Phil was an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive. His place is amazing and very clean. The building was nice and clean and very quiet. The tenants were super nice and friendly. I will definitely be using Phil again and I highly recommend him and his place.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

My husband and I I were in town for a concert at Fishers Event Center. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants and the walking trails nearby. This was our first trip to Fishers and would love to come back. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as described! Prime time spot to everything in downtown Indy! Would definitely stay again!

Great location and walkable to the convention center. Kitchen was perfect and had nice wine glasses and martini glasses too! Our host was quick to replace the battery on the door lock so we wouldn’t come back to the apt and not be able to get in. The only negative was the VERY STRONG smell of marijuana coming from the neighbor’s apt. I mean that guy must smoke it up all day. The smell made its way to this apt but we saw the lovely essential oil diffuser and found the oils so conquered the smell with a little orange blossom scent. We would definitely come back for another stay.

RoJoe’s place was exactly like the pictures, in fact it felt larger. It’s right in heart of downtown with several restaurants in walking distance. I was there for a game and Lucas Oil Stadium was a short walk. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in Indy.

Briana's place was perfect. She responded immediately, when I had a question. Check-in was super easy. The building (and neighborhood) felt very safe. It was just a few blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was clean and had everything I needed. My favorite thing was how comfortable all the furniture was. The chair and couch, in the living room, were great; but that may have been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. This is the third rental I've stayed in, in this building, and it was, by far, my favorite.

I’ve been renting bnb’s for a while now. I’m never disappointed. I was nervous cause I wasn’t sure of the neighborhood. Once I got there I felt very secure. The furnace/water heater made noises that scared me a lot, but overall, I will rent here everytime I’m in Indy. She was very nice when it was time for me to leave and needed extra time. She responded at 1-2am. I made sure I made sure I gave her back her apt just like she gave it to me. Very clean lol. Thanks for the great experience!

Extremely clean, perfectly kid friendly with baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and fully fenced back yard. We had a great stay for my daughter’s birthday, not far from the children’s museum.

Anastasia’s place was very clean comfortable and quiet. Place was just as described in the photos. Would definitely recommend.

Adam's home is a beautifully updated space - very inviting and looks exactly like the pictures. It was mild early March weather and we especially enjoyed the backyard! We had never stayed in Windsor Park, it is a fun and eclectic neighborhood. Although we prefer Broad Ripple, we always felt safe and enjoyed walking to Mass Avenue and The Garage.

Great spot. VERY clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. I was in town for an event at the high school my kids were participating in, so this location was ideal for that.

My son and I had a great "mommy/son" getaway here at Cobb Cabin. It could easily have hosted our family of 5 as well, with comfy floor mattresses and a convertible couch. It was quiet and clean, and had everything we needed and more. The Children's Museum and Monon area playground and pool were a short drive away, and groceries were just a few miles down the road. We had tons of games at our disposal and there really wasn't anything Kym hadn't thought of to make our stay great! The only note I have is that if you prefer a firmer mattress, use the super-comfy one that is in the room, and not the luxuriously soft king-size bed that my son slept like a baby in! (provided a variety of pillow sizes and lots of comfy blankets too - so we were both comfy and slept well. Kym was blazingly fast at responding to any issues (real or imagined!) and we had a wonderful stay! I highly reccommend!

A great place in the heart of Broad Ripple! Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

Super clean and beautiful space! It is close to an active railroad tract, however did not bother my parents or my daughter and I one bit! I would come back and stay here anytime I’m back in Indie! Such a beautiful space!

This place is beautiful and spacious, Joanne is friendly and helpful (and sometimes downstairs at the chocolate shop), and flexible. Highly recommended, especially if you need access to Carmel.

We had such a fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Christy was so helpful and accommodating, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

Was the perfect Airbnb for a quick getaway. James was super communicative and the place felt just like home. Parking was super easy, plenty of food, and walkable. Will be staying here again next time we’re in the Indy area

We went to a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and Amanda's place was perfect for that. Easy walking distance to the stadium. There are also a couple of very nice restaurants on the same street. We will definitely return when we go to any other event at the stadium.

Nice area, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Condo was very nice. Definitely a great place to stay near downtown Indianapolis!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

This was by far one of the best air bnb experiences we’ve ever had! I never had to contact the host because her check in instructions were explained in depth, she used my phone number as the entry code, and getting inside was seamless!!! If you are considering staying here, do not hesitate!!!! Two great bedrooms with two fantastic bathrooms, a stylish kitchen with everything you need, comfy couch in the living room and a full sized washer and dryer. EVERYTHING is great.
