We absolutely loved staying at the Lavender Cabin. It's more like a lodge than a cabin: very spacious, beautiful design, well appointed and luxurious. Highly recommended.

what an absolutely beautiful place to stay, both the home and yard were spectacular! We needed a place to get some R&R and this location was perfect for us. We all found a cozy, place to relax and read and there was enough site seeing/adventure to balance it all out. I highly recommend renting here, we would have stayed longer if we could have.

Super clean, all amenities provided clean and in good condition. Amazing time for myself and 12 buddies. If I come to golden again this will be where I stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chalet! It was so beautiful, surrounded by nature and very private. Our dogs had so much fun running around the forest. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfy and the chalet was very cozy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub just out the front door. We look forward to a trip out there again!

We are 1000% thrilled with our stay. The chalet was perfectly appointed, no one felt like they got a bad room. Ski in ski out, great location and views. John was super responsive to all our questions and was lovely to deal with!! Perfect for a large families or multiple couples.

Stayed here with 7 others for a ski trip. It couldn't have been a better ski in/out experience. Beautiful, well-maintained home, right on the mountain.

We are a big group who made use of 4 rooms. We love it that each room has its own bathroom. We appreciate that the side door was left open so we were able to get inside the house, despite that my phone broke down minutes prior to check-in, otherwise our trip could've been a disaster as I won't be able to use the app at all after downloading it. Over-all, our group enjoyed the stay, most especially the hot tub. I will definitely come back in the future- Jovy

A beautiful space for family gatherings with everything you could possibly need. It was our 7th annual family ski vacation and this chalet just may be our favourite yet!

Way bigger space than expected. Great for big groups with three different lounging areas plus all the bedrooms. Incredible views and views from the hot tub. Comfy beds and linens. Plenty of space to park a few cars. With windows facing the west, the sun heats the house easily through the day, so close the blinds to keep the house cooler while you’re out.

Stayed here for 6 nights in February and it exceeded our expectations! The chalets are so cozy, with tons of history. Loved the artwork of the Swiss mountain guides throughout the building. Our group had a bunch of engineers and their favorite part was the light switches 😅 Amazing views looking over Golden and kicking horse mountain. Would 100% recommend. No complaints, we will be back! Worth the drive from Vancouver island to ski at KH :)
