Ferienunterkünfte mit Seezugang in Chao Phraya River

We've had a wonderful experiences with the house, it was exceed our expectation! The house was so big and clean, it have a great vibe for young people. Also, the owners were very hospitality and kind, they showed up when we arrived and provided us all the needs! I felt very appreciate and thankful! Near the house is Icon Siam with only 10min walk, very recommend for any groups of 7-9 people to book this house.

Интересное место недалеко от города (15 мин на Grab от центра) на берегу реки. Живописно и оригинально Рядом есть две абсолютно потрясающие кофейни (одна из них с собственным парком и прудом). Рядом 7-11 Из минусов: может быть шумно из-за караоке по другую сторону реки, поэтому если вы чувствительны к шуму, то вам не подойдет. Зато послушаете тайские песни)) Я был в берушах и мне было ок. В целом отличное пребывание. ВАЖНО: Уехать оттуда на Grab-автомобиле сложно, поэтому заранее подумайте о трансфере. Grab-байки приезжают без проблем Ещё вернусь!

Peaceful and quiet

The moment I open the window, I fell in love with the scenery. It was hard to capture the beautiful scenery in the picture. Everything including kitchen tools was fully equipped and the owner was always very contactable and tried to help us. The location is 40 to 50 minutes by Grab taxi from Bangkok city center and it was never difficult to catch Grab taxi. There are famous cafes like After the rain,Bubble in the Forest,so it would be nice to visit them togother. I am so happy to have fantastic memories with my mom in the beautiful place. Thank you so much and I would like to visit again soon.

The owner is very friendly, the room is clean, and the furnishings and electric appliances are new, enough for two people to stay for a short period.  The swimming pool is another plus.  It is not a tourist area, you can reach the night markets and a large shopping mall by walking for 20 minutes or taking a taxi (about 80 baht). Also there are some nice local food shops with short walk.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was even better than the photos. The flat was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities made my stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering any questions promptly. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby food market. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

房东人很好。会普通话， 粤语。不管什么时候抵达都会在楼下接我们。 楼下就有711。很便利。 每次看演唱会都会住这里。

It took a while for us to wait for the host to get proper entry to the building for us, though the anticipated arrival time was clearly informed to the host. And she was not responsive to my calls. No apology was addressed to me, as if it is very natural and normal to keep guests waiting for check-in while not being able to contact her. Kawa Haus, and its neighbor residence Hasu Haus, are perfect for holiday stays. Very good services there. The vibe of T77 community is excellent!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Montida is an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to help us out at the last minute. The self-check-in was a breeze, and the location is super convenient. There are tons of food stores and convenience stores nearby. I’d love to stay here for a long time. And guess what? It’s also close to DMK. Overall, I highly recommend Montida for her helpful nature and her Airbnb.
