Unser Aufenthalt im Colle ai Lecci war einfach traumhaft! Das gesamte Areal liegt idyllisch inmitten der toskanischen Hügel und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Umgebung – perfekt für eine Auszeit in der Natur. Das typisch toskanische Flair des Anwesens hat uns sofort verzaubert. Das stilvolle, geräumige Apartment trägt die Handschrift der Gastgeber, die als Architekten jedes Detail durchdacht haben – es ist modern, aber mit viel Charme. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, stets darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Besonders schön fanden wir den Gemeinschaftsbereich mit der Honesty Bar, die zum gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Capito, ecco una versione più semplice: Abbiamo passato un mese fantastico a casa di Stefano, dove ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L’appartamento è comodo, ben attrezzato e in una posizione ideale per esplorare Lucca. Stefano e la sua famiglia sono stati ospiti eccezionali, sempre disponibili e pieni di ottimi consigli. Abbiamo anche condiviso una bella cena. Consigliatissimo!

Great location, close to local spots, food market, great cafes and restaurants. Nicola was very helpful and flexible, we had a great stay and would come back!

L'alloggio è magnifico e tenuto benissimo, pulito e super accogliente. È un po' fuori mano ma noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio per la posizione isolata e immersa nella natura; in ogni caso con mezz'ora di macchina si arriva in diversi posti meravigliosi. Nicola è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Raccomando vivamente un soggiorno qui, è rigenerante!!

Le logement était conforme à la description. Les instructions d'Alessio étaient très claires .Nous avons très apprécié la vidéo pour l'accès. Logement très propre,bien équipé à 2 pas du centre historique. Alessio est un hôte très réactif. Nous recommandons très vivement ce logement pour les voyageurs qui veulent découvrir Lucca. This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Mario’s place was clean, comfortable and safe. Exceptionally clean and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom was super comfortable with lots of clothes storage. Building very secure and close to bus and tram stops. Easy walk into Florence city center. We stayed a month and loved this place, very responsive hosts even when we locked ourselves out. Hosts were so kind and hospitable. One of our best Airbnb stays.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Roberto per un weekend per visitare i mercatini di Natale. La casa è un appartamento molto grande e completo di tutto, in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro storico. Roberto è stato molto disponibile e ha risposto prontamente a dubbi e domande da parte nostra. Ci ritorneremo

Der Besuch in Volterra war hervorragend. Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Name Casa mosaico passte absolut. Das Bad war ein Traum in Türkis. Wunderschöne Mosaikspiegel, von der Gastgeberin handgearbeitet, hingen an der Wand. Corinna ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden sehr gerne noch einmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con le nostre figlie adolescenti ed i nostri animali. L'alloggio è molto pulito e confortevole in una zona tranquilla con posto auto personale. Facile da raggiungere. Ha tutto ciò che occorre per poter soggiornare ed abbiamo anche trovato caffè, necessario per la colazione dei primi giorni, olio, sale e tutto l'indispensabile. Alessandro ci ha premesso di arrivare prima dell'orario previsto per il check in e siamo stati accolti da suo padre, una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo visitato una parte della Toscana sempre splendida e, complice anche il bel tempo, sono stati giorni meravigliosi. Sicuramente da tornarci e da consigliare. Grazie Alessandro di tutto.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

En el departamento nos sentimos muy cómodas, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es buena a 3 cuadras de la parada del bus 1A que te deja en la estación del tranvía Strozzy-Fsllaci que te lleva a la estación María Nouvella en Florencia. Hay un supermercado cerca , el barrio tranquilo y bonito.

Muy buen departamento para visitar Florencia, limpio, cómodo y preciso. Barrio tranquilo y cercano a supermercado y bus que conecta con el centro, que incluso es transitable caminando.

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! The location is perfect—close to everything—and being on the first floor made it super convenient, especially if you prefer not to use the elevator. What we loved the most was how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. Everything we needed was right there. Thank you, Luca, for making our stay smooth and easy. Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.
