We absolutely loved our stay at Caitríona’s peaceful and tranquil retreat! She was so lovely and welcoming, and has created a wonderful and cosy place. The hot tub and sauna were magical - sitting in the hot tub under the stars was an unforgettable experience. There are great little walks nearby and 3 friendly dogs on-site plus lots of other cute farm animals. Caitríona was especially kind when one of us got sick, and allowed us some flexibility with check-out time which was hugely appreciated. Our stay was a real highlight of our entire trip in Ireland.

What a fantastic place, I'm so pleased I booked Beudy Bach Cottage for my last minute break! It was so peaceful and tranquil and just what I needed. It is in such a beautiful location. The bed is so comfortable, I slept so well. The cottage has everything you need and an added bonus of your own hot tub, and a gym. Lliwen and Paul were fantastic hosts! Lliwen searched for some vegan recommendations for me, which I was grateful for. Paul was helpful with local knowledge regarding the walks I wanted to go on. Overall, this break was perfect and I cannot wait to come back again to Beudy Bach for a bit of rest and relaxation. Thank you Lliwen and Paul!

needed somewhere to stay while visiting friends and so glad I found this little gem of a place, very spacious and comfortable, lovely garden and orchard. description was very accurate. paul was super helpful and responded to my messages super quick. the property is easy to find and is on a main road but I didn't find this an issue at all as once inside and gates shut its all secure in your own little bubble. everything you need is provided in the property and it was super spotless clean and tidy. highly recommend to anyone and those with dogs it's the perfect hideaway. lovely welcome gifts on my arrival and the heating had been put on so it was cosy and warm too. its older style furnished but i prefer this personally as it follows the feel of the cottage itself. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful cottage in the future, and wish them all the best with it too.

Lovely cottage at the foot of Snowdon on the Rhyd Ddu path. Beautiful location on a farm, great facilities everything you need. Amazing hot tub with stunning views. Rosie was attentive and if we needed anything she got it immediately. Lovely touch to have the lemon cake and candles for my birthday. It was great for the dogs too safe and plenty of areas to walk them on your foot step. The log burner was fantastic. We climbed Snowdon on the Rhys Ddu path the ridge at the top is very narrow and not for the faint hearted, we did the Llanberis path a few years ago this is easier but not easy would recommend doing this path and there is a bus that stops outside the farm gate. We walked to Beddgelert off road with dogs, the path has a lot of fallen trees from the storm which they are trying to clear not easy to get over and under these trees at the moment but will be great when cleared, the bus from Beddgelert again stops outside the gate to the farm. Restaurants and bars close by.

A beautiful, spacious cottage in a stunning location. There are plenty of incredible hikes nearby & coming back to soak in the hot tub with lovely views was wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay! James & Rachael were excellent hosts and super helpful and responsive throughout. The accommodation was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is ideal for exploring York, and the hot tub was the perfect bonus for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend!

Lovely relaxing stay and lots to do.

Super cosy and comfortable cottage. All the rooms were clean and refurbished to a high standard. Lovely views and great set-up with a wood burner in the living room and a massive free standing bath in the bathroom. Perfect location to do lots of walks in the close area. Only 30 minutes from Keswick and 20 minutes from Cockermouth. We will definitely visit again!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds and piping hot water. All the kitchen facilities that we needed, except for dishwasher, but coped with a little elbow grease for 3 days! Would happily stay here again.

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

Our second time in this lovely cottage (with the addition of one more child and a dog!) and it was (again) perfect. The cottage is super cozy and warm. The kitchen equipment is amazing. The location was wonderfully remote, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The log burner was a fantastic feature, especially on the colder evenings! Us and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful walks nearby, there were a few books/leaflets of things to do, including one book of valley walks - the one starting at Dolwyddelan train station was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil outdoors getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend! The highlight was definitely being able to walk straight onto the beautiful sandy beach—it made our stay feel extra special. The location was perfect, and the house was comfortable and clean. Thank you for hosting us, we hope to return soon!

The cottage was a few minutes drive from the beach and also close to enjoyable places to eat. All the facilities we needed and despite the cold weather outside, we were nice and warm inside. An excellent fenced off garden for our dog who thoroughly enjoyed his stay here, as did we, Thank you, Bryn.

Louise is a fantastic host and so helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. The cottage is wonderful and in a great location. We will definitely be back.

Joanna's cottage is super comfortable and cosy. we found Joanna to be extremely helpful and responsive and have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation. There are many beautiful surrounding villages with independent shops. We enjoyed a delicious three-course meal at Bower house, one of Joanna's recommendations. We would happily return for a longer stay in future.

Really comfortable stay. Great location for Legoland and London. Communication with Nic was so good and they were so accommodating for us and our children. Very peaceful setting and the children loved waking up to see the horses in the distance.

Beautiful home and Rachael was a great host (hands off but very responsive-just what I like). The location cannot be beat. We had a car but chose to taxi most places. Even our taxi drivers were admiring the location. The hot tub was AMAZING. We got stuck on the island an extra day due to weather conditions impacting ferry crossings. Rachael was able to accommodate an extra nights stay. Although you feel very remote, there are 3 grocery stores within 10 minutes and you have easy access to all of Kirkwall. Favorite part was the neighbor sheep….waking up and looking out to see all the sheep while you get ready was so fun!

A blissful location, so peaceful (and without any human noise!), epic landscapes out of every window, just gorgeous. The cottage was warm and cozy, well equipped and a pleasure to spend time in. The boot room was exceptional for de-rigging after a day on the slopes at The Lecht! Just make sure you take snow chains if you are there in the winter as the track up to the cottage is narrow and steep.

Jenny & David are lovely hosts! We enjoyed our stay at the cottage which is cozy and well-decorated and includes bird feeders outside the kitchen window. The only time we spotted a red squirrel in the Cairngorms was in the backyard! Very quiet and great proximity to Aviemore - we did the Geal-Charn Mor & Loch An Eilean walks. Also a nice walk by the river just down the road. Thanks again and we'd love to be back when it's in bloom.

We enjoyed our short stay whilst our teen son and friend did some mountain biking nearby. Facilities for cleaning the bikes were much appreciated as was the washing machine and electric airer after they returned very wet and muddy, also the safe storage area inside the cottage for bikes was great. Everything in the kitchen you might need for cooking and a good selection of teas and coffees. We enjoyed a meal from the Saffron Indian Take-away only a few minutes walk away, can highly recommend. On arrival, the milk in the fridge and a 'welcome' bottle of wine were a nice touch! Thank you
