Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Elis

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

Bellissima casa in una splendida posizione e con una vista mozzaffiato. Per non parlare dell accesso diretto al mare, meraviglioso. Spero di poter tornare.

Dieses Haus ist fast wie aus einem Film, der Architekt hat es so gebaut, dass man einen tollen Blick in alle Richtungen hat, immer auf einer der Terrassen Schatten ist und immer eine frische Meerbriese durchs Haus weht. Es ist nur ein paar Schritte vorbei an Tavernen vom Strand entfernt, ruhig gelgen, und die Minimercados sind auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Man ist für sich und doch mitten drin. Tonia ist ein Schatz und super zu erreichen, das ist ein Ort wo Erinnerungen geschaffen werden können. Absolut zu empfehlen, fast unwirklich schön. Und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort und das Haus strahlt einen kolonialen Charme aus, besonders wenn man Abends auf einer der Terrassen sitzt und die Sterne zählt. Es ist Platz für Mann, Maus und Auto... für Kinder ein Paradis und für Eltern ein Gelegeheit mit Familie zu entspannen. Wir sind das zweite mal in dem Haus gewesen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Tonia, für Alles.

A beautiful place, the interior design was very stylish indeed; the location was pretty. The place was well equipped, the bed fantastically comfortable. Adamantia was immensely helpful and quick to respond to questions. I was sad to leave!

Nikki was an excellent host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The outside area was excellent and very spacious with our favourite feature being the outdoor shower! The inside was great for sleeping, was well air-conditioned which was a must on the hot days and was very clean! Overall, my group really enjoyed our stay 😊

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht wunderschön. Im Umfeld gab es viele Tavernen mit sehr leckerem Essen. Matina war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Ihre Familie arbeitet im Café nebenan und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Reinigungskraft war auch sehr lieb und hat tolle Arbeit geleistet. Sehr gastfreundliche und bemühte Menschen.

Quando leggi l'annuncio e le recensioni non puoi immaginare cosa voglia dire essere affacciati sul mare... Bisogna esserci e vedere che il mare è proprio sotto di te e lo puoi sentire in ogni momento della giornata. È come essere in barca. L'appartamento ha un bell'angolo cortura con soggiorno a vetrate e quindi con una bellissima vista con tramonto che si può godere anche naturalmente dalla bella terrazza uscendo dalla quale e facendo alcuni gradini si scende in acqua ed a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia. Una bella e simpatica esperienza passare alcuni giorni nella casa di Jenny!!

Everything was good and as described. Garbage taken out and room cleaned daily and any requests we had were quickly responded to by the host. The beach down the stairs turned out to be a very positive surprise. Fine sand, shallow water for a long distance, and well covered from winds was perfect for swimming with a small child. Very nice view from the terrace and the yard. Thank you very much we had a great stay and wholeheartedly recommend to anybody!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub! Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet worden und auch das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ! Fühlten uns rund um die Uhr sehr wohl . Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre und man kann hier wirklich abschalten ! Mit dem Taxi oder Auto kann man die Gegend erkunden ! Ein paar Minuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt !

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

The Villa was clean and tidy, and although the sea was a little choppy, still beautiful and worth a dip. The pool was refreshing whilst sunbathing. Nicos was so kind and avaliable at all times to help with recommendations, he even delivered us breakfast pastries one morning. We had a fabulous holiday, thankyou

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

j'ai pu passer une semaine de qualité dans ce logement fidèle à sa description. nous avions loué une voiture et il est possible de se garer sur place. si certains guides indiquent qu'il est possible de se déplacer à pied ou en bus, nous recommandons d'avoir un véhicule. il est possible d'en louer à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du logement. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had a fantastic week at Sakis’ villa. The villa was cleaned daily, and the pool was always maintained as well. The sea, with a small, lovely beach, is just around the corner. However, we still recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Sakis was always available with valuable tips, and we enjoyed the service at his restaurant next door, which had great coffee and delicious food. Sakis also rented a boat for us directly, and everything worked out perfectly. We are very grateful for the wonderful week and will definitely recommend the villa.

Wir Waren das erstemal in diesem Traum - Haus in Zakynthos . Die Bilder auf Airbnb haben uns schon sehr beeindruckt , aber das was uns in der Realität erwartet hat , noch schöner .. ein absoluter Traum ! Und dies ist noch zu wenig um in Worte zu beschreiben wie es wirklich ist … Vaso hat uns so freundlich in empfang genommen , und immer mal wider nachgefragt ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles passt . Vaso ist der absolute Hammer , zu jeder Zeit sofort erreichbar , wenn wir Tipps brauchten ist sie sofort hielfsbereit auf uns eingegangen , ein warer Engel . Als wir Abend s um 20.00 Uhr ankamen war de Kühlschrank bestückt mit Kleinigkeiten damit wir unsere Ferien ohne Hunger und Durst sofort starten konnten . Morgends stand ich jeden Morgen früh auf um den Traumhaften Sonnenaufgang zu bestaunen . Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben , aber es würde zu keinem Ende führen … wir sind Alle traurig das die Woche zu schnell zu Ende ging . Wir werden aufjedenfall wider kommen ..

