This is a great cozy place with beautiful outside garden patio. Comfy soft bed, clean nice size bathroom, good quiet heater/AC unit, and simple amenities for tea/coffee, warm up leftovers and freeze ice pack for cooler etc. Kind responsive host. We look forward to returning.

Karen’s place was very nice and very accommodating. Definitely worth it close to San Jose but not too close to all the crowd .

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

Great place. I stayed at Mike’s place for a month and found the unit very clean. Everything was as advertised. The facility has a large pool, a hot tub, plenty or parking. Parking is unassigned and open to anyone but totally safe. We always found parking spots. Free EV charging which was not mentioned in the post but turned out to be a bonus. If you use the EV chargers there’s no need to register or open an account, simply plug in. There’s a large gym, I can’t remember if it was 24/7 but it was always open. The gym is open now and provides wipes for people to clean the equipment after use. Plenty of grass for dogs to poop in. There’s also an internet café which I really liked. If you need a quiet place to get work done this is the place. Free coffee too. The unit itself has a desk, internet, DVD player, smart TV. Everything I needed really. Plenty of extra towels and sheets. Friendly staff, I never needed them during my stay but just running into them in the hallway or parking lot they said hi and were welcoming.

RiverPointe Resort is a wonderful (timeshare) alternative to a typical Napa Hotel. It is my “go to”. Eric’s place is the typical wonderful RiverPointe unit. Highly recommended!! If booking through AirBnB v. Directly through resort…Just be sure to double check with RiverPointe front desk 24 hours before checking to confirm they have your name on the Hosts reservation.

Great location! Perfectly situated to explore both Sonoma and Napa and within walking distance of great beer. Super clean, super quiet - would most definitely come back here.

This place was beautiful and in a word, “peaceful”. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with all of our needs and wants. They took great care of us. We felt safe in a city that isn’t known for safety and that is worth much more than what we paid. We will definitely be coming back and staying with them again!

Great place at a great price. Deposit shocked me a little because I was traveling on a fixed budget but it was back in my bank account in less than 2 days after my checkout. Place was in a great location.

At check-in they tried to sell timeshare. We had a busy schedule, so did not attend a session.

The apartment is in a great location and a good deal. A short walk to the lift at Eagle made it super convenient. Karl was a great hose who was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Quick one night stay for our girls trip. Gina’s place was perfect and exactly what we needed. Easy check in, nice sized bedroom and bathrooms. Loved that it was on the top floor with a view and had a fireplace! Nice, clean, quiet and beds were really comfortable. Would definitely recommend it for the location too!

Great place to stay and you can't beat the value. The bedrooms were great size with comfortable beds. The bathroom was adequate but I would recommend bringing your own towels if you want nicer ones. The best perk is the coffee shop directly across the street.
