Clean, quiet and really comfortable

We wanted a different experience and were really doubting our decision in staying in booking, when we arrived the staff was friendly and once we got into the RV we were all so excited and couldn’t believe an RV would be that nice answered all the questions we had upon arrival & let us know about the additional mini heater. Such a fun experience, will book again!

Went to Williams for overnight trail ride this space was great for our family we will be back and definitely stay more than one night

Brilliant RV nr Williams - everything you could need for a stay

We had a great night at this camper. It was comfortable and quiet and had all equipment we needed. The only thing is, being five persons, so one had to sleep on the sofa which is too short for an adult. We were told that warm water will be tight and WIFI could be weak, for us both worked perfectly.

Great location to downtown Williams. Camper very clean. Park pristine.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff friendly and easy to work with. Great views across the valley and everything set up and easy to access.

Great central location between Sedona, VOC & Cottonwood. Quiet neighborhood out of the hustle & bustle of Sedona. Hard to find dog friendly lodging in this area as I travel with a german shepherd. Why stay in a noisy hotel when you can be out in the country but still only 15+ minutes to all the touristy places.

While we did not stay in the #10 camper due to an unexpected last-minute repair being done, this host took care of us and accommodated us in another larger cabin, which was a wonderful experience. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The space was cozy and warm, even though freezing outside. The couch and bed were comfortable. I like the cosmetic updates.

This place was awesome. Beautiful star gazing experience. Peaceful and beautiful views from place. If you are choosing place for your stay I recommend to bring all your stuff. This place is like a camping. Get water, towels and bedsheets, pillows. Napkins etc etc..

Tessa’s camper offers a unique experience for those who have never been in one. Her reviews are positive, and her descriptions of the entire property is accurately explained.. We are always grateful to host who allow us to bring our small dogs. Tessa is a great host who communicates with you in a timely manner. We appreciate her feedback.

Steve and Denise were awesome! They both were very time efficient on getting back to me with any questions that I had. Steve was on time to set up the camper and explained everything I needed to know about it. He made my family’s Thanksgiving vacation one that we will never forget! Thank you Steve and Denise for giving my family the opportunity to make lifelong memories and making camping so much fun!!

This is a no frills, simple, wide open space that lets you stay the night in your car or tent - so come prepared to be fully self sufficient. If you follow Ryan’s instructions to get here, it’s fairly straightforward. Note that you are going to be off road for a short bit while getting here (and to look on the ground for little dips as it can get bouncy on your car, so go slow) but the entrance to this spot is just a slight turn out from the road. I didn’t at any point felt unsafe or uncomfortable at all in the area. Oh, and I did notice a little fire pit too, so you can check the fire warnings/with Ryan if you want to use that. It was a very affordable night’s stay with a beautiful sky that allowed me to get to the Grand Canyons in about 40 mins! Ryan was also very responsive and helpful.

Loved staying in this tiny home! Very clean and had all the necessities needed for my 5 day stay. It was an easy 15-20 minute drive from Sedona, and it was so nice to come back after a full day of hiking and enjoy peace and quiet. Perfectly located to enjoy so many things. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area. Communication was on point with very clear and easy instructions, and check in was a breeze! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A cute little RV, yet spacious enough, small farms outside, close proximity to Sedona and Jerome, more than enough utilities, the friendliest host (and dogs) and spacious enough for the four of us - I don't think I could have asked for more. 10/10 would recommend

We loved our stay in Kandy's RV! Kandy and her husband were gracious hosts and went out of their way to make sure we arrived safely and felt at home. Their hiking advice was much appreciated too. Even though it's a trailer, the kitchen and living area felt pretty spacious. It was a peaceful respite from the noise and light nights of the city. It was great to be able to a sky full of stars at night!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Anais’s place. It was beautiful (mountain views!), peaceful, and cozy. Exactly as advertised. We had never stayed in an RV and had an issue with the heating. Anais was responsive to the issue and made sure we were taken care of. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect month stay. Grant and his family are warm and hospitable, and quick to help. The neighborhood is quiet, and the views are sublime. I would happily stay again.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at airstream alley! It was just as described and pictured, even more stunning in person. So well decorated and furnished! It doesn’t feel cramped at all. The beds were extremely comfortable and enough space even for my husband who is 6 feet and a larger build. The toilet is higher up so it was a little tricky to use for myself but still do able! The property was easy to get in and out of, so close to downtown that you can walk to it in a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again. Constance was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating!

I truly cannot say enough about The Magic School Bus! It is by far one of my favorite Airbnbs, and I’ve stayed in a lot! It’s absolutely adorable, and with so many thoughtful touches. You can really feel the heart, soul and creativity that went into it. Nicole has been a dream to communicate with (I only wish I could have met her in person!), and her mom Marlene who lives onsite has been such a special part of my experience. She is a magical witchy nature alchemist queen and it’s such a blessing to have been neighbors! Cottonwood is also such a sweet little place. I came here for Sedona, and ended up spending more time in Cottonwood and in the bus! So much nature all around, and the bus is just so fun—had me feeling like a little kid at 42! Oh, and the bathroom is the absolute shit, so have no fear about it not being in the bus! It’s all perfection. ✨

Wonderful area for a relaxing getaway! The RV is well equipped and nicely furnished, very clean and in good shape. The yard is spacious and private. The highway noise is a little loud sometimes, but not too bad. The nearby creek provides a nice place to walk and relax.
