Location location location This place was perfect for exploring Cartagena and specifically the getsemani area. House was perfect for our group and perfectly same to walk around

Fantastic location—just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and even within walking distance to the beautiful Serrezuela Mall. Mr. Cancio was incredibly helpful and kind, always available when we needed assistance. Having a pool was a huge bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it

We stayed here for a wedding and had a great time. The place was perfect for a group. 10/10 recommend staying! The staff is amazing! We highly recommend having at least one meal at home per day - we opted for traditional Colombian breakfast and it was delicious. We also appreciated Oscar watching the house at night and assisting us with anything we needed.

Very responsive and helpful hosts and a lovely well located apartment. The 2-story roof deck with wading pool was a wonderful extra.

This house is way far more beautiful then the pictured it is truly unmatched. The pool and jacuzzi was at great amenities to use. The master bedroom was very comfortable to sleep in. The entire house and location was perfect everything within close distance. Ana the housekeeper was a wondering help to come clean in the morning. Also having security guard night watch really made me feel even more safe. I will definitely book again and come stay here again. Alexander was a wonderful host and very responsive.

Our stay at Casa Alegre was fantastic! It was perfect for our group of 7 (6 adults, 1 child). The house itself is beautiful, located in the heart of Cartagenas historic district, with easy walking access to amazing restaurants, bars, and lounges. The air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver in Cartagena’s heat, and the pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. The host and staff were excellent—responsive, helpful, and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Highly recommend this home for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Excelente ubicación, el lugar muy limpio, la atención es única, recomiendo mucho el lugar volvería sin pensarlo nuevamente, y que decir del anfitrión una persona muy muy amable muy atenta y siempre estuvo muy al pendiente no solo de nuestra estadía en el lugar sino en la ciudad

El departamento es precioso, directamente lo defino como un lujo. La zona muy linda, las comodidades del edificio están geniales. Sebastián todo el tiempo atento y con respuesta rapidísima. Nos ayudó en todo, volvería a elegir este depto.

Giorgia was a great host. The apartment was in excellent location and as same as pictures - Giorgia also gave us a great list it the restaurants in area and general information for the area

We have stayed at over a dozen Airbnbs all over the world and Julian’s place was perhaps my favorite. Starting outside, working in, the location was absolutely amazing, half a block from a great plaza with plenty of restaurants in the northern, quieter part of the old town, less than 10 minutes walk to all the attraction in the busier southern part of the old town. The Airbnb is in a private residential building with a 24 hour doorman. Ww loved the rooftop pool. There are actually 2 rooftop pools- a larger and smaller pool. We spent at least an hour every day cooling off in the pool. The apartment is absolutely lovely! It’s extremely large and spacious. The two bedrooms each have their own connecting bathroom. The bathrooms are very modern and nice. The living room, kitchen, dining room is all open and felt very spacious. Having a washing machine in the kitchen was a huge perk. The back patio was so charming. We loved all the greenery and the fountain in the back. Perfect place!

El alojamiento fue tal cual las imágenes, con aire acondicionado en cada dormitorio que es muy importante. Ella siempre atenta y respondía cualquier duda que tuviéramos e incluso nos dio recomendaciones de lugares donde comer

Victor was an excellent host! His place is clean and well located–right across from a (relatively) quieter beach; walking distance to the old city; super responsive when we had any questions.

¡Recomendado! tanto el apartamento como el edificio están diseñados para brindarte un lugar de descanso y desconexión, las piscinas el turco, salida a la playa, el apto muy bien dotado y un balcón grande. También excelente atención y respuesta del anfitrión sin duda voy a regresar. Muchas gracias!

Good place for staying a couple of days

Definitivamente volvería sin dudarlo, sobra decir que las vistas son de lo mejor, que el edificio es de los más nuevos, que la piscina es increíble, que la ubicación frente a la playa lo hace inigualable. Pero destaca la atención personalizada de su anfitrión, siempre atento, Amigable y dispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier información, totalmente satisfecho sin duda mi lugar preferido para unas vacaciones en Cartagena

Rocco is a fantastic host! We stayed in the unit for one month and the kitchen facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the laundry facilities convenient. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The building is close to restaurants and groceries. All in all: fantastic!
