Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Kroatien

Mieliśmy naprawdę udany urlop, piękne miejsce i świetne jako baza wypadowa do innych większych miast Chorwacji. Obiekt przy samej plaży, więc było magicznie i spokojnie.

Umag ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Die Altstadt mit Restaurants und Cafés, Parks und Hafenpromenade sind von der Unterkunft aus fußläufig nach kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ebenso wie eine kleine Bäckerei um für's Frühstück einzukaufen. Meer und Strand sind nur 50 m entfernt und man hat von der Wohnung und der Loggia einen grandiosen Blick auf's Meer. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet, so dass man dort auch mal einen Regentag gut und gerne verbringen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen vor Ort gut erholt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Hund.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon und sogar vom Bett aus. Das Haus besitzt einen direkten Eingang zum Fußweg am Meer und hat einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der schöne Paclenica Nationalpark ist nur wenige Minunten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tin and Maja are exceptional hosts, friendly, offering local information and suggestions. It is an easy 20 min walk to their home from the ferry port. The area is residential and very quiet. The view is spectacular. King size bed was comfortable with nice view to the sea. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast/dinner. 2 grocery stores are a 10 minute walk between the ferry port and their home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a quiet location, a great view, and an easy 20 min walk to the ferry/old town area.

Marina is a very nice host, the garden is beautiful and there are many places to relax. I liked the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook delicious meals. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear the neighbor, but apart from that everything was fine, I can recommend the accommodation.

Cozy little place with really nice view from the balcony, where we ate all our meals. Place is lovely, and someone put a lot of handmade effort into it, so it looks homey. Beach and everything else is 5 minutes walk away, which is nice.

House is placed right next to very quiet and beautiful beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Emi offered us self made bread and honey and was very helpful during whole visit giving us tips about local food, tradition and interesting facts!

We had a fantastic 9-day stay at Boba's little paradise in Peroj. The highlight for us was how pet-friendly the place is - our three dogs had the whole yard to run around in, and the nearby dog-friendly beach was a huge plus. It's not easy to find such welcoming accommodations for pets, so we truly appreciated it. Boba and her family were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even treating us to some delicious local food and drink. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Boba's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway.

Everything was perfect during our staying in this charming apartment next to the garden. The architecture of the the house and the landscaping are amazing. Very good location for a relaxed holiday.

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. Ruhig und erholsam. Schöne Strände und Orte nicht weit mit dem Auto entfernt. Check in und Out hat alles super geklappt.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Kaja's celebrating mu husband's 60th birthday and retirement. The villa has lots of room and a very well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of outside spaces so you can have sun or shade at any time. The sea is literally across the road. We had the beach almost to ourselves most days in September. the water is warm and clear. We really enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayak - what a bonus! The pool is small but lovely - great to cool off in and kids would love it. Trogir is beautiful and only a a 20 - 25 minute walk. There a many places to eat or just stop for a drink. we took the ferry to Split one day which is well worth it as you sea the lovely coastline as you go. We also did a 3 island boat trip which was fun. Kaja was the perfect host. she responded very quickly to all queries and gave us good recommendations. Her son even dropped our bags off at the airport for us to save us carrying them around after we checked out. Thanks again Kaja!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Irena & her family were so welcoming & helpful. The entire place is spotless, including the swimming pool area. The pool area is stunning, so relaxing & very well maintained with comfortable, clean beds & cushions. The apartment is a very short walk from the beach & promenade in okrug gornj where there are loads of restaurants & beah bars. There's a shortcut walk onto old town trogir (around 15 mins), and also a taxi boat directly across the road, its also possible & not expensive to get an uber from here. Old Town trogir is gorgeous and has some very beautiful shops, bars & restaurants. We are hoping to return with family next year and would love to stay in irenas apartments.

