Great house in a great location. House had spacious downstairs with living room and kitchen where everyone could be together and nice spacious bedrooms upstairs. Host was proactive in making sure our stay had everything we needed and was always quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! The gated fence really helped us feel extra safe. The place was very clean and conveniently located (only ~10mins to get to the aquarium). Would recommend!

Very spacious house on three levels. Good location with stores, restaurants, and parks nearby. Would have appreciated more lighting in several of the rooms. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking for our 8. More spices and coffees and basics than expected. Good appliances, gas stove and oven.

Guia’s place was perfect. We were still finding new amenities even as we were checking out hahaha. Tons of games in the garage made for fun times with the little bit of down time we had. Plenty of space and places to sleep and the grounds the house is on us super cool. Being greeted by the equine neighbors that share the property in the morning is definitely a nice thing to wake up to. Home is in an incredibly quiet area and only about a half hour to all the cool Atlanta stuff. Easy 5-star all the way around.

We had a great stay at Michael and David’s place. It’s in a great location not far away from Atlanta’s main attractions. The apartment was very cute and cozy. Bed and linens were extra comfortable and there was definitely enough space for two people. Michael and David were very responsive to any questions and sent great directions regarding aspects of the place. Overall a charming place in an awesome location.

What a great experience everything was very nice and in order…me and my kids felt right at home it was very comfortable and gave relaxation….will definitely be booking again…..

This apartment was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Atlanta! The space was comfortable and well laid out - we felt right at home. Shelley was extremely accommodating and kind! She checked in regularly and made sure we had a great stay. The instructions to get to the apartment were clear. The layout of the building was a little different than what I’m used to, but it was no issue at all for us! I only mention this in case someone reading might have mobility issues: To get to this apartment from the outside you have to traverse 2 flights of stairs whether you enter the front or the back (front - down 2 flights; back - up 1 flight, down 1 flight). The apartment building itself was very quiet. The street the building is on did not have any traffic during our stay, and seemed really chill. The building is literally less than a block from Piedmont Park which was great. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

A great place to stay in the heart of midtown Atlanta . Everything is in walking distance (within 20 minute walk ) from another and you’ll have the feel of what it’s like to live in Atlanta

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy bungalow in Atlanta! The space is thoughtfully designed, with a welcoming foyer and a well-equipped kitchen featuring bar stools, a fridge, and all the necessary amenities. The large bedroom was a highlight—spacious, comfortable, and complete with a gas fireplace that added a warm, inviting ambiance. The ensuite bathroom, ample storage, and mini library made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. However, what truly set this place apart were the stunning Bohemian paintings adorning the walls, adding a unique and artistic touch to the space. Staying here was a far superior experience compared to a conventional hotel, offering both character and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and stylish stay in Atlanta!

The place was perfect for me. Close to amenities, and the highway. Thomas even had a cold bottle of wine waiting upon check in. Sheets were squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again!!

Desiree was great!! My daughter and I traveled for a cheer competition and knew nothing of the area! Desiree made us feel right at home and like I had a friend in the city. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns! A great host! Loved the balcony for morning coffee!

Great location to/from the airport! Adam is a very clear communicator and if anything the space was bigger than I expected it to be which was nice. Would consider staying again if I were to come back to Atlanta
