My stay at Kiran's was short, only two nights. But it was precisely what I was looking for: a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay and rest for awhile. Finding the place was easy thanks to Kiran's explicit directions. He greeted me warmly and showed me what I needed to know about the accommodations. All my needs were met during my stay. The place was as described in the listing and photos. I would be pleased to stay there again on another visit. Recommended.

I was a bit skeptical before booking this due to the limited number of reviews, but I decided to go ahead—and I’m glad I did! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The owner, Nandan, is incredibly kind and humble. He lives nearby but ensures complete privacy while being readily available if needed—just a call or text away. As for the property, it’s absolutely worth the price, especially given its location in a nice neighborhood. It’s a small, cute, and beautiful space, perfect for four people and manageable for five. I truly enjoyed my stay here. While there’s no AC, you really don’t need it—the house stays naturally cool. And honestly, considering how affordable it is, it’s an excellent deal!

excellent property. we feel right at home. the interior is the best part of the house, authentic karnataka style. The kitchen is good. everything is available at the property. host is cooperative and the attender as well.

The property is very spacious, has a lot of greenery around and the terrace has a beautiful view of sunset. The host is very friendly. We were a group of 15 people, hosted a bachelors party at the property. For food there are dhabas nearby and the kitchen has all the amenities if you prefer to cook.

Stayed overnight at Manikanta Farm house with my family including elderly mom and fur baby. the place was amazing and very comfortable. the caretaker was helpful and the place clean before we arrived. The place was beautifully and thoughtfully done up. loved our stay.

The place was exactly how it was described. Very spacious and peaceful. Reached very late but the host was so supportive and cordial. It was really wonderful to have such supportive hosts. Sandeep and Suma are really great hosts. Very much recommended.

Best place to stay, extremely helpful and friendly hosts with their paw friend Simba. Room was decent and had a pristine bathroom. We had a pleasant stay. Such places are hard to find in this locality!!

We had an amazing stay at Apoorva and Satya Prakash’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. They arranged for someone to guide us through the path, making check-in effortless. The property is absolutely worth visiting, especially if you have a four-wheeler. Apoorva has thoughtfully arranged every little detail—from groceries to toiletries—ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Since it’s in a remote area, they understand the importance of providing essentials, making it incredibly convenient for guests to cook and enjoy their stay. The couple is genuinely warm and friendly. While we didn’t get to meet Satya Prakash in person, he checked in on us over the phone, ensuring we were comfortable. If you love being close to nature, this is the perfect place to stay. We would love to visit again and, if possible, would give them more than five stars! Highly recommended!
