I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Nice place and stunning balcony. The building is nice and the neighbors are quiet. The place wasn’t that clean but the host was very responsive to feedback and he will hire a different cleaning person from now. And he even brought a microwave when I asked! Great full service place. My only tip is that if you are a light sleeper, this place isn’t good for you. There’s a lot of construction outside and it shakes the whole apartment and makes a lot of noise. It’s not in the host’s control and hopefully will be done soon.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

It was a beautiful experience being with at the place . I was very understanding and the place was full of life and positivity. The staff was very cooperative and wonderful.

Mai is a delightful and welcoming host! She communicated well and made sure to pass by and check on us a couple of days after we’d arrived. She brought us a delicious Egyptian desert!! Her aunt let us in on arrival and was so sweet too. We felt very at home in the apartment and the neighborhood. It’s in a convenient location with cafes, restaurants and everything we needed close by. It’s a perfect base to rest and recharge after a lovely day exploring Cairo. We are definitely going to book again! Thanks Mai 🙏🏻

لقد كان المسكن افضل من المتوقع ماشاء الله تبارك الله من تجهيز ونظافة واستقبال من الاستاذ عمرو بصراحة كل شي كان فاخر من الاخر ولكن لاتكون اخر زيارة في زياراتي القادمة سيكون هي خياري الاول وشكر خاص للاستاذ عمرو لتجاوبه وتفاعله اول باول وفي اي وقت 🙏

Dina was kind and allowed us to check in at a different time when requested. The place was exactly as described and offered a lot of space to relax and start your day. The kitchen had all amenities including a washing machine. We didn't use the backyard as it was winter time in Egypt but it looked nice. The location is amazing, and we felt very central transport wise but also being able to walk around maadi in one of the nicest areas. All in all will definite stay with Dina again when I visit Egypt!

It is an excellent apartment in one of the best locations in Maadi. The place is so cozy, and you will feel at home. Ahmed is also a great host who is always available and super friendly. Recommended place for you to stay.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce logement avec deux copines, il est bien placé dans un quartier calme du Caire avec un supermarché juste en bas, l'appartement était très propre, nous avons eu besoin des propriétaires une fois et ils ont été très réactifs. Je recommande !

우리는 3대 가족이 머물었는데 모두 편안하게 지냈습니다. 모든것이 갖춰져있었고 웰컴상자 안에 적당한 필요물품들이 준비되어있습니다. 특히 깨끗한 이불이 준비되어있는것에 놀랐습니다!! 집도 정말 멋져요. 모든방면으로 완벽한 숙소입니다.

اولا حصل علينا ظرف وفاه في القاهره يوم مغادرتنا للشقه وصدام كان متعاون جدا في وقت الخروج وذوق جدا وقدم خدمات كأخ في بلد غربه ثانيا تركت مفاتيح الشقه علي الطاوله وقفلت الباب وقت المغادره وعند ابلاغ صدام كانت ردت الفعل ذوق جدا عادي حصل خير بس انا ما عندي مفتاح ثاني للشقه …ليتك بلغتني قبل تخلي المفتاح جوا ..بس لا تشغلي بالك موضوع بسيط راح نغير كيلون الباب انتو اهم شي انتبهو علي نفسكم واذا احتجتو اي شي كلموني طبعا هاذي ثاني مره اسكن في الشقه المره اللي فاتت سكنت في الشقه اللي قدامها 3 غرف نوم في الواقع شقه تستاهل كل ريال يندفع فيها

المره الاولى اللي انزل فيها مصر عن طريق air bnb بالعادة فنادق .. الشقه فاقت التوقعات من نظافه من راحه نفسيه فيها وكل شيء تحتاجه ونفس الوصف تحس انك في بيتك والخدمات من الاستاذ معتز كل شوي يرسل ويسأل يعني يخليك تنحرج من اخلاقه الله يسعده .. بيكون تعاملي دائم مع الاستاذ معتز ان شاءالله شكراً لك على حسن الضيافه ويعطيك العافيه وربي يوفقك .

Super accueil. Maged a été tres prévenant. Ils nous a offert plusieurs repas. Il a toujours été là pour nous. C’est une personne vraiment adorable. L appartement est tres bien équipé et propre. Il est situé dans le vieux caire. On recommande tres fortement ce logement. Merci beaucoup Maged

Really enjoyed my stay. The flat felt just like home and was as described. Sherry was really responsive and made sure that I had all I need. Definitely a place to consider in Maadi :)

One of the best Airbnbs I stayed in, feels like a home. Abundance of natural light and plants. we loved it At check in, we found food, fruits and snacks which was such a sweet gesture, specially when you arrive tired after a day of traveling. Samia was so sweet and attentive to our needs. Communication is just smooth and easy. We would have stayed longer than 9 days if we could

I’m very glad to book Bob’s apartment. It’s cozy and calm. The apartment is located in one of the best streets in Maadi. Very safe you can find many restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a nice Terrace for coffee or meditation. Bob is very responsive, respectful. I’ll be extending my stay at his place

Spacious apartment in a good location. We had some issues with the Wifi but Amira was responsive and rectified it. We also appreciated her for calling an ambulance when a member of my family became very ill.
