I’m not sure where to start. The hosts are beyond incredible and hospitable, they took us to the shops, brought us things when we needed them and asked how we were throught. Tammy and Babis were so wonderful. The place itself is a marvel, you’re surrounded by swathes of raw nature and combine that with the outdoor amenities, you’d wish you were there all day. Such a clean, pristine place. Me and my friends were speechless, by the quality, the hospitality and the experience. I absolutely recommend this place and hope to come again in the future!

We had such a lovely stay at Grace’s. We booked both apartments for a family group, which worked well. The villa is charming with the most beautiful seaviews. We spent a lot of time just watching boats coming and going in the changing light. It has a very homely feel, with plenty of places to sit in comfort. Aircon & mosquito nets were very welcome. Pool is small but enough to cool off in. Grace was very proactive with information prior to arrival, which was helpful and very responsive with any queries. We absolutely loved Kioni, couldn’t get enough of the warm, clear sea. We hired a boat from George a couple of days, and swam in little bays, would thoroughly recommend. Good choice of authentic and fine dining. Would suggest discussing access if important for your group, as it’s not easy for anyone with mobility issues. Steps from parking, and down to the pool and although we were able to walk comfortably to the village, it proved too much for my parents. We would definitely go back.

The villa was amazing, even more beautiful than the photos. The pool and the grounds surrounding are very well kept. Kostas met us on check in, spent some time with us with a map of the island and highlighted the places he thought we should go, based on us telling him what we wanted from our holiday. We went to 95% of the places of which were all amazing, so his recommendations were spot on. Ideally located to access the main towns and a variety of beaches. We would definitely recommend this villa and will absolutely be returning in the future.

A beautiful home in a stunning peaceful village. Panagiotis was a welcoming and attentive host and the cottage had everything we could have needed and more. The garden was particularly beautiful with orange trees and two lovely tortoises that kept us company!!

Villa Christina was amazing and a really good find. Location within 5mins to the beautiful port of Sami and a central location to the rest of the island. The villa was beautiful, just as described, very clean and decorated nicely, lovely pool and outside bbq within well looked after grounds. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 children Christina was a great host and we would love to visit again

Just back from a fantastic week at villa dionysos in the beautiful Spartia. What an amazing place to base yourself to explore Kefalonia. You really need a car here, think we might have struggled without. The pool was stunning with a view out to the sea and we loved watching the super yachts moored there.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, absolutely stunning apartment! The views are incredible, there’s a nice beach close by, and people are friendly. Gerasimos was a lovely host, always quick to respond. Thank you again!

We had a fabulous week staying in this wonderful property. It’s located near to some of the most beautiful coves and beaches there are in Kefalonia. The village is friendly and a local shop is a few minutes walk away. The actual property is fantastic. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean and homely. There is lots of sociable space to hang out in. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean everywhere and multiple spaces to eat outside and enjoy the forest and sea views. Maria’s communication was excellent. Very clear and very helpful. She was super responsive to any queries and a fantastic host. We would highly recommend this property.

This was our first stay in Ithaka, having previously visited on day trips from Kefalonia. We chose Vathy because of its convenience; many tavernas bars and shopping facilities, and a great base exploring the whole island. Henry's house is one of only a few in Vathy with a pool, but it is also only 5 or 10 minutes drive from several delightful coves and beaches. Being right in the centre of Vathy you feel like part of the community, but the house and gardens are also quite private. In October there is an endless supply of lemons from the garden 🍹. The villa is charming and welcoming. Henry is a very welcoming, responsive, and attentive host.

Christina is a delightful host who welcomes you personally and shows the house. the house is a marvel with two large rooms, an amazing living room and a huge terrace with a fantastic view. very nicely decorated and plenty of amenities. the house is a gem close to everything.

Sylvia and Georgia's were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Sylvia was very responsive when messaging prior to arriving and Georgios was welcoming and helpful when we got there. The fridge was stocked with some yummy food on arrival which made the first morning with the children much more straightforward. The house was perfect and we all really enjoyed the outside space and privacy afforded by the lovely garden. The beach is super close which made nipping down for a quick swim very easy. On the last day Georgios popped round to check that everything was in order. Overall, we were made to feel so very welcome, thank you Sylvia, Georgios and the rest of your family.

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

We had a fantastic stay the Endless Blue House. Pantazis and Anna were both so helpful - fabulous hosts. The house was perfect for us. Big comfortable bed and beautiful garden. BBQ and Hot Tub were great. We like to self-cater meals so we aren't always eating out and the kitchen was ideally equipped. The location was fantastic right by the water. It was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night and walking through the gate and jumping into the sea. We hired a car for a couple of days to go and visit other parts of the island, but it was easy to walk to all the bars, restaurants and supermarket etc.. in Sami. Incredibly peaceful. Most relaxing holiday we've had for a long time. Can't wait to visit again.

