This property was really great. We were a large group of families, and the setup of the 2 villas was just right. Lots of space; lots of common areas. The views from the villa, up in the mountains, were spectacular. Of course, those views meant we had a 20-25 min drive to anything because there isn't really any commercial activity in the town of Malaxa, but honestly it was worth it and even the drive is pretty! Emmannuel and Yannis were superb hosts, highly responsive, very friendly, and full of great suggestions on restaurants, beaches, hikes, and much more. They even helped us arrange to have an excellent private chef come to prepare a big family meal for us one night. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Villa kallos in May 2024 for a week. The villa is big and well situated, a car how ever is a must if you wish to get around. The kitchen is stocked with basics necessities and a great amount of towels are supplied. The pool runs at 1.60M and floaties are available for use. We also had housekeeping included on the 3rd day which was appreciated. Maria the hostess was quite attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Das Haus und der Outdoorbereich sind atemberaubend. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst liebenswertig. Wir hatte sogar einen Korb mit frischen Früchten bei der Ankunft und Artemis hatte uns einen Kuchen gebacken. Es war ein Traum.

Wow—what an incredible Airbnb experience! Our stay in this stunning, modern, and fully equipped home was absolutely perfect. Eleni and George were amazing hosts, making everything even more special.

Wat een fantastisch mooie villa is dit! Heerlijke tijd gehad. Pluspunt is ook echt dat zwembad verwarmd kan worden. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug voor langere tijd!

Without a doubt my favourite airbnb to date. The area and luxury of this villa will make you feel on top of the world. Pantelis had beyond exceptional communication, he was so helpful with anything that was needed. The location is fantastic, close to town and a couple beaches. I could not recommend this place more. Easily accessible by a vehicle, easy parking. Truly loved this stay.

We had a great time at the villa! Lovely place Very clean had all the amenities, instructions were very clear from Periklis and whenever I needed something the response was immediate! They came to do a full clean of the villa mid way through our stay which was also great! Overall a lovely place and area with many near shops and restaurants! And short drive into town! Would stay again next time!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft und es war exakt so wie in den anderen Reviews und auf den Bildern beschrieben. Man ist komplett für sich und kann die Ruhe auf dem Grundstück und am Pool genießen. Einige sehr schöne Strände und Ausflugsziele sind nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Vardis war hervorragend, er war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen oder Problemen. Den Check-In hat sein Vater übernommen, der auch sehr hilfreich war. Während des Aufenthalts haben wir zweimal neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch war. Rundherum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

A Slice of Paradise – Five Stars All Around! We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa! The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special. If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

Villa Penelope is a beautiful place where you can spend a great time in a large group. Especially the outdoor area with a large pool is outstanding, the view over the sea is unique. Giorgos was always available within a very short time. We were even able to get to the villa earlier upon request. You need a car for activities or grocery-shopping. Thanks for everything, we would definitely come back!

This was the second time we stayed at Villa Oasis and it was even better than before with the new rooms, updated pool area, hot tub and fire pit. We came to celebrate a family birthday and we had so much fun. The local village has a few restaurants and bars and shops which were still open in October. With only a 15min drive into Rethmynon, there was lots to do. We would recommend getting a car as there is so much to see in under an hour away. The villa was cleaned every couple of days and Giorgos always responded when we needed anything. We will be coming again!

Les propriétaires sont adorables, merci pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité 😊 Petite recommandation si vous louez la maison, nous avions loué un van, la manœuvre pour accéder aux résidences peut être périlleuse mais largement faisable ! Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour !

l'host è stato molto reattivo nel risolvere i problemi che abbiamo avuto. la casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e riusulta molto pulita e curata. Abbastanza comoda la posizione e in 20 minuti circa si raggiunge il centro di Chania

The name says it all. It was, in fact, a gem. A total gem. Gorgeous house, gorgeous pool, rooms were all great, great views, I can go on and on. Rafael was the man. The bomb. The guru. Let him recommend what to do and where to go and do what he says. His food recommendations, destination recommendations, l insights, helpfulness - all were spot on. We had a couple small pre-season kinks that needed to be ironed out but they did them instantaneously. One phone call and voila. Theo was so helpful in the lead-up as well. He helped organize things and even helped order legs of lamb for us to cook on Easter. He was great. So the place is 15 minutes from old town Rethymno and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I am writing this from old town where I am spending the next 2 days and I already miss being at that house. It was perfectly situated. Close enough to the hustle, but far enough away to decompress. It’s absolutely perfect. Thank you all for such a magnificent wedding week!

