Alvaro's house is perfect for 1-2 families. Quiet location in a farm. No neighbors, only cows. 10min drive from nice beaches, restaurant and bars. Wonderful garden, large enough to play football or tennis. Super clean pool to relax and play. Table tennis with a sunroof. Barbeque area with outdoor kitchen. Inside nice living area and large fire place to cope with colder days. Well equipped kitchen and large fridge. Alvaro is a very kind host, always available whenever help is needed or questions arise. Once of the nicest holiday homes I have stayed in. We greatly enjoyed 2 weeks end of October, family with 2 small kids and grandparents.

La casa es increíble, muy confortable y cómoda. Las camas bastante buenas y la cocina con todo lo necesario para una buena cocina, todas las ollas y sartenes servibles para cocinar, que muchas veces va a casas que están en tal mal estado que no puedes cocinar. Aquí todo está bastante bien. La piscina impresionante, el jardín de película, la comunicación con los propietarios de 10. Tuvimos un problema con el internet y estuvieron al 100% para resolverlo y aunque no se pudo, no fue por ellos, ellos han puesto todo su esfuerzos para que se arreglara aunque no fue posible. Pero solo la involucración para que quedara arreglado es lo que cuenta. La recomendamos al 100%. Cualquiera alucinaría con el terreno, la piscina, la casa…, eso sí, necesitas coche para todo, aunque esta cerca de todo, pero en coche. Nosotros conocemos la zona perfectamente pero ellos te Recomiendan, te dan ideas para visitar, se involucran y está todo muy bien señalizado con mapas en la casa para que sepas dónde ir.

Javier es muy buen anfitrion, y la casa es hasta mejor que como aparecia en las fotos, muy agradable, estuvo muy atento a todas nuestras cuestiones y nos indico sitios para ir por la zona. Definitivamente muy recomendado.

fantastic villa! group of 14 stayed for 9 days, adolfo on hand anytime we needed him, same goes for jose the engineer. villa was spotless and had everything you need to have a nice holiday. pool was big enough and is cleaned every few days. outdoor bbq/bar area is amazing and the front garden is much much better than what the pictures show! photos do not do it justice! thanks adolfo and jose for the hospitality!!

La casa es muy amplia y las fotos no le hacen justicia. Es mucho mejor en persona. Estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. La zona de la piscina es increible, puedes mantener la privacidad y usar la zona de barbacoa. Disfrutamos mucho de estos espacios. Astrid fue muy amable todo el tiempo, estuvo disponible para todas las preguntas que le hicimos y muy atenta. ¡100% recomendable!

La hemos pasado muy bien en Parisito Beach, muy linda y cómoda la casa. Excelentes anfitriones, nos dieron instrucciones claras desde el primer día, atendían rápido y siempre estaban pendientes.

La casa estaba acorde a lo que el anuncio decía . La dueña ha estado pendiente de nosotras desde el primer momento. Hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos y a gusto

Geweldig verblijf, veel ruimte voor ons vieren! De buitenkeuken, wc, douche en het zwembad waren heel fijn! De hulp van Raoel toen we in de problemen zaten (op een zondag!) was top . Zeker aan te raden hier te verblijven :)

Our stay was amazing thanks to the cleanliness of the place. Javi and Laura were both very welcoming and provided great restaurant suggestions.

We had a lovely 10 day stay in the villa (which was even nicer than the photos in real life). We had everything provided that we could possibly need in terms of equipment and the beds were all very comfortable. We appreciated being invited to make ourselves at home. The weather was mixed during our stay so having the heated pool was a real bonus and we all enjoyed swimming daily. The beautiful beach and all of the local amenities are only a short walk away and we ate in some really fantastic restaurants. Soledad was extremely helpful with recommendations and instructions and we had friendly and prompt communications about anything we needed. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Ein tolles Haus für eine größere Familie oder Gruppe mit einem sehr schönen Grundstück. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Jose und sein Vater waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Rocio’s place in Chiclana was amazing! We highly recommend it! My family and I felt right at home! The house is beautiful, modern and super clean and contains all the amenities needed for a large family! And the pool and BBQ were great for family fun! The area is lovely! A 6-10 min walk from the beach and very close to restaurants and bars and a local market. Perfect location in Chiclana. We loved our stay and felt very comfortable at Rocio’s. She was so friendly and responded super quickly to any questions we had. She also kindly popped down to help us with something. Thank you, Rocio! We had a brilliant stay!

Fantastisk house in a very nice area. Beautiful beaches, perfect surroundings for runs or walks. Alvaro and his staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended both hosts and place. We will happily come back !

Instalaciones excelentes para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. La zona exterior es inmejorable y las interiores muy completas. Muchas gracias Carmen Maria.

Pasamos unas vacaciones fantásticas! Roche es una urbanización muy tranquila y la casa está a pocos minutos andando de una cala preciosa. La casa tiene unas zonas comunes muy bonitas: salón, jardín, piscina y está perfectamente equipada. Cabe destacar que la cocina dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios que uno pueda llegar a necesitar. También es de agradecer que Hugo nos organizara las 2 cunas que necesitábamos así como 2 tronas y una bañerita de bebé. Hugo y las chicas de la agencia estuvieron atentos en todo momento para ayudarnos en cualquier cosa. No dudaron en enviar en domingo una persona a solucionar un pequeño tema que surgió en la casa. El único punto negativo sería que las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas y al poner cunas no quedaba casi nada de espacio. Recomendaría unas vacaciones aquí a todo el mundo!

We had a wonderful stay at Minarete al Mar the last week of July. We were a family with ages ranging from 75 to 4 and it worked perfectly for all of us. The villa’s location is perfect, super close to the beach as well as to the local amenities so would work well for people that don’t want to drive. The house it super practical and has a great garden that goes around it. Kitchen was well equipped and it was all very clean when we arrived. Andrew and Maria were great hosts before and during our stay. Super responsive and accommodating and made everything easy and pleasant for us (thank you!) We hope we can return another time to make some more great family memories.

Las dos viviendas son ideales para una reunión familiar y están situadas en un lugar realmente tranquilo y acogedor. Nunca olvidaremos el precioso y singular jardín de la casa de Mette. Y nuestros hijos, ¡las ranas de la charca! Nos encantó pasar unos días allí.

We had a very nice stay at the Villa. Belén was really friendly and it was easy to contact her. The villa is very modern and you will feel like home. There was everything you might need from salt, to oil, coffee, towels (for the pool and the bathroom), shampoo, conditioner, guidebook and so on… we enjoyed our holiday very much ! Thanks Belén, especially for the fruits :) One thing you should know: the villa is next to the highway. You hear a noise, not annoying but constantly.

La estancia ha sido perfecta. La casita es una maravilla, tal cual aparece en las fotos. Perfectamente equipada, hemos estado muy muy a gusto. Nos han recibido y despedido los padres de Alberto, han sido muy amables y cercanos. La casa está un poco apartada en una zona muy tranquila, necesitas coche para moverte a supermercados o tiendas. Por último, para mayor comodidad, recomiendo llevar los aparatos para los mosquitos. Repetiremos seguro!

Me sentí mejor que en casa todo súper limpio tienes mil cosas para usar en la casa como plancha lavadora secador calentador de agua agua potable fría o caliente vajilla nueva jardín súper bonito camas súper cómodas jabón de ropa para la lavadora etc etc repetiría mil veces más en esta casa

We had a wonderful time at Sara’s villa in Roche. The villa is beautiful and well equipped and it was marvellous having our own pool. Sara was an excellent hostess, always responsive and helpful. Thank you Sara!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was easy to find and in a convenient location. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
