Firstly, the location next to the water is beautiful, very tranquil and peaceful, but still handy for walks in the Torridon area and for facilities in Shieldaig and Torridon. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need. Excellent communication with the host. The only downside was having to leave.

Stephanie & Jordan place is absolutely beautiful. We can spend the whole day just looking at the view outside the house as it is amazing. The house is nicely decorated and in love with all the furniture and room setting. The kitchen has all the cooking equipment that we need. Stephanie & Jordan are super friendly host who provides all the check in and restaurants info. They have been very responsive to our enquiries. Overall a wonderful experience to stay here and definitely will come back again soon.

Joan was super responsive. Although her instructions were limited to 2 pages, she answered any question I had within minutes. The area is lovely and she recommended The Brewery, which is a great restaurant with a wide selection of beers brewed on the premises. She also recommended a local weaver, which was a highlight of our stay. The house had what we needed. The heating boost was easy to use.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Had a very lovely stay once again. Thankful for the tidy, spacious home and convenient location. Thanks so much Karen!!

Fiona's house Is Amazing. High levels furniture, finishing and appliances. Professionally clean. It was out perfect base To Explore the Island. Hope To come back in the future To spend more time.

We had a wonderful stay at Altavaig. The house was clean, comfortable and warm, and had everything we needed for a base to explore Skye. It's in a beautiful rural, isolated location with amazing views - a real find. I have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely like to come back one day. Many thanks

Tina's place is one of the best places we have ever stayed, the house is beautiful and the location is amazing, the views are breathtaking! The house itself has everything you need, it is well appointed and has everything you need, including thoughtful touches like local toiletries and biscuits. Tina was a great host, very communicative and helpful. We are already planning a return visit!

We had a lovely stay at Glenview! The location is ideal for hikers- right between the Old man of Storr and Quiraing hiking trailheads. In addition across the street is a walk down to a beautiful beach Brothers Point which has fossilized dinosaur prints (if you can find them at low tide!). The space itself was cozy, large comfortable king bed and large clean bathroom. The record player was a nice touch which we enjoyed in the evenings. Kirsty was very kind and gave the option to provide dinner at a cost to guests which could be helpful as most of the food options are 20 minutes away in Portree. Overall we had a great stay!

This place is amazing value and so much more than a B&B with private access and plenty of space, a very comfy bed and sofa. Christine and Howard are lovely hosts who make you feel really welcome and are on hand if you need anything but also respect your privacy. The welcome hamper is the best I've ever seen and was all much appreciated, and the kitchen was stocked with a wide range of breakfast cereals and tea and coffee. The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location with views of sea and mountains at the front and easy access to Big Sand beach through the nearby campsite, yet only a short drive from all that Gairloch has to offer (my personal happy place being The Mountain bookshop and cafe!)

We had a lovely couple of days break at Ian’s. He greeted us and gave us all the information we would need for a quick check in. If you enjoy quirky, scenic, historic, picturesque accommodation and timeless scenery, this is the place for you. We have two dogs and they absolutely loved it! Great skies at night and the hot tub wasn’t too shabby either. The best quirk is the floating bridge which in certain weather conditions can be fun. It offers a unique and playful side to this wonderful look back to a time when things were “simpler”.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Catherine und Jeff war perfekt! Das Airbnb ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir wurden von Jeff begrüßt und er hat uns direkt Tipps für unsere Tage auf Skye gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit beiden war sehr einfach und freundlich. Bei gutem Wetter kann man den Sonnenaufgang durch das große Fenster sehen, das war wunderschön! Wir können das Airbnb zu 110% weiterempfehlen

We stayed 4 nights during HebCelt. The apartment is in a perfect location with everything in walking distance. There is ample parking available and everything that you could possibly wish for in the apartment. Everything was extremely clear, WiFi was fast. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This is a MUST stay while visiting lewis & Harris. Most beautiful location with easy access. Had the most relaxing and peaceful stay here and can’t recommend enough. The decor is lovely and has everything you need. Could sit and look at the window all day. Going to miss hugely having my morning coffee watching the white tailed eagles outside.

Better than the description or photos…Marion’s place is just a couple minutes drive (or short walk) from the ferry. So it’s super convenient when coming from the mainland. Also, it’s right along the water, so you have a lovely view. Marion was very accommodating with my last minute booking, which was so helpful on a stressful trip. All in all it is a cosy flat with a responsive host that is conveniently located and cuter than in the photos.

The flat was exactly what we needed for an extra unexpected week in Stornoway. Amy was really helpful throughout. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Brillliant communication from Sam, along with a great welcome on a dark wet and windy night - having the heating on was a bonus! Super start to our NC500 trip!

Oh wow! This is one of the best Airbnb we have ever been to. Everything was fantastic: the place as such is SUPER comfy (…still dreaming about this living room), very big, super well equipped. The views are breathtaking. The location is minutes from the most pristine Red Point beach. You feel far away from the world and yet in the most comfortable cocoon. Sam was a great host, friendly, and very clear and responsive. A gem!

Even with chilly and inclement weather, Lewis is absolutely gorgeous and has beautiful ancient sites and beaches. We had the pleasure of staying at Marie's place while on a van tour. It was very clean and we were able to use the washer for our clothes. A very comfortable bed and a nice shower. Marie was very communicative and I appreciated that. A nice snack basket was provided including some eggs and crumpets which were a breakfast lifesaver, and the nearby local co-op grocers was great. Felt very homey, and the fireplace was a great comfort. Overall would recommend staying here for a trip to Storonway!
