An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough. Oliver was a great host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and is on a quiet neighborhood block. Also near to a big park with tennis courts and basketball courts. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had simple but adequate cooking supplies. The backyard is private and a great place to relax, grill out and relax. Private parking too. It’s a perfect place to stay!

This place is so beautiful! You have your space in a little community which is very close to your neighbors, but this place gave you space and it didn’t feel like we were close to the neighbors. It was nice and if Casey would sell the property I would buy it!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

We had a peaceful stay at Farbod’s home. The interior design was tasteful and comfortable. The layout of the home was cozy and natural. Were it not for rain, we would have spent time outdoors in the beautiful back yard spaces. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Loved our short stay here! After a long flight we felt so comfortable and safe and had the best two nights of sleep in our comfy beds. Rooftop terrace is super cool and a nice bonus! Laundry room is great, we had lots of washing to do. Living room is spacious and light filled and open. There’s a little nook with a desk that over looks the beautiful leafy street. I loved wandering up retro row which is close by. Pamela is such a lovely host and even brought up a heater for our baby girls room when the temperature dropped outside.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Pasadena, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Honestly, very clean place smell great. House was very responsive. Checked on you to see if you were OK in house washer and dryer well more can you ask for underground parking very private

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great spot directly on the beach with plenty of space. Nice walkable neighborhood with plenty of options. Away from hustle and bustle so book now!

This place was in an amazing location with many things within walking distance. We were able to easily access the room which was beautiful and had a great view of LA. The street below was pretty loud but this was expected in the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!
