El departamento de Giovanna tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Todo se puede hacer caminando o con viajes de Uber muy económicos. El departamento es espectacular. Tiene todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Y tiene 4 baños!! Muy pero muy recomendable.

This apartment is centrally located and close to many restaurants and only a few blocks away from the beach. There is a lot of activity due to it being right next to the Metro station which adds to the lively feel of the apartment. The doorman and doorwoman of the building are super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed them. The apartment itself was very clean and Lea was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful Stay Lea.

A hospedagem é muito agradável e fiel às fotos. A localização também é excelente e próxima a vários atrativos, além de ter vistas lindíssimas. Recomendo fortemente e pretendo voltar!

Local conforme a descrição anunciada. Excelente localização, próximo tanto à praia de Copacabana quanto de Ipanema, com diversas opções de bares e restaurantes próximos. Local seguro, com porteiro 24h. E a anfitriã respondia rapidamente e era proativa quanto às informações. Excelente custo-benefício.

Minha estadia neste apartamento em Ipanema foi simplesmente fantástica! Desde o momento da reserva até o check-out, tudo foi impecável. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida e eficiente, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias e se mostrando sempre disponível para qualquer dúvida. O apartamento em si é um charme. Decorado com muito bom gosto, é extremamente confortável, limpo e bem equipado. Encontrei tudo o que precisei para uma estadia perfeita, desde utensílios de cozinha completos até roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. A internet funcionou perfeitamente durante toda a minha estadia. No entanto, o grande destaque deste apartamento é, sem dúvida, a vista para o Cristo Redentor. Acordar todas as manhãs e tomar um café com aquela imagem icônica ao fundo era simplesmente mágico. As fotos não fazem jus à beleza da paisagem, que se torna ainda mais especial ao entardecer.

We liked very much to stay in Sergio's apartment which is situated at the brink of the atlantic rainforest and near to the Gavea rock. Sergio wellcomed us with tropical fruits and juice and informed us about the surrounding area . The apartment is quite and we had once during our 2 1/2 weeks stay the visit of a "Sagui"-monkey family on the balcony which was very interesting and amazing. There was also a charming cat always waiting for us on the balcony in the morning when we woke up and in the evening when we came home begging for some delicious food other than she got from Sergio. To walk to the Joatinga beach you need around 20 minutes and the last stretch is quite steep and slippery. Therefore It is better to go there with tennis shoes than with flip flops. We were very satisfied with the apartment and Sergio as host.

Eu recomendo este alojamento: é limpo, fiel às fotos e muito bem localizado. O bairro é tranquilo.

Estava meio receoso sobre o Rio de Janeiro, mas com as dicas e indicações do Paulo que foi muito gentil e nos indicar um taxista de confiança. Ficamos super a vontade. O AP comportou a família toda, 5 pessoas, como descrito no anúncio e fotos. Agora a cereja do bolo foi o Sr Ribamar, administrador do imóvel. Sempre prestativo, educado e gentil. A melhor experiência em estadia. Parabéns ao Paulo e ao Riba, se me permite o chamar assim. Não só anfitrião junto com o Paulo mas agora tbm um amigo. Abraço aos anfitriões..

O espaço correspondia exatamente com a descrição. O apartamento é antigo, mas tem tudo que você precisa. Santa Teresa é um charme a parte. Por fim, um destaque especial para o João que foi um anfitrião super solícito e flexível, o que tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais agradável.

Michael is an awesome host and this is a second year where I stayed at one of his properties during the carnival. The place is well kept and there are great thoughtful touches to the place, like clips for hanging out laundry on the balcony, the convenient washing machine in the bathroom, the hammock that we enjoyed more often than we expected and so much more. His tips for the best blocos were appreciated as well.

Excelente localização. Próximo a restaurantes. Apartamento impecável com banheira e móveis rústicos, confortável. A anfitriã respondia rápido. Como viajo com criança, a cozinha pra mim é importante, e a do apartamento era bem completa. Icarai costuma alagar em períodos de chuva e essa era uma preocupação, mas a vaga do apartamento fica no segundo andar não havendo riscos relacionados a alagamento. Tive ótima estadia

This place was absolutely stunning to stay in, the view from the bed waking up each morning was exactly what I had hoped it would be, also the pool was such a special touch. We worried about the noise from the airport as had been previously put off by reading a previous review on here, However this is absolutely not an issue, the planes were not that loud and dont come in all the time and when we did see them come in, it was quite fun to watch them land. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a special private place to retreat for a week or so. thank you so much

Vanessa is an AMAZING host, super accommodating and friendly. The house is STUNNING! If you are traveling to Rio, Brazil, you MUST stay here! Check in was smooth, walking distance from the best restaurants, safe neighborhood, clean house, everything was lovely. If i could, i would leave this place 10 Stars!!!

El departamento es muy bello! La vista por sobretodo! Levantarte y acostarte con la vista al mar y el sonido de las olas, no tiene precio. Todo es idéntico a las fotografías. Fuimos dos adultos y un menor de 7 años, cada habitación con su baño totalmente independiente un ambiente de otro, lo cual nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. En mi opinión es un dpto para máximo 4 personas si quisieran comodidad e intimidad. La cocina súper completa! María es una gran y amorosa anfitriona. Siempre se preocupó por nosotros. Las camas fueron muy cómodas! Lo único para recomendar y mejorar sería el estado de las sábanas y fundas de almohadas. Se notaba que ya tenían mucho tiempo de uso. Gracias María! Espero poder volver pronto!

Miguel excelente anfitrión. Nos mandamos mensajes y coordinamos el check in. El servicio de recepción estaba esperando con el departamento listo. El departamento estaba según las fotos. La calidad de los servicios y el equipamiento todo nuevo. No le falta nada. Servicio de limpieza excelente. Ingreso del edificio con reconocimiento facial y puerta del departamento con código. Ideal para viajeros con familia. La ubicación en el corazón de Copacabana cruzas la calle (50 mts) y estas en la playa.

Ninna's apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rio de Janeiro. The place was clean and well presented and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for 5 of us. We loved the living area, fabulous views from the balconies and how safe it felt. We had no issues getting taxis and it's well situated to access anything you might want to see in Rio. We enjoyed getting pizza from Mamma Rosa at the bottom of the road one evening. There's a decent shop a short walk away if you need to buy groceries too. I would definitely stay here again.
