Great location, affordable, and great for several guest. We stayed for one night and everything was great. 15 minutes from outer downtown Raleigh area and where we went.

Wonderful stay! The furniture offered nice seating with a beautiful view out to the back garden. Margaret was kind enough to leave our some snacks which helped me for my early morning days! There's also aromatherapy and coffee available, such a nice touch! 10/10 can't recommend enough!

Nice quiet location, great for visiting the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area.

Patrick has a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping areas. It is quiet and I loved having the full kitchen to cook in. Wifi was fast and reliable. Having the Village District within walking distance was nice, since it has so many shops and restaurants and you don't have to worry about parking. I had a great time while I was there!

If the description of the guesthouse being attached to the main house gives you pause, don't let it. The house is very private, complete with nice wooded views, lots of birds and squirrels. Great location that is perfect if you have business at UNC (only 7 minutes away) with lots of quaint restaurants equally close. No smart TV, so if you want to watch Netflix or similar platforms you'll need to have your laptop and attach through a HDMI cable - and the single cup making coffee maker was frustrating. But overall a very nice stay.

Very friendly and responsive. Meike was very flexible and accommodating. The place was private and well kept. Stocked as if you are at home, we needed nothing extra! Would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Emily was very communicative and made the entire process easy. All of the details and amenities of the property matched the description. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Beautiful suite in a quiet neighborhood still near restaurants and activities. Stayed here to go to a game at the Lenovo Center and the location was perfect. Home was cozy and had a personal touch with the toiletries and furnishings. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Camille's Airbnb! The space was incredibly comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—only 5 mins from my daughter's home which was the reason for our visit, yet quiet enough for a restful stay. The property met all of our needs and more. Camille was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet! When she found out that my first grandson had been delivered she congratulated us with a card and some hard cider! She was responsive and attentive, quickly providing us with an extra blanket when we requested it and adjusting the heat to ensure we were cozy. We really appreciated her hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future! Highly recommend!

Nice spot, it's a small community area. Instructions to arrive are pretty clear. Nice kitchen and living room area. Clean, neat and organized overall. Really nice area of NC would visit again if the opportunity may come.

The best review I can give is that this is my third stay at Walt and Hadley's and the last one prior to this stay was just a few weeks ago. Their Airbnb is amazing, clean, and in a peaceful, safe location. I have no worries when I stay in their spot. They are a wonderful hosts who always provide special touches and are super friendly. This spot is a go to for traveling to Raleigh. Thanks again and see you guys next time!

Laura was very responsive and a great communicator. I really appreciated how she made sure my stay was comfortable.

This place was lovely. The laundry in the unit and the heater floors and rainfall showerhead in the bathroom took it over the top! Super close to a lot of what Raleigh has to offer. And Evan was a great host - super responsive and helpful.

Lou’s guest house was comfortable and cozy. Queen Bed was comfortable (it was a clever fit in the small bedroom) and kitchen offered convenience of microwave, toaster over and a intermediate sized fridge w a working freezer for traveler freezer packs. Keurig coffee maker and coffee were supplied. My husband loved the 85” flatscreen tv! Communication from our host was proactive, friendly and welcoming and directions to the home tucked away from main were very clear. We would enjoy staying here again.

We had an issue with the door code but Shannon responded very quickly and resolved it. Her place was very clean and nicely decorated and it is a 25 minute walk into town. We would definitely stay there again.

Williams stay was amazing, he was very responsive, checked on me to make sure things were running smoothly. Clear and smooth instructions. I was very comfortable and would stay again where his stay was worked so well for me my boyfriend lives 15 minutes from the stay. Which was great for when he came to visit and pick me up for our dates. Also not far from the places we went to visit. Loved how small the space was just for me I was able to relax and enjoy my book.

Emily is an extremely kind and responsive host. I would happily stay again. The backyard was great for my dog. There are a handful of decent/good dog parks, usually within 10-15 minutes. Downtown is ~10 min drive. Central park is dog friendly and had events every weekend. Lots of dog friendly breweries. Internal amenities of the rental are great quality and reliable. If you plan to stay for a prolonged time, I would recommend tupperware. Otherwise, kitchen supplies are pretty sufficient. It was exceptionally clean when I arrived. The only downside I can think of is that, while it's not far from downtown which is very nice, it doesn't feel like it's in the best part of town, maybe average for Durham tho - that's to say I didn't try early morning or late night dog walks through the neighborhood. No actual bad interactions though. I do recommend staying here and I would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay In the woodsy setting! Quick drive over to my daughter’s dorms and all the restaurants. We had amazing sleeps in the cozy setting. I was especially appreciative of their flexible check in and check out with my flight times. It was very helpful and we would definitely come back here again. It was adorable! Thanks guys!

Great location with walking trails nearby. Located right outside of downtown making it easy to get around. The space was very clean and served its purpose for a weekend stay!

Staying in Molly and Bill’s place was a delight. They were kind and gracious hosts from check in to check out. They were so flexible and helpful with our arrival and departure, even when we had airline changes mid-trip. The apartment was very comfortable and cool even though it was near 100 degrees outside some days. The covered entrance was super helpful for deliveries. We have recently been on a lot of trips and this shower had the hottest and most water pressure of any place. It was so great. The kitchen was lovely and new with lots of super helpful every day need type condiments. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip to NC so homey.

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is well located in a peaceful neighborhood. It was tidy and clean. We had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The check-in/check-out instructions were very clear. Would stay here again!
