Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Had everything we needed, like linens and blankets. It was close to college and beautiful scenery. I would love to stay there again when we visit my niece at college, annually.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

Amazing stay at the Wave house! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location, it was close to everything. Greg was very helpful. This beautiful home was definitely worth it!

BEST location and a fabulous property. We parked our car for the entire stay. Walked minutes to restaurants, coffee, shops, to the suspension bridge and hiking trails. The outdoor patio is lovely, the beds comfortable and the home plenty roomy. Sam and Andrejka were super responsive and great hosts. It was the perfect place for our visit to Nevada City!

Every detail was thought of in this beautiful and comfortable home. Lauri was so kind, helpful and responsive. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Close to Walmart, Sams Club, Costco and many other stores and restaurants. The playground, pool and tennis courts are very close, as well.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything is working as your are expecting. I will recommended to my Family & Friends.

We returned to the Bay Area from the East Coast for a family event - and were lucky to find Charlie and Jenny’s place very close to where family lives. Communication was amazing even before the trip began . The apartment is on the bottom of Charlie and Jenny’s house and very private . There is a separate parking space, which is a a huge bonus in the area. The living space is VERY roomy - much more so than I expected from pics! SUPER clean , and SUPER well stocked, with lots of personal touches . Loved the kitchen and bathroom !!! I had to do some work during the week and there was a woke space as well. Two comfy bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, pool/beach towels - you name it. We met both Charlie and Jenny in person and they were so lovely to chat with . Charlie gave lots of great restaurants info ! If you travel with family or kids- they also will find so many toys, games- even bathtub toys ! Since we will return to the area, I would absolutely return!

Great place to stay in Sac. Very convenient to many areas of the city. Very clean and well equipped.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great week at Shielah’s place in Alameda. The 2 bedroom space was perfect for our visit with our son’s family very nearby. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are very well stocked, and then there were those extra added touches… a basket of toiletry items in the bathroom, a basket of helpful items that you might need during your stay but didn’t think to bring… those added touches make it extra special. And one other thing… her outdoor garden areas are delightful! Spring was a great time to see her handiwork!

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

I always enjoy staying in Heather and Eric’s properties. The communication is early and often, the home has always clean and ready upon arrival, and the location is perfect in Arcata!

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

The place was great and the loft area was a big hit with the kids. Best part was Kerri who was very responsive. She always messaged back within less than a minute!

We have two young kids and wanted to stay walking distance to the beach and in the heart of Mission. This place was great for our family of four. It felt homey enough with kids and the location can't be beat. Walked to several different coffee shops each morning. I would recommend. 👍🏼

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

Would 100% stay again! Great space, very comfortable, and access to a sauna / jacuzzi was a huge plus. Thank you so much!

Prime location and easy communication with Stephanie. Heard footsteps from the upstairs unit but we didn’t mind it much.

Thank you for a great stay in Oceanside! The place was very comfortable and so amazing to be that close to the ocean! We will return! The only thing that was disappointing (that the host couldn’t control obviously) was the amount of kids and toddlers in the hot tub constantly. Again, it was a beautiful location and we will be back!

Jesse was extremely proactive in reaching out to me to confirm my early arrival request. He was very clear with his directions and instructions and prompt to respond when I reached out to him. The unit was exactly as described and not only checked off all of the boxes that we had, but included some additional bonuses. Great value, right off the beach, first floor, washer and dryer included, with two parking spaces. That is pretty much unheard of in that area! Should I need accommodations in San Diego again, I will absolutely reach out to inquire if Jesse's place is available again.
