Ferienunterkünfte in Davenport

We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Lynda was a fantastic host, everything was stated 100% accurately! Lynda goes above & beyond her hosting duties, she left plenty of toiletries and had everything that you'd need for your stay. We came to train watch & it was great being so close to the tracks. There are other things to do nearby like Buffalo Bills Museum & Homestead, the show 'American Pickers' actual location (where they still currently film) Antique Archaeology, The Mississippi River, Wineries, and if you need more to do their are larger cities w/more shopping/events within a 20 minute drive. There literally is something for everyone here. Thank you Lynda for the great memories, we had fun!

Perfect location and price for a family stay

Such a great experience!! The home was warm and welcoming, plenty of room for us and our guests. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishings for the home was fantastic! The bonus room upstairs was so wonderful for all the kids! Plenty of room for the kids to run around outside!! Highly recommend!

Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

We loved this house for a large group, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and there was lots to do in the house to keep from getting bored! The pool table was a group favorite.

Our team highly recomends to visit this beautiful place. Host is very friendly and helpful. We've got the best emotions from staying here.
