The tiny house was adorable and very clean. The driveway was too steep for my car so I parked at the bottom and had to schlep everything up the hill. It is about 500 ft so this was difficult. The pipes froze during the night so there was no water - my fault as I did not leave both sinks dripping. Thaddeus stopped by and fixed them and brought us 5 gallons of water which was very helpful as I used our drinking water to wash. The wifi was nonexistent for most of the trip. Since there was no reception, I had to drive into town to get a signal to text Thaddeus the wifi wasn’t working. The property is next to a busy road and the neighbors have several dogs and a rooster so it was not as quiet as I had hoped. Despite these difficulties, we had a great time. The cedar deck was fragrant and the lounge furniture was so cozy. We spent most of our time snuggling around the firepit. The doggies loved playing in the snow. What an adventure! Thank you, Thaddeus.

We are always looking for someplace that is literally in the middle of nowhere. This would be the place that was exactly what we were looking for. About 30 minutes outside of Payson down a windy Mountain Road and then 3 miles of dirt road. After that, you come upon this beautiful cabin on the water. There are some neighbors that I do believe they are probably vacation homes as we only saw two people the entire time we were there, and they were across the other side of the water. Like he states this is an old cabin, but I think that helps with the charm of being in a secluded location. As others have stated yes the driveway is steep but nothing that’s not manageable. Brian was very communicative and even helped with some local antique stores to visit . He even has adorable vintage and antique touches all over the house. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very cool, old, historic home. Peaceful setting with a nice view, but in a small town so limited amenities. Joseph was very communicative and friendly. There are animals on the property they let us pet, which the kids loved! The house is very spacious but has limited bed space (but there are some pull outs). I wish we had more time to stay in this cool home and explore the area!

Great place. This is our second time at this location. So convenient to uptown Sedona. Jonathon is very responsive if you need anything.

You will love it!! The Sunshine House AirBnB is above expectations with all the little things included. We loved the quiet serene location. We loved stargazing from the hot tub, using the sauna, massage table, & full kitchen. This is an easy access location to all things in Sedona from hiking to restaurants, shopping & extras. Five stars all around !

A few of my siblings and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and came upon this cabin. It was beautiful, the cabin was just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We didn't have to go into town for anything. Caroline was super helpful and even made sure the fire nearby that was going on before our stay wasn't going to affect us. We definitely want to come back and make this cabin an annual siblings trip spot.

The Rustic Cabin was an amazing place to stay at while we visited all the beautiful state and national parks. Laura was a great host and didn't miss anything making the cabin feel cozy and comfortable.

Great location, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Space was clean and simple, provided everything I needed.