We were attending a wedding at The Balcony Hotel so this villla was perfect as it's no more than a 30 second walk! Myreen was so attentive, arranging airport transfers and accommodating a slightly later check out for us before we arrived. We were picked up by a friendly driver at the airport who took us safely to the villa. The villa was easy to access and felt homely as soon as we walked in. Lovely furnishings and greek styling throughout. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd been left several bottles of water, eggs, fruit juice, milk, fruit all of which was handy. We were able to make ourselves breakfast without having to rush out to the local shop the next morning. It's a short walk to the beach, nearest shop and only a little further to some excellent restaurants. The pool area is lovely and a perfect place for a refreshing dip. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and admire the sea views! Highly recommended a stay here!

Great calm water, sandy beach right in front of the place which was perfect for our family. Explored whole island and could not find better beach. Car is needed to get around and explore island. Parking is included and right in front of your door made it convenient to get in and out. Cozy beach bar steps away was nice. AC works well. Kitchen had most items needed for cooking breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again on next visit.

Tolles, luxuriöses Haus mit sehr viel Platz und großem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr schöne Aussicht. Edward war immer erreichbar und sehr hilsbereit. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den vier Hunden, die auch am Grundstück wohnen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Het verblijf in het strandhuis was perfect, het was elke dag heerlijk genieten van de zon, strand en zee. De voorzieningen in en om het huis waren goed. Locatie van het huis was voor ons ook goed dichtbij het centrum Pyrgos, Katakolo en Olympia.

Appartement au top !!!! nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire à Zante ! Face à la mer, juste le rêve ! Et mention spécial pour Spyros qui nous a fait des recommandations sur mesure pour éviter les lieux touristiques ! C était vraiment formidable !

Tres bel environnement soigné avec ces 4 maisons individuelles. Le tout très bien entretenu. Espaces communs tres agreables tout en gardant son indépendance. Maisons au bord de la mer avec acces direct, et aménagement au bord de l eau. Notre maison était tres confortable, moderne et de bon goût. Espace extérieur privé. Tres belle vue depuis la chambre. Service de menage en milieu de semaine apprécié. Tout le personnel est au petit soin et tres attentif. Quant à Dimitra, notre hôte, elle a été notre guide tout le long du sejour avec beaucoup d attention et de bienveillance. Une tres jolie adresse. Nul doute que nous reviendrons !

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

Αρχικά η επικοινωνία με την Ελένη ήταν εξαιρετική. Άμεση στις ερωτήσεις μας, μας έδωσε κάθε πληροφορία για το σπίτι ευγενικότατη και φιλική. Σε συνδυσμό με την υποδοχή που είχαμε από τους Μαίρη & Γιώργο, μας έκανε πραγματικά να νοιώσουμε μέλη της οικογένειας τους. Το σπίτι, πρόκειται για έναν χώρο που φαίνεται ότι είναι φτιαγνένος με μεράκι, με προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες αλλα και με πολύ γούστο. Υπέροχος κήπος με όμορφα λουλούδια παντού, φροντισμένο φυσικό γκαζόν και λεπτομέρειες που σου έφτιαχναν την διάθεση. Απολύτως λειτουργικό, με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς να είναι στην διάθεση σου, χωρισμένο σε δύο επίπεδα και ο καθένας με το δικό του μεγάλο μπάνιο. Γι αυτούς που τους αρεσει το ψήσιμο υπάρχει ενα λειτουργικότατο bbq με τραπεζαρία για ατελείωτες ωρες χαλάρωσης, στον χώρο του κήπου. Δύο παραλίες προσβάσιμες με τα πόδια σε απόσταση 3-5 λεπτών, εξαιρετικές για παιδια και μία όμορφη ησυχη γειτονιά, για ξεκουραση και οικογενειακές διακοπες. Wie hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Garten mit dem privaten Zugang zum Meer war unschlagbar. Trotz der sehr nahen Lage an Clubs und Bars war es durch die Bäume auf dem Grundstück überraschend privat. Leider war die Küche nicht sehr sauber (zB Spinnweben, viele tote Insekten an den Wänden) und die Badamaturen (Toilettensitz, Wasserhahn) waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation verlief super. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