Wir waren 2 Päärchen & hatten dank der 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern die optimale privatsphäre. Es ist eine super Unterkunft für Freunde, aber auch für Familien ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich & man konnte gut kommunizieren. Die Strände wo wir waren, waren innerhalb 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 10-15 Minuten in Pula sowie Medulin. Die Supermärkte sind ebenso im Umkreis von 10km. Eine Apotheke & Tankstelle sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft & der Lage. Wir kommen wieder :)

We stayed at Markus’ place with our family of 5. We had a great stay, the area is amazing and therefore waking up with the view from the big window was unbelievable. The swimming pool and great working AC’s make sure that you’re comfortable even when it’s very hot. It took some time to figure certain things out but due to Markus’ proactive attitude and clear communication everything worked out perfectly. Don’t forget to turn on the boiler for hot water! Markus really made this stay even better than expected, would highly recommend.

Pour une famille de 5, le logement était parfait. Tout le confort est présent, le logement était très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus, elle est également très propre et chauffée... Ivan fût très accueillant et nous a bien renseigné sur les activités autour.

Prachtige locatie en super vriendelijke en snel reagerende host. Genoten van alle hoekjes van het terras inclusief de BBQ. Fijn dat alles op loopafstand was en de kinderen zich ook snel helemaal thuis voelden.

Wie hatten als Gruppe aus 13 Personen das gesamte Haus gebucht und waren begeistert! Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und insbesondere der Blick von den Terassen und der kurze Weg zu den Meerzugängen waren unsere Highlights. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Check in lief problemlos ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille, à cette période il n'y a personne sur les plages, il suffit d'enfiler son maillot de bain et de se jeter dans l'eau. Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et malgré cela nous avions une vue mer! Les deux appartements du dessus n'étaient pas occupé donc aucune gêne sonore ni visuelle (si la cour est pleine de voiture ça ne doit pas être la même). L'appartement est superbe, très bien isolé, climatisé, nous recommandons fortement!

Dočekao nas je savršeno čist i uredan apartman, s vrlo dobrim rasporedom prostorija i funkcionalnim namještajem. Apartman odiše toplinom i razigranošću. Puno prostora za odlaganje svega što imate doprinosi udobnosti boravka. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena s priborom za pripremu i konzumiranje hrane. Kreveti su udobni, a prostrana sobna garnitura idealna za opuštanje ispred TV-a. WiFi odličan. Pogled s terase je zadivljujući i vrijedi svaku stepenicu kojom se popnete do apartmana. Plaže sa savršeno čistim morem su danas prava rijetkost, a obližnje plaže su upravo to. Gospodin Florian je odličan i brižan domaćin, uvijek dostupan za bilo kakva pitanja. Bio je to lijepi odmor kojeg ćemo se još dugo sjećati

Krásné, čisté, vkusné a skvěle vybavené ubytování blízko pláže. Klidná lokalita. Pláž sice privátní, ale určená pro více apartmánů. V našem termínu byla dost přeplněná. Občas jsme měli problém najít mezi všemi těmi soukromými lehátky, na kterých stejně většinu dne nikdo nebyl, kousek mista k lehnutí. Apartmán byl opravdu moc hezký a velmi dobře vybavený!

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

Wir hatten einen Familienurlaub und kamen nach einem schweren Unfall auf der Strecke sehr spät an und schon ging es los: Für uns war ein essen vorbereitet, wir brauchten uns nur noch fallen lassen (kurz ins Wasser), hinsetzen und ankommen. Phantastisch. Vom Balkon wollten wir eigentlich nicht mehr weg, die Aussicht ist wundervoll. Mit dem Boot vor der Tür sind wir dann täglich in die nahe Strandbar gepaddelt. Was Claudija bislang verschwiegen hat: An der Steilküste wohnen bunt schillernde Vögel ("Bienenfresser") die man mit etwas Glück vor die Linse bekommt. Und dann hat sich noch ein Wiedehopf als Hausgast eingestellt. Zadar ist einen Katzensprung entfernt, alles, was man braucht gibt es im Ort und das Meer ist das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Petra und Peter sind erfahrene und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern, super-sauber und an einer tollen Lage. Day Einchecken per Schlüssel-Box war total einfach. Am zweiten Tag haben wir uns kurz gesehen und noch lokale Tipps bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