Het was echt geweldig! Wij hadden vertraging bij aankomst maar Christos hield daar geweldig rekening mee. Met de code van de sleutelkluis konden wij naar binnen en lagen er zelfs twee flessen wijn koud voor ons! Ook toen wij vroegen of een box voor de baby mogelijk was stond er binnen een uur een box in de woonkamer! Hulp met taxi, winkels en tips., Wat helemaal geweldig was, was dat wij (in verband met vertraging van de terugvlucht) zo lang in de accommodatie mochten blijven als nodig was. Echt geweldig genoten! Zowel Christos als Froso enorm bedankt voor de goede zorgen en dat wij mochten verblijven in jullie geweldige villa! kortom, echt een topvakantie!

We had the most wonderful stay at Nimar Villas. We were a group of 7 and all agreed that it was a beautiful villa and had an incredible week. The view and sunsets are breathtaking, everything looks exactly like the photos if not better. Great host, made sure we had everything we needed and super responsive. Location is great but you must have a car if planning to leave the villa often. Would highly recommend and would love to return already!

Villa Arietta is a dream house. Located in the beautiful hills just outside Kissamos, 10 mins by car from the sea. The house is marvelous and has all the comforts you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. We were two couples with one toddler and a baby and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our needs. Also, thoughtful little touches like a welcome hamper with local products, and numerous amazing toys for the kids to use in the garden. Arietta and her husband have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout, and communication has always been quick and proactive. We loved our stay and we really hope to come back again. Definitely recommended, one of the best places we’ve been to!

This is the best air BnB we have stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. It is so spacious, with large bedrooms and a large living area. Plenty of storage space and a HUGE outdoor space with a massive pool. It was a stunning air BnB. Lots of amenities and extra kitchen gadgets. It has a great BBQ and outdoor eating space. The pool was a highlight and was warm despite it not being heated. Showers had lots of power, beds were comfy. Location is stunning, very peaceful and serene. Not loud at all. We didn’t mind the planes going over head, they are very infrequent. The house was so clean and clearly well looked after. You would need a car to get around Crete if staying here but a lovely tavern and local beach 10-15 min walk down the road. Stavros beach about a 5 min drive. I would absolutely stay here again, it was perfect!! Christian and Judith were amazing hosts, very responsive and gave clear instructions!

The location is calm and private, the villa is very well situated (no vis-a-vis) and secured. It is ideal for families with little kids as the territory is closed and it’s easy to supervise your kid while chilling near the pool or on a balcony. Everything was perfect, all the amenities were well prepared, the kitchen is equipped literally with everything. The host took care about all the details, even, salt, sugar, coffee capsules and freshly made beds for our arrival, so we didn’t think about anything but rest and having fun! and a bottle of wine as little surprise from the host:)

Très bon séjour que nous recommandons pour 4 personnes dans un petit village typique crétois magnifique maison où il ne manque rien une maison qui a un vécu. Super jardin avec une cuisine d’été une deuxième douche ,un vrais barbecue en dur. La. piscine est un plaisir bien orienté très bien entretenu avec une eau non agressive. Un mobilier extérieur répondant à tout les besoin pour l’ombre ou le soleil Literie très confortable chambres spacieuses et rangements plus que suffisant. Place de parking devant la maison. Que du positif pour un séjour paisible sans soucis

An amazing week for our family (2 adults, 2 children 6 and 4)! Super view, well equipped house, friendly host! Just perfect.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Sea View White Villa sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ein Traum. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, direkt am Strand. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool kann auf Wunsch etwas geheizt werden, sodass man auch schon früh in der Saison vollen Badespaß hat. Der Whirlpool lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ideal für 3-4 Personen. Stravros war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kleine Leckereien zur Begrüßung und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Rundum ein toller Urlaub, Danke nochmals!

Alex was an amazing host right from booking. He’s super friendly & reply’s quickly to any questions. We had the warmest welcome on check in & the property is beautiful, with gorgeous & peaceful surroundings. You have all the utensils & cutlery you need for cooking, Alex was always on hand if we needed any help with anything. I will 100% be going back & it’s not something I often do so that says a lot about Alex & his property. Highly highly recommend this place.

We stayed as a family of four for a week. The villa consisted a main floor with a modern, clean and well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting/dining room with lovely views over souda bay and towards chania. A large jacuzzi bath was also off the sitting area. The rest of this floor was three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower/ tub combo and the other a wetroom style. A further bedroom/ shower room was on the floor below via an outside staircase as well as a well equiped gym. The outside area was expansive and enough for our boys to run around. The villa also had a number of indoor and outdoor games for the boys to enjoy. But a lot of our time was spent in the heated pool! Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The villa was very clean, comfortable with stunning hilltop views. The location was close to the airport, local resturants and shops and we had food delivered to us a number of times. A special point was the kindness and helpfulness of our hosts, thank you!
