Manuela était disponible lors de notre arrivée très bon emplacement possibilité d'aller à la gare à pied pour se rendre sur Madrid environ 30 minutes l'appartement est impeccable et conforme à l'annonce il se trouve dans un sous sol de sa maison il n'y a pas trop de lumière( présence d'une petite ouverture qui donne la lumière du jour ) nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous renouvellerons dès que possible l'expérience chez Manuela nous sommes restés une dizaine de jours et nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Apartamento céntrico y bien situado, vas andando a todos partes, cerca de todo lo que tienes que ver en Madrid, bien decorado, y sobre todo muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy profesional, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar y dar todo tipo de facilidades, la comunicación ha sido impecable, muchas recomendaciones de cosas para hacer. Sin ningún tipo de duda volveremos!!!

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto e mostrato nell’annuncio, ha un aspetto moderno con un tocco industriale e un occhio al design, nell’arredo e nelle finiture. Nonostante la piazza sottostante fosse molto animata per gli eventi della settimana santa abbiamo dormito bene perché gli infissi sono ben insonorizzati. La piazza è ben animata da locali di vario tipo, tapas bar, ristoranti, caffè, gelaterie. La location era perfetta, abbiamo raggiunto a piedi molti dei posti che volevamo vedere, in pochi casi abbiamo usato la Metro (per la pioggia) che Comunque si trova a pochi passi dall’appartamento. Le Istruzioni per l’arrivo e il check in sono stati molto chiari e sono arrivate qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo così sapevo come organizzarmi . La Comunicazione con Fernando è stata veloce e reattiva. L’appartamento era pulito e rifornito con tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza. Siamo stati molto bene!

We zijn goed ontvangen. Er werd snel gereageerd en met ons mee gedacht. We hebben ons welkom gevoeld en genoten van het mooie schone moderne appartement! De wijk waar we in zaten was bijzonder leuk, met ook in de eigen straat plekjes om te ontbijten of een hapje te eten. Je kan prima blijven plakken in de buurt er omheen. Wij komen graag terug voor Madrid en ook voor dit appartement!

el apartamento nuevo y muy limpio, muy amplio y cómodo, perfecto para dos adultos y un niño, con dos baños, que es también muy práctico, la cocina muy bien equipada, el barrio muy tranquilo, al lado una buena cafetería para desayunar, hasta el centro llegas perfectamente con el tren de la estación del Getafe, son 15-20 min, nos encantó todo, venimos en Semana Santa y lo hemos pasado muy bien!

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Great place to stay in Madrid. Centrally located, safe, quite and comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Madrid. The hosts provided excellent communication.

Für unsere Tage in Madrid war die Wohnung perfekt: sehr sauber mit einer guten Ausstattung in einer schönen Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
