Had a great overnight stay in the apartment Will definitely be back so much to do around the entire area. Quiet little spot able to walk to get some spot coffee in the morning was a nice addition. Parking was easy and organized and the apartment is best described as spotless; super clean. Friendly hosts and will be adding to my list of stay agains.

I have stayed here multiple times and will keep going back. A great space in a great location!!

Golam was an amazing host, he made me feel like I was in my hometown, he also help me to drive to store when needed and always willing to help me with questions regarding location and whatever I needed during my stay, amazing person. About the place, It was very clean, always smelling so good because they used air refreshened, bathroom was very clean, he gave me couple of clean towels and cleaning products. The place match the pictures posted, so the information provided for the host is accurate. The room was also clean, with clean sheets, clean blankets and not dust I could find. Finally, kitchen was very clean and they have some pots and dishes you can use if you are planning to cook. I do not have any bad comments, my experience there was wonderful and I truly recommended this place to stay.

A wonderful place to stay perfect for two people! We walked into a warm and cozy apartment that smelled wonderful. Thom sent clear check-in/parking instructions including local restaurants. The apartment was clean and the kitchen stocked with kitchen tools. While we didn't spend a lot of time there, it was a perfect retreat at the end of the day. We would stay again if the opportunity presented itself! One note that is no reflection on the space, it can get a bit noisy as it is located on a Main Street and also close to train tracks and the fire station.

After arriving in Buffalo for a weekend with the family, we arrived at a horrific vrbo location. This was very stressful and was looking for something very last minute that would fit our family. I reached out to this listing to request booking and heard back within 15 minutes. They were responsive and kind. The price was good and the location was great within distances to downtown Buffalo an Highmark Stadium. I was thrilled with the response and communication. Arriving at the Airbnb thrilled us even more. It was so clean and the instructions to access were helpful and accurate. We enjoyed our stay and had fun using the ping pong table in the basement. The cleanliness was top notch and they even were kind enough to leave a few snacks and coffee pods. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. This came as such a huge relief after our prior experience. I would definitely recommend booking with them for a stay in Buffalo.

Great little cottage in a beautiful location, convenient and cozy! House was so well stocked and very clean!

A group of us were here for a Buffalo Bills game and long weekend and we all had a great stay. The location is right on the lake with unbeatable, gorgeous views. Plenty of outdoor space with a deck, chairs, gas grill, fire pit and small patio. The weather was great, so we did spend a lot of time outside. The house is large, well-appointed and spotless. Usually, it's difficult to please everyone in a large group, we had 14, but there were no complaints, and everyone had a wonderful stay.

This is our second stay with Adrian & Ashlee and it was excellent just as expected! The space was exactly as described and great for our family!! We will definitely stay with them again in the future!

A Comforting Stay at Joanne's Lake View Property We recently stayed at Joanne's beautiful lake view property during a difficult time for our family, as we were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. We were truly grateful for the comfort and space the house provided. With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, everyone had their own privacy, but we also enjoyed gathering in the spacious living areas. The stunning lake views created a peaceful atmosphere that helped us reflect and share memories. Joanne was incredibly kind and supportive, checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more comforting. In a time of sadness, Joanne's property felt like a refuge for our family, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to be together. We highly recommend it!
