Excellent accommodations. Well maintained, fresh and updated furniture. Felt warm and inviting.

Beautiful view, great hotel, wonderful restaurants. We stayed for two nights, for 24 hours we went all inclusive, it was worth the $300 for the upgrade. The price on the hotel room itself was a great deal as well. Would book again.

We have stayed at this building multiple times and in my view it is one of the best places to stay in Cabo especially if you are not the resort type. It is an excellent location and unit.

We had a great experience staying here overall. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and the place itself was clean and felt very safe. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and all the main attractions nearby, making it really convenient to explore. However, like others have mentioned, there is a nightclub nearby with loud music playing until 4am, which is not ideal. But if that's not an issue, it's definitely a solid choice!

Ari was incredibly communicative and responsive on all issues of our trip - from booking, to prep, to check in to exploring while we were there. Wonderful spot and outstanding host!

The resort and the suites we stayed in were gorgeous. Tons of space, beautiful view, large balcony, comfortable beds. If you have young kids renting the two-bedroom suite was perfect.

Excelente lugar, todo coincidía con la descripción, muy buena atencion por parte de todo el personal, super segura el area, hay carritos de golf y combis para moverte dentro del complejo ya que pertenece a Quivira que incluye acceso al hotel Pueblo Bonito Sun Set Beach, el unico problema es que es tan amplio que moverse a pie no es tan buena opcion por lo cual si es super recomendado ir el carro o rentar uno ya que los servicios de transporte gratis quese brindan son hasta las 6 de la tarde. La pasamos super agusto y claro que nos gustaria volver. Totalmete recomendado.

There is nothing better than going on a vacation and having your accommodations exceed expectations. Aram's home in Palmilla was fabulous and the amenities - gym, pool, courts - at the Dunes were icing on the cake. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was beautiful and such an amazing spot to spent our week in Cabo San Lucas! A well stocked clean house, cozy balcony, city & ocean views. So close to anything we needed by just a short walk. This place is centrally located and can get a bit loud some nights- probably not for light sleepers or families with little childeren but that was not an issue for us. We were just so lucky with the location & view! A perfect place to spend a family trip for my 30th birthday. The host is so kind, helpful and responsive to anything you need. The unit is safe and so clean 10/10 recommendation

The view of Stay’s place is amazing!!!! We cannot wait to return in the future! My family and I enjoyed our new year vacation so much, the apartment is very very beautiful and is exactly as described. We enjoyed afternoons at the beach and the pools of Copala. We liked that the we were able to access the resorts, but really felt that we enjoyed Cópala’s pool and the beach the most. To go into the beach we visited local public beaches since the beach access in Quivira is not for swimming, however spent every sunset walking and seeing the beach!

Wow. Such a lovely place, from start to finish. The amazing warm welcome from the host, snacks and drinks, constant easy communication for whatever we needed. Beautiful views. The only disappointing part was not having the hot tub on the roof deck especially this time of year (was out of order but sadly was one of the reasons I splurged a bit on this place).

We loved our stay at Alegranza! Jess and Josh communicated well in advance when there was an issue with an amenity and offered potential solutions. We loved having the fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen. The private rooftop was beautiful! The pools and hot tub were lovely. Highly recommended

Esta muy bonito y céntrico. La vista que tiene es impresionante al igual que las instalaciones. El único detalle es que el vecino de arriba es algo molesto y no permite hace nada de ruido.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful experience. The location of the property was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. The interior of the home was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed me to enjoy some home-cooked meals during my stay. One of the highlights was the comfortable bed, ensuring restful nights after days filled with exploration. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions!

It was a beautiful, clean, well-located condo with all the amenities. Chris was very responsive, easy to reach and quick to answer questions. Our only hiccup was with the concierges at the property. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were able to figure things out without them but it was too bad. We enjoyed the gym and all the pools and Cabo as a whole. It’s a wonderful place with lots to do and perfect weather.

Arsen was great to deal with, but his on-site rep Jorge was also amazing. Jorge arranged our airport transportation and an excursion, met us at check-in, was there with maintenance when a quick repair was needed, and made sure our check-out process was flawless. We really appreciate Jorge and his attention to details.

We traveled to Los Cerritos Beach for a few days and absolutely loved the area. The house was a great fit for the number of people we were traveling with. We were told that the hot tub had recently been serviced. However, the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were not in working order for the days of our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, quite and provided us with everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach, great restaurants and the whale watching was epic!
