Bright and spacious apartment on the waterfront, ideal for a family - numerous playgrounds, long waterfront walkway, swimming pool and a resident playground in the building. A couple of restaurants within 5 min walk open for breakfast at 8 am. Huge shopping mall with tens of restaurants 7 min walk from the building. Central city parts of Belgrade are 15 to 30 min light walk depending on where you go. Marko was very helpful and easy to reach throughout, meeting us upon arrival himself, even though it was past midnight. Overall a 5 star experience.

Toplu taşımaya ve neredeyse tüm gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde, katedral manzarasına çıkan sokakta, modern ve tertemiz bir evde harika bir hafta geçirdik. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi bulabildik, hem salonda hem yatağın olduğu yerde televizyon olması sanırım favorimiz oldu. Sanırım Saraybosna’da daha güzel bir ev yoktur.

Couldn’t have been better. The studio was beautifully set up with everything I needed for both work and relaxation. The modern amenities, high-speed internet, and docking station made working remotely a breeze. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks, student complexes, and the city center. The attention to detail in every aspect of the apartment made my stay extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bucharest!

Bojan hat uns persönlich empfangen, das ganze Team war stets erreichbar. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse zu empfehlen. Schöne Überraschung für die kleinen Gäste gibt es ein paar Sachen zum spielen.

The place is just SO BEAUTIFUL, the location perfect, we had everything at just a walkable distance otherwise we had the bus/tram stops right down the apartment! You can walk around the city in a really easy way thanks to this characteristic and it made our trip to budapest really memorable! We hope to come back soon, thank you again for hosting us!

We were extremely happy with our stay, pristine apartment with high standard of appliances - smart Tv, comfy large bed and great shower. Zhu was quick and responding and provided clear check in / out instructions. Best AirBnb we have ever stayed in and would 100% recommend especially if you’re looking to be in an ideal location. Rendezett lakóparki lakás. Közel helyezkedik el a Pöttyös utcai Metró megálló, ahonnan Budapest belvárosa könnyen elérhetővé válik. MVM Dómba mentünk, mely gyalogtávra van a szállástól.

The place is nice, and it's located right next to a park, in which the Secheniy Baths are. The beds are comfortable and clean, and overall you find all the necessary things for a short stay. Thank you !

The apartment is very functional, ideal for a couple traveling as tourists. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the old town, in a pedestrian zone and close to the most important tourist spots, as well as restaurants, galleries, and museums. The check-in process was very simple, and the owner responded to messages almost in real-time and was always available by phone. It is important to highlight the flexibility: we had one extra guest, but the owner was extremely accommodating and quickly arranged bedding, towels, and other details for us. Don't forget that the bathroom has a comfortable jacuzzi, which was very appreciated after long walks around the city. On the ground floor, there is a pub and two restaurants, making it easy to access good culinary offerings, but the apartment is well insulated from all this and very quiet. Highly recommended - especially considering the price and amenities.

We had a wonderful family get together at Barbara's place. The place had a magnificent view and the house had everything what we needed. I loved the downstairs yoga/pilates studio so while kids had fun at the pool, I was able to recharge. Unfortunately we didnt have time to see the town so hopefully we can come back again soon!

Der Aufenthalt bei Kornel war für uns ein schönes Erlebnis. Von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied haben wir uns in der Unterkunft und in der Gegend sehr wohl gefühlt. Nahe zum Strand, viele Restaurants und das Partyzentrum war ebenfalls fußläufig.

We spend some wonderful days in dragans House. It was super cosy and perfect for some days in the countryside if you need some slowly and quiet days. The labrador in the Garden was our Highlight he is super sweet also always wants to play :) Dragans parents were super friendly and nicely looked after us! We highly recommend the place.

Wie waren als große Gruppe eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die Aufteilung in mehrere kleine Appartements war genug Platz auch mal getrennt voneinander zu kochen. Im Goldappartment hatte jedoch auch unsere gesamte Gruppe von 14 Leuten genug Platz zum Sitzen. Durch die wohnliche Einrichtung haben wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt umso mehr genossen. Im näheren Umkreis befinden sich viele Restaurants und Geschäfte, auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Lediglich die Nähe zum Flughafen sorgt tagsüber für etwas Lärm, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Außerdem ist der Fahrtweg in die Innenstadt mit der Straßenbahn recht lang (knappe 40 Minuten). Wenn wir nochmal nach Sarajevo kommen, wird unsere Wahl sofort wieder auf diese Unterkunft fallen.

This was a good fit for our family of six. There is indoor and outdoor space for the kids to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with enough of everything for a family. Amer was very helpful and organized a tour for the kids at the zoo down the street. The kids really liked feeding the lemurs. I really enjoy the location with a view of the mountains and downtown below. Amer also was kind enough to let our youngest help him feed his cat in the mornings sometimes. The house is also stocked with some toys, games and stuffed animals for those traveling with children.

We spent our Christmas and New Year holidays in this wonderful house, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is very spacious, making it comfortable for us and our two dogs. The garden provided plenty of space for the dogs to run and play, which they absolutely loved. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. The house is warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenience of having a bathtub and a shower on different floors. Parking is easy, with ample space for a car, and the location is great — just a 15-minute walk to the city center. Overall, it was a perfect stay for both us and our furry companions. Highly recommend!
