Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

This was my second time staying at Tam's place and it was just as great as the first time! A lovely quiet spot and Tam is a great host.

A friendly and helpful host with a wonderful place to stay. A very peaceful location, you wouldn't know there were others living in the accommodation above. Great for access downtown without all the hustle and bustle of staying in the city. Only a 10 minute walk to the station. The train to Grand Central is $25 single at peak time. The only thing I will point out on that note is MaryLee's place is at the top of a rather steep hill. Fine for heading out in the morning but after a long day walking around can be a less exciting prospect to walk back up!

Claudia’s place was lovely and perfect for our family of four’s weekend trip. We were impressed with how spacious the apartment was. It was very clean and was stocked with anything a guest may need during their stay. Claudia provided detailed directions for check in and for the heating system. We would definitely stay again! I Just want to say that this place has such a home feel to it that I did not expect, but was pleasantly surprised! Very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the privacy fence as well and the fact everything was just a few blocks away. My kids and wife had no problem getting settled in and comfortable. We would without a doubt stay again if we are ever back in the area! Thanks again Wilson, Great job!

Don’t be fooled by exterior or location, This unit is absolutely amazing. Very modern and updated. Amazing back yard, parking can be difficult but the stay is worth it. Will definitely repeat 💪🏽

Space was perfect for what I needed. Love the area and look forward to staying there again. Kitchen was great for meal preparation and was just what I needed.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Carol was a great host, friendly and always available to answer questions. Carol even kindly helped re-route packages that arrived for us after our departure. I would recommend the property to anybody looking to stay in the area or to be close to the surrounding areas.

Suhas was a great host. Unfortunate circumstances with the guest before me but Suhas let me know immediately about that issue and helped ensure that we would not have to check in too late as they dealt with the issue. The house was very nice, great decoration and furniture, it really felt like a home. The kitchen had the bare essentials - would have preferred if there was a bit more in terms of cups and mixing bowls and other things. But still we were able to manage with all the cooking we needed to do. If planning on cooking or baking things here, be prepared to grab a few things. But Walmart is nice and close.

Solid home in a quiet residential neighborhood, accommodated eight adults for a 3-day funeral trip without being the least bit cramped. Roland was a marvelous host and went out of his way to make sure our group's needs were met during this tough time. The driveway leads to behind-house parking that holds 3 cars easily (the turn might be tight for a very large vehicle). Everything is (unobtrusively) labeled which is super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Maritza was an amazing host. So kind and responsive very quickly. Her air bnb was also so adorable and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you desire. The living room couches are super comfortable and the bedrooms are nice and quiet! We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again when returning to Stamford.

The house was perfect for my family. Three generations and there was a place for everyone. The beds were comfy! Thanks Robin.

I was in the area for a month, splitting my time between Brooklyn and South Jersey. East Brunswick was close to major highways and I was familiar with the area Denise greeted me when I arrived. she and her daughter made sure I had what I needed and that I felt comfortable in the apartment. The month flew by. A great stay, a new grandson, great time with our granddaughter, and food and laughter with friends. Thank you Denise for making me feel at home!

A great stay, close to NYC, with great hosts!

The apartment was beautiful - just like the pictures. Mo was very easy to contact, very friendly and always in touch with us to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely stay there again.

I love the stay in Ken’s place. The instructions are super clear , and the place is easy to find. Close to everything you need (grocery, path station to NYC, coffee shop downstairs). Also the place is well equipped with everything (all the things we will need to cook a fine dinner, computer to work) . I will definite chose the place again for both business and leisure

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Had a very nice stay. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend. I hope to stay here in my future visits to Hoboken NJ.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans cet appartement. Comme cela est déjà mentionné dans pleins de commentaires, la vue est à couper le souffle… nous passions de longs moments le soir à contempler les lumières des building et le matin a regarder le soleil se lever sur newyork depuis le salon… Les hôtes sont particulièrement réactifs et très sympathiques. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec l une des fenêtres du salon (que j avais du mal à fermer) et Kenia nous a tout de suite proposer de passer pour voir d ou venait le soucis… nous avons pu faire connaissance et échanger pendant quelques minutes. Vraiment un super endroit avec de super hôtes :) Merci encore pour votre accueil et vos conseils !

Victor’s was a great host, he was very friendly, attentive, and was always available every time we needed to get a hold of him. The place was very nice, very clean, and in a great neighborhood. We traveled with our two dogs and we all felt like we were right at home. We would definitely recommend his place.
