immer erreichbar und hilft sofort bei etwaigen Problemen und Bitten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, man geht über die Straße und ist schon am Meer. Eine Terrasse, auf der man herrlich sitzen kann und den Ausblick aufs Meer genießt ist inklusive. Ganz in der Nähe sind ein Bistro ( Val), welches wir sehr empfehlen können und ein Stück weiter gibt es in beide Richtungen verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, nur 1 Raum ist etwas hellhörig….zum nächsten Nachbarn. Sonst alles top.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It’s spacious and provided plenty of room to relax. The location is fantastic—nestled in a cozy and green area that’s both tranquil and beautiful. It’s just a short walk to the city center, so exploring local shops and restaurants was easy. Plus, being close to the beaches was a huge bonus; I could enjoy the sun and sea anytime I wanted. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
