The Hobbit house was amazing and peaceful. Could have stayed longer . Worth every penny! . Easy check in , everything was operational in the home so we dis not have to communicate much to the host kaci. If you’re looking for a nice retreat , this is the place.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. The only problem is that we couldn’t go out to the back yard back of the neighbors’ dog barking.

Over all the home was very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room for my family to sit and relax. The kitchen was nice. The range is amazing. The owner was responsive to our questions. I was appreciative they decorated for Christmas.

Perla and Chris have a beautiful home that we were able to stay in for about 4 months after we had a flood at our own house. The house was perfect for us, with lots of activities and games for the kids to play. They were responsive to any questions we had and helped us work through issues with our insurance company. I highly recommend the house for everyone, and especially advise it for any long stays!

We had a wonderful week at Johnny’s house. My husband worked nearby while I relaxed at home. Everything in the house made for a very comfortable stay, and we had everything we needed. I spent a couple enjoyable afternoons outside by the pool, and took a long walk around the neighborhood every day. Quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood that is close to everything! I cannot emphasize enough how at home and welcomed we felt here. Spacious rooms, plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Perfect for a family! Well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make three meals a day. Appliances are new and easy to use. The use of the garage was a nice bonus. Johnny was extremely accommodating and both he and Michelle were easy and friendly to communicate with. A true gem in Fresno!

Easy to find and looks exactly like the photos. My dogs and I had a great stay. Even though the street is quite busy, I didn't hear traffic at all at night and slept soundly. Overall, would recommend!

I’m very pleased with the home , everything inside look clean and comfortable! Love gated community, it feel secure especially when it’s my first time stay in Reno My son love the home especially after competition, he needs comfortable place , bed to rest ! Price is good , i suppose plan to stay in hotel but price wise i will pay the same but i will get safe better community and bigger space ! The host is very friendly and responsive! Give very clear instructions! I will stay there again if we have competition in Fresno

Salvador’s place was just as described on his listing. Big beautiful spacious home. Inside of home made me feel just at home. Master bedroom was huge and the bed was so comfortable. There was a pool in the backyard but we didn’t use to it being a cold weekend. Check in process was easy and host was responsive with any questions or concerns. The house is located in a nice quiet neighbor. Felt very safe. Also plenty of parking. Definitely will come back during the summer to enjoy the pool. Highly reccomend!

Melissa was a great host, very responsive and easy to speak with. The stay was peaceful and the check in was so easy, she had two different kennels to choose from to put our two dogs in that were more than big enough for both of them which I found very convenient. There was a fire pit that we used and plenty of extra wood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very well kept and clean. The stay was overall a great experience, I would 10/10 recommend this Airbnb if you don’t mind staying in an RV and would definitely stay again myself! Thank you Melissa!

This was our first Airbnb experience. It was much more convenient than booking multiple hotel rooms in the area for our family of six. The neighborhood is well established and felt safe. We noticed families utilizing the nearby, nicely paved walking trail that is also biking friendly. There are many restaurants and shopping centers a short distance from the home. The host was friendly and quick to reply to our questions via the app. The photos are true to the actual location. It was very clean and comfortable. The television was not working during our weekend stay, but the host let us know that it was going to be fixed the following Monday. Definitely looking forward to booking more with Airbnb in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Anneka’s place! It was very private, quiet, and relaxing. The house was much roomier than expected and very cute. We appreciated how communicative and friendly Anneka was throughout the stay. Thank you we will try to stay again next time we come if it’s available!

My family and I stayed at Jing’s home for a wedding we were attending at nearby Fort Washington Country Club. The house was perfect and just like the photos. We appreciated the minimalist decor and not constantly feeling like our kids were going to knock things over, get into random stuff, etc. Jing is super responsive and a sweet host! Perfect location for a single traveler, or a cozy couple. I loved every bit of this place. Easy, safe location with in-front parking. Private fenced in patio which was PERFECT as I was travelling with my dog. While small, the compact organization was masterful. I actually snapped some pictures so I could remember what I loved and try to replicate it at home. Every detail was considered and well executed. Even a card and nice welcome basket upon my arrival! Five stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage in the heart of Old Fig. Quiet, and comfortable and a spacious studio. Will certainly come back next time I need a room in Fresno. Heather was very responsive. Excellent hosts.

Stayed at Edward’s Airbnb in Clovis for a work trip as we were expanding our company’s territory. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and great for accessing the areas we were servicing. The space itself was clean, spacious, and had more than enough room for our team. We especially appreciated how easy it was to park all our cars and how close it was to some great food spots. The neighborhood was nice, and we met some really cool people during our stay. Overall, the stay was fantastic. Edward was a great host, and everything was well organized and professional. Would definitely recommend this spot for any work trips or group stays.