I definitely recommend staying at the Abuelita cottage if you are coming to Kefalonia, it is absolutely perfect. It has obviously been redone recently to the most incredible standard, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Check in was super easy and the team were really communicative and helpful. The outside area is amazing, lots of seating options in different spots around the house so you can always be in the shade or the sun depending on what you prefer. Finally the location is amazing, a 1min walk into the village with a restaurant and a small shop and then a very short drive to all the beautiful sites of the North of the island. Local sites include Fiskardo with all it has to offer, Magganos with the lovely Picnic cafe and Alias Yard restaurant, and Dafnoudi & Kimilia beaches. I could not recommend staying here more! Don’t hesitate

Beautiful house in the north of the island, not far from a cute fishermans village with nice reataurants. Ideal for families or just a couple traveling. Many beautiful beaches withing 20-30min of driving we definitely recommend this place for your stay on the island

Der Aufenthalt war super! Super sauberes und modernes Apartment und „normalerweise“ kurze Fahrtwegen zu den schönsten Stränden wie z. b. Myrtos. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt die Strasse gesperrt und alles war etwas weiter, aber dafür kann keiner was und es war trotzdem die Perfekt Wohnung bzw Haus! :) Nikos war super Hilfsbereit, wir hatten ein kleines Stromproblem am Abend und sofort am nächsten Morgen war jemand da und sich darum gekümmert! 10Sterne für diesen super Suport! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

Fantastic villa! It is immaculate, spacious and well equipped. It is in a quiet and peaceful location, but just a short walk from some good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The lovely Myrtos beach is just a few minutes drive, and perfect for exploring the centre and North of Kephalonia. Sophie and Ellie were the most amazing hosts, with help and advice, plus wine, treats and even a meal on arrival. Thoroughly recommended!

Brilliant stay at the tiny smart house recently. The location is perfect for walking and exploring Argostoli and Lassi, it felt like we were equidistant from everywhere we wanted to visit. The smart Echo system is brilliant for operating the heating and lighting and we loved popping on Spotify whilst we prepared for the day and relaxed with a drink just like we would at home. The shower was spacious and the bed comfortable. The outdoor area is lovely perfect for relaxing with a coffee first thing or with a glass of wine at night. Thanks again for the wine on arrival given the late hour it was the perfect start to our trip around the island. Local recommendations restaurants: Aristofanis, Orea Kouzinaki and Yard (other side of De Bosset Bridge, great for brunch), nearby beach: Gradakia (20 mins walk)

Communication with the host and check in went very fine. The house is big on a beautiful location. It has two terraces, both really nice and inside you got everything you need. There is a bit noise coming from the road, apart from that all was fine.

We had a great time with Stavros and Sofia. The place is beautiful. The views over the sea on the terrasse are stunning. It felt very private, nontheless Stavros was always close for any requests (for example, providing an umbrella for the beach). The apartment was very adequate and we spent great 9 nights here. There are great beaches nearby (although you need a car), and its a good base to explore the island. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

Sama kuća je veoma prostrana i dovoljna za 5-6 osoba, pošto je nas bilo 4, bilo je više nego dovoljno mesta za sve. Selo Spartia je mirno i na lokaciji koja je odlična za obilazak svih plaža na južnoj strani ostrva i do velike većine plaža se stiže za manje od 20 minuta. Samo ostrvo ne vredi poseiti ako nemate svoje volzilo jer nećete osestiti punu čar ostrva sa svojim divljim plažama. Kuća je udaljena od glavnog grada tačno deset minuta i lako se stiže. Jedini problem na celom ostrvu su putevi koji su isprepletani i teški za pamćenje. Sam smeštaj vredi plaćenog novca, domaćini su bili dostupni i lokacija je po našem mišljenju odlična. Ostrvo je prelepo i sa najvaćim brojem lepih malih plaža kako lako dostupnih tako teže dostupnih. Na Kefaloniju ćemo se opet vratiti jer se ona može obići i doživeti u potpunosti samo iz tri puta. Svakome preporučujemo da obiđe ovaj raj na zemlji. Hvala domaćinima! Bio je jedan prelep odmor!

We booked Daniel’s villa for our honeymoon in August 2024, staying for 11 nights, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We were impressed by the villa’s cleanliness and the fresh, modern furnishings. The garden is beautifully maintained, and we spent a lot of time swimming in the pool which is cleaned regularly. The kitchen was fully equipped and met all our needs perfectly. The villa offered a truly relaxing environment, and we slept wonderfully every night thanks to the comfortable bed and the quiet surroundings. A special mention goes to Daniel and Daphne, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their recommendations for activities and dining were spot-on. They made it a trip to remember! We wholeheartedly recommend Daniel’s villa and look forward to returning in the near future!
