Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Visiting CHCH second time and again staying at same place explains in itself. As always feels like home away from home.

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

I can't thank Louise enough for our wonderful little homely and private cottage in the autumn trees, showering yellow leaves over the garden. Rose Cottage is just pure magic at this time of the year, especially if you are a keen photographer as l am: While it is close to the airport it isn't in the flight path so there's not that much aircraft noise, and it is close to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Louise and Matthew are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their property to anyone visiting Christchurch and wanting something just a slightly bit different :)

This stunning home was beyond incredible! Each level offered plenty of space and privacy, making it perfect for three families. The convenience of having a bathroom on every floor was a huge plus. We especially loved relaxing on the deck in the afternoon sun — the view was a real highlight. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house manual was super clear and helpful. A truly superb stay!

Lovely place to stay, we had a group of our work ladies from all over NZ meet and stay. Fantastic for larger groups bedrooms were just lovely.

Christina's place was lovely and exactly what we were looking for. All photos and descriptions matched what was said in the listing, with everything being perfectly clean before we arrived. There was a great amount of amenities especially in the kitchen which made cooking very simple. Christina also had boardgames in the lounge which was amazing, we spent alot of time playing articulate. Would 100% come back again!

We really enjoyed our lovely, warm comfortable home away from home. Lots of countryside as well as retail shopping, cafes & restaurants, golf courses and interesting walks close by. Kaiapoi is a great get- away location. Val

Staying in a brand new home was nice. Most comfortable beds we’ve had. Stairs to the top floor was good exercise for my heart ❤️. It was near the river walk and without a vehicle we got in our 8,000 daily steps. It was beautiful during the Fall with the leaves 🍁 changing color. Flat wide sidewalks and hardly a soul around was nice. We felt very safe but noticed nightly new walls and areas tagged with graffiti. :( Surrounded by parking lots and tight quarters with neighbors we had to keep the drapes drawn shut for privacy. The #1 restaurant in the city is 1/2 a block away. Grocery shopping wasn’t convenient and we needed an Uber.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although on a busy road it is quiet inside and the location is perfect. Handy to local shops, short drive to the supermarket at Merivale and has a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy in the sun. Off street parking makes it easy to get your bags and groceries inside. The living room is a great size and kitchen has everything you need and more. Note that although there's a washing machine there's no dryer, but there is an outdoor clothes line and a drying rack to use inside. 2 good sized bedrooms were perfect for us. We felt right at home here and are sure others will enjoy it just as much. We were visiting family so will stay here again when we come back next year. Thank you Rose.

Incredible four nights in New Brighton. We have been coming for 8 years to a local surf competition and this time was the first staying here. Lovely new apartment, central, cozy and also private. Loved every part of it and Bee was a star with the communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be back ~

I really think the photos do not do this place justice. It's way roomier than it looks in photos and the absolute luxury of the place is understated. The huge TV and incredible soundbar in the lounge is perfect for the dreary, rainy weather we had. The fully stocked kitchen has literally anything you could hope for. The underfloor heating kept the whole place wonderfully cozy. The rain shower with the beautiful view had perfect pressure and heated up immediately. And to top it all off, STUNNING views directly from the bed. You can't find better, book this place ASAP!

Incredible place to stay! Beautiful home and was so nice & relaxing - Elizabeth made things so easy and left the cutest note & bubbly for us girls the morning of getting ready for my wedding 🥹🥹 would 100% stay again 💕

Sarah’s place was wonderful. Very clean, peaceful location and everything was close by for what we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rob was a great host. He responded very quickly to messages. We loved our stay - the house was roomy and very well stocked with everything we needed.

Thank you for accomodating our request and let my pooches in your place, outdoor area and fully fence. Cozy apartment, it’s not a big space but it’s enough to come home to sleep after a day in the city. Bed comfy, the pillows are too soft hehe Bathroom are spacious and living area is good too. Narrow driveway but handy to have parking space dedicated to your stay, easy checking in/out. Will I stay again ? YES!

We had a great stay at the house. Location is excellent, walking distance to Hagley Park, Riccarton, Mona Vale. While there are town houses all around you it still felt private apart from a bit of noise from neighbours. A few more amenities is the main thing missing from taking this house to the next level. Christina was great to deal with and we'd happily stay again. Thanks
