Ben was very helpful from the beginning. Very accommodating. Coming from the United States, he made it very easy for two weary travelers. The flat was located in a quiet neighborhood, located near shops and restaurants. The flat is beautiful and clean. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Richard’s flat was perfect in every way. Comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet, stocked with anything you might need and more. We all slept incredibly well. He even provided some breakfast items so we could easily get started with our days of touring. He greeted us, showed us how everything in the flat worked and gave lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend this rental in the heart of old town- with a beautiful historical garden out back. Thank you Richard!!

The place is amazingly beautiful and the surrounding is serene and safe. We immediately felt at home and loved the place so much that we extended our stay there. Ross is a very helpful and responsive host who went all the way out to respond to our inquiries. I would definitely reconmend Ross's place to others.

Had a great stay in this well appointed apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated & had a modern kitchen & bathroom. There was no noise from the other flats in the block. Jay was a great host, responsive & gave directions on where to park for free. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Edinburgh! The duplex is perfect for a few days away - it’s in a great location with excellent transport links. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the local neighbourhood as well as the city centre. Would highly recommend staying at Natalie’s place ☺️

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Edinburgh - in easy reach of all the city has to offer. Spacious & beautifully furnished - I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit - we had a party of 6 and still found it had plenty of room to accommodate. I would certainly come back when we visit again.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our stay in Edinburgh. Di was friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable. The neighbourhood was amazing, and we had fun shopping and trying different restaurants. Easy access to the Royal Mile, and it was lovely to have a quiet spot to return to at the end of the day. Everything was perfect, and we are grateful we had the opportunity to stay at such a lovely location.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

Beautiful home. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are home. I had to switch accommodations due to availability and I am missing it already. Home is warm and quiet. Great neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Just out of Edinburgh but great value in comparison to centre prices. Bus stop just outside. Everything you need, described accurately and Jamie’s communication is excellent.

We loved staying here. Marie was a great host and made sure everything exceeded expectations. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was walking distance to get groceries and the bus stop was less than 2 minutes away to get anywhere in Edinburgh . We wish we stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Edinburgh.

Justyna’s place is a beautiful, warm and welcoming home. It’s actually the family’s residence and she’d given it on Airbnb while they may be traveling. We went there around Christmas so we got the house all decked up with a beautiful lit Christmas tree, something which came as a pleasant surprise and goes on to show how thoughtful the host is! What’s great about the place: - Squeaky clean (you get the house in such spic & span condition that you are always too careful to keep it that way!) - Has everything one needs - Equipments all working; kitchen was very organised - Supplies were generous (both in kitchen, bathroom etc) - Peaceful and safe neighborhood - Justyna is very responsive and friendly; she was very accommodating for a late checkout - Gorgeous backyard What one can be mindful of when booking: May be it was the public holidays but cabs from the neighborhood to city centre have a longish wait time (15-20 mins) so one has to plan accordingly. Will definitely stay again!

Shahid’s flat was in a great location on the Royal Mile. Perfect for the things we wanted to do. The flat was really comfortable and welcoming and had everything we needed. Shahid was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

A comfortable apartment in a quiet, modern neighbourhood. The Palace of Holyroodhouse is a 20-minute walk away; a Sainsbury’s supermarket is close by; Easter Road, the home ground of Hibernian FC, is across the car park (but buy tickets ahead if you want to go to a match). An excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed; first-rate Wi-Fi; a serviceable kitchen (but we couldn’t find a teapot or a coffee-maker); the “dedicated work space” is, in fact, the -- large -- dining table. The balcony overlooks charming Lochend Park. Plenty of parking. The area is well served by Ubers. Anya was very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, the lift was not very reliable (it stalled several times), which was inconvenient, given our rather cumbersome luggage.

Amazing location - very close to everything you’d want to visit in Edinburgh. Super clean and loved that there was an iron. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

Nos ha encantado alojarnos en el apartamento de Jana. La ubicación es perfecta, está en el centro histórico de Edimburgo, al lado del Museo, la Royal Mille, el Castillo, el Palacio Real y en nuestro caso, también pudimos disfrutar del mercado Navideño. Alrededor hay restaurantes y supermercados. Pero al mismo tiempo, se encuentra en una calle, apartada de todo el ruido y bullicio de la Ciudad. El descanso y la tranquilidad en la zona es genial. Dentro del apartamento, Jana cuida al máximo todos los detalles, café, azúcar, te. Todo tipo de menaje en la cocina, no echamos en falta nada. Muchas gracias Jana, nuestra experiencia en Edimburgo ha sido un regalo.

Great location off the Royal mile. Close to so many things. A little noisy at night, the restaurant downstairs can get a bit loud, but nothing too bad. Overall it was a great place to stay while in Edinburgh.
