A great host, easy check-in and helpful with any questions or advice, particularly good for a larger group

Nic and Emily’s place is wonderful. We had a great time people watching from the window and the little balcony. It’s in the heart of everything on the waterfront with a restaurant downstairs and a Tesco Express only a five minute walk away. The ferry across to the SS Great Britain goes from just across the dock and you can then connect to the other ferries that take you further into town. The place was clean and well equipped but where it really stood out was in the comms. Jonny ensured we had everything we needed and having parking this close to town was a real bonus. There’s always something going on on the water - a steady stream of joggers, dog walkers, families and friends out for drinks in the sunshine. It’s lively but not noisy once the sun goes down and it’s all level - aside from the cobbles on the way in, it’s fairly accessible for those who struggle with their mobility. We loved it here and hope to stay again next time we’re in Bristol.

Lovely place to stay great outdoor space and swing for my daughter to play in and was brilliant that she was able to use the children’s room too - thank you! Darren very kindly posted some items we left in the freezer too - thank you so much!

Beautifully presented private lodge. Spotlessly clean. Very good size living space. We had small kids with us and the property felt easily big enough. There is a garden that is overlooked by the outdoor terrace. Effortless check in. would stay again.

A great house with character, everything we needed, and surely the best garden in Bristol. Richard and Jessica were lovely, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Thanks for letting us take over your home for a couple of days!

We visited Bristol for an open Uni day and decided to make a family weekend out of it. Ciara's house is very cosy with comfy beds, a lovely fireplace and everything you may need for a couple of days. We had a great time exploring the pubs the first night and cooking on the second evening. Parking was super easy and free. Ciara responded immediately to messages and was very easy going. The whole experience was super relaxed. Thank you!

great place to stay, bed was comfortable and peaceful. it's a great base for walking to nice parks or short drive to city. Chloe was a great host and we will definitely return.

Excellent place in a great location. we thought it was great value. just be aware the top bedroom doesn't have a door, so if people are in the living room while you're sleeping it's loud. Everything else about this place was amazing. I really recommend it to anyone considering
