La casa de Ricardo se encuentra en una localizacion perfecta, muy cerca del centro a traves de una avenida que te lleva directo en 20 minutos andando. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y la comunicación con el anfitrion fue perfecta.

La casa es una maravilla por limpieza, traquilidad, la ubicación en la que está, que tiene parking... y por supuesto la atención que te da Miguel en todo momento, muy amable y dándote todas las facilidades

Lovely and modern apartment, very clean and tidy as well. Short walk into the city centre and a few shops and bars nearby. Overall, great stay.

Veronica was the perfect host from the beginning to the very end of our trip. She communicated very quickly to any questions that we had of her. Veronica met us at check in and was very prompt. She explained and advised us how to get into the old part of the city by both bus and metro. Also advised us of stores and attractions that we may be interested in. We had a rental car but the bus was located a short walk away at the bottom of the street. Would recommend to take the bus as it was quick and easy. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Would recommend this apartment to anyone that is coming to Seville. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great three night stay. Will return in the future. Thanks Veronica.

숙소가 사진보다 더 좋았어요 ! 깔끔하고 필요용품도 찾기 쉽게 잘 정리되어 있었습니다 . 특히 테라스는 넓고 프라이빗했어요. 체크인 체크아웃 시간 조절해주셔서 감사했습니다. 집 앞에 택시 승강장과 마켓 그리고 레스토랑이 엄청 많아서 편리했어요. 샴푸,바디워시,웰컴와인,커피,세탁세제 등등 모든게 완벽 했습니다 . 호스트님 덕분에 좋은 추억 남기고 갑니다 감사해요 !

Amparo é uma excelente anfitriã. Recebeu-nos da melhor forma possível. A casa estava limpa e extremamente cheirosa. O espaço é acolhedor e bem decorado. Apreciamos os miminhos que a Amparo nos deixou: as bebidas frescas, o souvenir e o título de transporte e todas as dicas que nos deixou para que pudéssemos usufruir da estadia em Sevilha.O ponto diferenciador desta casa é o facto de ter estacionamento gratuito. Celebrei meu aniversário de 50 anos nesta casa excelente e muito bem localizada com a família e amigos. Chegamos em um voo cedo e nos foi concedido um early checkin que foi muito útil visto que voávamos desde o Brasil. Extremamente gentis, prestativos e simpáticos . Tudo correu extremamente bem! A casa é muito bonita, bem equipada e muito confortável. O terraço é espectacular.

Buen lugar para pasar unos días de desconexión con amigos. El anfitrión Daniel estuvo muy atento y solventó todas nuestras dudas rápidamente. Si repito!

Alloggio come descritto. Casa tipica della zona, molto comoda per 8 persone. Utilissimi i 3 bagni. Cucina attrezzata. Avendo soggiornato in inverno, abbiamo apprezzato camere e salotto ben riscaldati. Nel bagno grande c'era un ritorno di odore sgadevole ma sembra che sia un problema tipico della zona. Manuel Angel è stato disponibile, fornendoci al nostro arrivo vari consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Consigliamo vivamente la pizzeria Farina 23 nelle immediate vicinanze. Pizze di ottima qualità e servizio eccellente (in più parlano benissimo italiano). Se volete gustare un'ottima paella, recatevi al ristorante Gusto, nei pressi della Cattedrale. Bel locale, buon cibo e bell'atmosfera. Consigliamo vivamente la casa di Manuel Anngel. È stata comodissima per le nostre esigenze.

Optima casa, a 10 min de Sevilha, bem servida. Muito boa comunicação com o anfitrião que se prontificou para resolver todos os problemas que surgiram (inclusive quando deixamos as chaves dentro de casa!). Casa cuidada, limpa e muito agradável, tal e qual com descrita no anuncio, muito adequada para famílias com crianças. Sem dúvida para repetir!

Notre séjour chez Isabel a été formidable, le plus bel air BNB que nous ayons fait ! le jardin est paisible, une oasis de fraîcheur au milieu de la chaleur de seville. la piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable, la maison est jolie, bien meublée et agréable à vivre. la literie est très bonne, et la maison reste fraîche quand il fait 34 degrés dehors. Isabel est une hôte très gentille, de part sa disponibilité et ses attentions, ainsi que son chien duque qui a été de bonne compagnie pour nous et notre chienne. il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et le bus est a quelques centaines de mètres, qui mène au métro rapidement. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement, que nous quittons à regrets.

Our family had a wonderful weekend in Seville, thanks in part to this fantastic property. Perfect location, The casa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for families!

la casa offre tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno comodo e piacevole, nel nostro caso durato tre settimane. ottima comunicazione con il proprietario. parking pubblico gratuito a pochi passi . un bel parco a 30 metri . a pochi passi dal centro del paese . a circa 2 km in auto dalla stazione metro per Siviglia .

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

We stayed in Carla's apartment for 3 nights, we were 3 people - my husband and I and my sister. The bedroom was very nice, comfy bed and everything else you need. My sister slept on the comfy sofa bed. She had plenty of bedding. The shower was really good. The apartment is in a great location, so much in the area, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is an easy walk to the Royal Alcazar and other historic sites. Carla is a great host who is really quick at responding to any queries. She also let us check in early which was really appreciated. We had to leave at 5am for an early flight and Carla very kindly organised a taxi for us. We recommend Carla's apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Seville.

We had a lovely stay at Reyes’ apartment. The location was perfect for us and so close to everything. Reyes was super communicative before and during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here, it’s the perfect spot to discover Seville!

Great location, with many bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. The space was clean and as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and our host left us some milk and juice which we appreciated!

Isabel María è stata un host gentilissima e premurosa. Appena sono arrivato mi ha mostrato l'appartamento e spiegato tutto ciò che c'era da sapere, c'era anche un regalo di benvenuto! L'alloggio è perfetto, tenuto bene, pulito e dispone di tutte le comodità possibili che possano servire. È in una zona tranquilla a Mairena del Aljarafe da cui è anche possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro di Siviglia con la metro (super!), è vicinissimo a supermercati, banca, bar e un centro commerciale con svariati negozi. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità di Isabel María e la flessibilità che mi ha concesso negli orari di check-out. Tornerei sicuramente in questo alloggio! Grazie Isabel María!

Appartamento molto bello, confortevole e pulito. Ho avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione l’host ha gestito la situazione concedendomi un check out posticipato. Ho fatto una prenotazione sbagliata, ciò che mi ha mandata in confusione è stato il prezzo indicato in annuncio in fase di prenotazione, ovvero circa €80. Questo prezzo però era inteso per ogni giorno occupato e non per notti occupate. Ho pagato circa €240 pensando di soggiornare per tre notti quando invece erano due. Ammetto che le mail ricevute dove mi potevo accorgere dell’errore di date sono state molte. Purtroppo per me e per la mia famiglia, non mi sono accorta e così ho dovuto rimediare ad una situazione davvero difficile.

Lovely place. Our host was extremely responsive, reaching out with emails and texts as needed. She left us clear instructions about how to access the flat and a wonderful and helpful list of recommendations. The flat was perfectly situated to spill out into Sevilla and walk to stores and cafes. We loved our stay!

Great host, all queries were answered so quickly, gave great suggestions for places to eat. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the balcony was fab, just a shame we couldn’t use it but due to the rain but unfortunately you can’t control the weather. Would recommend staying here
