Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

it was good value for the price. The villa was very clean tidy and spacious with all amenities and add on listed. The host Samir was very friendly and always reachable around the clock. He is there for you for any help. He guided on the tourist spots and attractions. Also arranged transport for full duration at affordable rate. Great stay highly recommended

السكن حلو مره لاكن ينقصه مكيفات في الغرف ومفاتيح للغرف والا فيلا حلوه وخاصه ونرجو الاهتمام برشاشات المياه والمروش ومشكلته شبكة الانترنت ضعيفه في المنطقه وينقصه منشر ملابس ويبعد عن شارع نظامي ٢٠دقيقه وداخل بيت الحديقه كمرات والا بالامانه السكن جداً جميل وتجربه حلوه وصاحب السكن ووالدته ممتازين مره مره مره واستقباله جميل واسلوبه حلو مره

Wir haben erst vor ein paar Stunden das Haus verlassen, vermissen es aber jetzt schon und planen unseren nächsten Besuch. Es waren einfach perfekte 7 Tage in Jerewan. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und wollen im Herbst wieder kommen. Artavazd ist sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Kommunikation mit ihm war äußerst einfach und angenehm. Da ich erst später eingereist bin, kümmerte sich Artavazd um meine Familienmitglieder und hat ihnen geholfen. Das charmante Haus mit Terrasse ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, der Garten ist bestens gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Stadt blitzblank sauber.

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The privacy of the hut made for a peaceful and relaxing experience, and the views were absolutely stunning. The heated swimming pool was a great bonus, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a perfect getaway spot—highly recommended

Ситуация была такова,что требовалось срочно снять жилье,время было позднее и ранее не могли забронировать.Хозяйка квартиры сразу откликнулась,радушно встретила в позднее время и разместила.Квартира соответствует описанию,чистота и порядок.Спасибо хозяйке.Рекомендую.

Very basic place but with everything you need 5 minutes walk to the Heyder Aliev Merkezi. 24/7 supermarket close by. Nice communication. Would book again. Highly recommended.

Mr. Zurab and his family are extraordinary people. They welcomed us very warmly. Thank them for the gifts. The house fully corresponds to the description. We found the ideal cleanliness and environment: comfortable beds and good bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. I must mention the air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. The terrace is very large, with furniture, hammocks and a swing. An ideal place to spend time. The yard is big, beautiful and tidy. Good parking place for cars. Great recommendation from all of us. Suren was a great host, he organized the transportation from the border of Armenia, organized us a sim card with unlimited data due to lack of WiFi. The house was awesome, big, quiet, with a lovely welcoming and nice homemade specialties. We felt awesome there and highly recommend it for couples who seek a hidden gem to spend their honeymoon or to get away from the city and just enjoy the beauty of nature. Great host, highly recommend it!

Auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war alles super. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos parken, hatten alles was wir brauchten und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Cotne ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Es ist ein unschlagbares Angebot in Tiflis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wow! We have no words to describe the house and its scenic surroundings! The wine ranks, with a never ending view of hazelnut and peach trees, towards the Caucuses mountains, amazed us with its beauty! We shared the best semi-sweet white wine we’ve ever had (from the farm) as the sun set. We sat at the balcony for two hours, and never have I felt so at peace! Being November the heating lamps outside was a nice surprise. That being said; the beauty of the winery was made utterly remarkable with Teklas presence! Her mild and warm appearance, and exceptional hospitality was the “icing on the cake”. She prepared the best food we’ve ever had in Georgia, and her dad popping by our house with a big decanter of wine during dinner was such a beautiful gesture. Tekla was very attentive and flexible, which we really appreciated. Teklas brother Beka was out of the country, but he arranged a hiking tour with guide and followed up on us throughout our stay! We will come back for sure! Thank you!

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Gohar’s place! The accommodation was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. It was well-suited for a long stay, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Gohar was a great host, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home.

I had 17 nights stay in Meri’s place which was really great and unforgettable for me. The house is suitable for families or friends with maximum capacity of 7/8 people , the Beds were not really comfortable and they can be changed but I’d rather to deny it because the house and host had lots of positive points so that was not a big deal. You can find several small shops near by the house and the nearest hypermarket is just 15 minutes by walk. There is no pavement but honestly We waked a lot around the house you just need to be concentrated and with the taxi you can reach the centre of Yerevan in 15 minutes. At the end I would like to appreciate Meri because of her responsibilities and accommodation which made my trip amazing.

Lusine was a great host and she's very helpful with anything you need. The room is so beautiful, a comfortable and spacious bed, a desk for those who work (great internet too), good clean bathroom with hot water, and a small cooking place. The yard is very big and so beautiful; it's like living inside a garden and you get to wake up every morning on birds singing! highly recommended ))

Очень чистый домик. Было место для барбекю. Близко к центру города. Все необходимое для проживания.
