La sistemazione è valsa davvero la pena in quanto Piero è un ospite molto gentile e ospitale, che ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande prima del nostro arrivo e non appena siamo arrivati ​​ci ha accolto con dolcetti e ci ha dato consigli sulla regione. il posto era pulito, organizzato. i letti erano molto comodi e puliti. la cucina è completa di tutto il necessario. la casa si trova sulle strade di campagna della Toscana, circondata dalle meraviglie naturali che ti aspetti di vedere quando viaggi lì. Siamo molto grati per questa opportunità e consiglieremmo questo posto agli amici.

Unser Aufenthalt im Colle ai Lecci war einfach traumhaft! Das gesamte Areal liegt idyllisch inmitten der toskanischen Hügel und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Umgebung – perfekt für eine Auszeit in der Natur. Das typisch toskanische Flair des Anwesens hat uns sofort verzaubert. Das stilvolle, geräumige Apartment trägt die Handschrift der Gastgeber, die als Architekten jedes Detail durchdacht haben – es ist modern, aber mit viel Charme. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, stets darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Besonders schön fanden wir den Gemeinschaftsbereich mit der Honesty Bar, die zum gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Natascha nous a très bien accueillis et nous a immédiatement fait sentir comme chez nous. Nous avons adoré l'appartement et son emplacement dans un quartier tranquille et à proximité du centre de Florence. Nous avons passé magnifique séjour, on y retournerait n'importe quand!

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

This is our second stay at Nicola’s Airbnb. He is a one of the best hosts on Airbnb. He is also an amazing licensed tour guide. Don’t hesitate to stay there and book one of his many tours. The apartment is in a perfect location and walkable.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

A location that feels like it’s right in Times Square, combined with overwhelming hospitality. I went to the owner’s recommended restaurants every day, and they were all delicious. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop terrace will surely be an unforgettable memory for a lifetime.

Mario’s place was clean, comfortable and safe. Exceptionally clean and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom was super comfortable with lots of clothes storage. Building very secure and close to bus and tram stops. Easy walk into Florence city center. We stayed a month and loved this place, very responsive hosts even when we locked ourselves out. Hosts were so kind and hospitable. One of our best Airbnb stays.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Roberto per un weekend per visitare i mercatini di Natale. La casa è un appartamento molto grande e completo di tutto, in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro storico. Roberto è stato molto disponibile e ha risposto prontamente a dubbi e domande da parte nostra. Ci ritorneremo

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

Io e la mia futura moglie abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per il nostro week-end e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Qualità prezzo ottimale considerando lo sconto applicato per la nostra giornata. L’ambiente, curato ed elegante, è accompagnato da un bellissimo Affresco del 17esimo secolo rappresentante la caduta di Icaro. Reparto cucina ben fornito , ottimo per chi vuole gestirsi in autonomia. Possibili migliorie applicabili per il reparto idrico, come ad esempio la vasca idro-massaggio che rende possibile l’emissione di acqua calda soltanto ogni 2 ore, circa il tempo di un bagno e poi ritorna fredda. Host molto preparato e reattivo nelle risposte.

La casa di Marco si trova in una zona centralissima, vicino alla stazione di Pincetto. Comoda per chi arriva col treno ma anche per chi vuole evitare le salite di Perugia, grazie alla presenza di scale mobili e ascensori nei dintorni. Completamente arredata e corrispondente alla descrizione, oltre che pulitissima! Buona comunicazione con l'host. Grazie di tutto!

Amalia e suo marito sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolti in modo cordiale ed amichevole, rendendosi disponibili per ogni necessità. Sono molto attenti ai particolari e hanno reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Great place very close to the train station! Was flexible with check in time.

We have only stayed for one night (on our way to Rome), but this apartment is so beautiful and spacious, that we all wished that we had it in our plans to stay longer. It was easy to walk to the old town, free parking was available on the street, several cafes/supermarkets are near by.

En el departamento nos sentimos muy cómodas, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es buena a 3 cuadras de la parada del bus 1A que te deja en la estación del tranvía Strozzy-Fsllaci que te lleva a la estación María Nouvella en Florencia. Hay un supermercado cerca , el barrio tranquilo y bonito.

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is great to experience Siena interior and view out of living room windows was stunning lots of bedrooms rooms and bathrooms for family to get ready and separate spaces for chilling area great for daily outings and dinner options were good despite it being winter

Fabrizio's place is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the center of Perugia. It's close enough to walk to the university and the central piazza, but far enough away that you get a great night's sleep. Right across the street is an amazing pizza place - I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again. Fabrizio was a great communicator and gave clear instructions on finding his place and getting inside. The only slight downside was the towels were old and mismatched and there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. I'd still recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, modern space convenient to the central areas of Perugia. We had a great time! Thanks Fabrizio!
