I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it exceeded my expectations. The home is situated in a fantastic area, offering both convenience and a pleasant environment. Its spaciousness comfortably accommodated our group, providing ample room for everyone. The property was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The cleanliness was particularly impressive, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to book this home again in the future and highly recommend it to others seeking a quality stay.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. The house was equipped with everything we needed- even coffee! The yard was very nice, we got to enjoy the hot tub and all the fun things to do in the surrounding area. Thank you Andrew for a great stay!

Thoughtful and communicative host. My family stayed at two of her properties while visiting an ill family member. She was thoughtful and very flexible, which included last minute extensions to our stay. Her homes are on point with activities for children and adults. Easy to child proof in safe and nice neighborhoods. Thank you so much. Both homes I stayed in, I left important items behind and she was so quick to notify me and even drop things off.

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

WOW!!!! That's really all you need to say but here goes....INCREDIBLE. Location was amazing just minutes from the beach but still quiet small town feel. House is perfect, totally felt at HOME. Communication was fast and clear. The extra touches, notes, menus, and other things around the house made this the best AirBnB we have stayed at. If we ever go to this area again and this house is booked we will change our dates to stay here again....ITS THAT GOOD!!!

Perfect location for Westerly beaches, the beach pass was very useful, quick drive to the waves. Pool was great, and the house is very well equipped with outdoor/indoor games and beach items. Wonderful spot for family in the summer, outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying the summer weather.

This loft was more than we could have expected! The experience was incredible. The art was unique and creative. The property was beautiful even on a rainy weekend. There was even an umbrella hanging in the hallway! We look forward to revisiting during different seasons. We have found our perfect get away! Thank you again Geo!

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

This cottage is a fabulous place to stay in Newport. Our family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient in terms of location. It’s a few doors away from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend it!

Sara thought of everything needed for a relaxing weekend. The house is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need to make what whatever meal you desire. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and feel modern and the house was so clean! We had a great weekend celebrating my sister’s bachelorette.

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

We had a wonderful off-season weekend at Jenny’s place. It’s a beautiful home that is well appointed, which made it easy to settle in. The house is also in a prime location in downtown Newport. Being mid-January, it was nice to have a short walk to many great restaurants and shops. We look forward to coming back!

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We loved it so much we came back a second time. The house is perfect for my family, room for everyone. Nice big kitchen where we found ourselves gathering a lot and cooking together. The kitchen is well equipped with most things you would want when cooking. Even a rolling pin! Very close to Newport mansions and cliff walk so we always had something to do. Whoever cleans it does a really really good job and the hosts were always quick to respond to my questions.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Cozy cottage near beach and within artistic community of Charlestown. Rooms were comfortable. House had all of the amenities required to settle in and enjoy our stay. Liz was friendly and quick to communicate.

Steve gave us access to beach pass prior to check in. We spent the day at the nearby quiet beach. We went to his restaurant recommendation which was also on the water and an excellent choice. We went to his dinner recommendation x2 and both excellent choices. The house was perfect. Beds comfortable and hot water available in shower. Clean!! Bathroom spacious and clean! The backyard is peaceful and comfortable for happy hour. We will certainly be back. No problems no hassle. He’s warm and welcoming!
