Such a great flat to stay in, really clean and comfortable but also a great location right on the seafront. John was also really friendly and was always very helpful with any requests for information or help. Would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect place for a weekend get away. The flat is much more spacious than the pictures suggest and was clean and well equipped. Thandi was friendly and helpful throughout and we had a wonderful time. We'd love to come back again.

The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

Very smartly finished, well furnished, and the amenities you need. Hayley was very responsive and the guide booklet gave lots of helpful local recommendations. Only a short walk from town and well connected with a bus stop outside and London Road train station only a few minutes away. You can expect a little noise from the road and bus stop outside but nothing to stop a good night's sleep in a very comfy bed. The little outdoor space to the rear would probably be nice in a late spring / summer evening but the weather was a little too cold to take advantage of while I was there. Would definitely recommend for a solo traveller / couple.

This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Everything about AirBnB experience with Maria for the Tunbridge Wells location was amazing and exceeded all expectations. I can say enough good things and would highly recommend booking with Maria. Very responsive, willing to help, clear instructions. The location and the Flat were awesome and felt at home from the moment we arrived.

Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

Great stay in Brighton. We enjoyed the place and everything was very walkable.

We liked our stay. On weekends the street can be very loud, since a lot of people are out. The place itself was nice and clean. It felt very homely. Thanks for the great stay!

Highly recommend this beautiful home! The location was perfect for us and the place itself was more than we expected. Check in was really easy and Dani was very helpful from start to finish with lots of information on the local area and available to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again should we decide to return to Brighton.

Peaceful studio apartment within an easy bus ride of Brighton centre. Private parking and easy to get out of Brighton into the South Downs. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. The outdoor space is lovely and private, ideal for breakfast or a coffee. Great welcome and introduction by Mark (and Mollie the dog). Mark was super responsive to questions but also regularly messaged to ask if we needed anything.

Anne was the perfect host and was very quick to respond to our messages. Her property was immaculate with the added bonus of a car parking space which was important for us. It was so easy to get around on foot or by public transport. Great bars and restaurant, and the beach were just a short walk away. We also found a lovely cafe in the park behind the property where we got breakfast coffees and tasty pastries. It was nice to return to a quiet and peaceful place at the end of a long day of exploring. Thank you, Anne! We will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment perfect for our long weekend. Nice private road in easy walking distance of town and seafront and used as a base for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Would definitely recommend it if looking to stay in that area again.

Great location and very comfy. Anthony was there to greet us and was very nice. Great views from rooftop and close to all restaurants. Would recommend to anybody.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

The place was great, can't state how beautiful the garden was in blossom season (is much more picturesque than the pictures show). Pete was a great host, thorough communication and all very straightforward. Jacuzzi and sauna were the main reasons we booked and they were both great, definitely worth it! The place could perhaps benefit from a little upkeep (feels quite well-used!) but nothing major at all. Would overall definitely recommend!

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

This was a fantastic airbnb and we'd definitely recommend. The bedroom was lovely, we slept very well, and the alway-on hot tub was a treat. Very minor points to improve for future guests - the WiFi instructions were out of date and the shower gel container empty

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!
