We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Casa linda, confortável, limpa, bem equipada e muito bem localizada. O guia disponibilizado com as dicas locais foi uma ótima surpresa; adoramos os locais indicados a que fomos. Espaço excelente para grupos de amigos.

Paula + Jeronimo we’re consummate hosts. Exceeded my expectations and ensured we had all the help we needed to feel comfortable and well accommodated. They were both so kind and checked in to make sure we were acclimating well to offer help and recommendations which was appreciated. The house itself is stunning - a wonderful place to stay in the vibrant area of Soho Palermo.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location to be close to the airport! Nacho was super responsive and even helped us to coordinate an early morning ride to the airport. We will be back again on our return trip home.

La casa es muy linda, estaba todo impecable y la zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar en familia. Pablo como anfitrion es excelente, nos explico todo y siempre estuvo atento a que nos sintieramos comodos. Sin duda volveriamos a ir.

Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La casa es muy linda y cómoda, está bien equipada y limpia. El jardín y la pileta también están en perfectas condiciones. Para quienes no nos gustan los terrenos “pelados”, este con sus árboles y su vegetación, es precioso. Matías, el anfitrión, siempre disponible y amable para responder y resolver. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Definitivamente muy recomendable!

El alojamiento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Muy comodas las camas y la ducha buena presion y excelente. La ubicacion es perfecta. La comodidad de tener la posibilidad de tener la cochera en el mismo edificio no tiene precio, es espectacular!!! El host nos atendio re bien y siempre estuvo predispuesto. Nuestra estancia fue simplemente espectacular. La propiedad estaba impecable, rodeada de un entorno tranquilo y lleno de naturaleza, ideal para relajarse y desconectar. Las instalaciones del club son de primer nivel, y disfrutamos muchísimo de los espacios al aire libre. La atención del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier detalle. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Altamente recomendado!

La casa era muy linda, con suficientes habitaciones y banos para estar comodos. Los utensilios de la cocina muy completos. Habia sal y azucar lo que te salva cuando queres cocinar y es facil de olvidarse. Silvina fue flexible en el horario de check in lo cual estuvo buenisimo

Muy amables. Al llegar el del Uber nos cobraba demás en dólares pero Andreas nos ayudó. De igual forma, fueron muy amables al entrar y salir. Sin duda recomendado.

The apartment has an unbeatable location; on that block, you have everything you need. Everything was very clean, and I loved the welcome details that made me feel at home. Marcelo was always attentive and ready to help whenever I needed him, and every day he recommended activities to do in different parts of the city. Thank you for making my stay easier!

O espaço de Luz atendeu a mim e minha família muito bem! O local é tranquilo, limpo e muito bem localizado. A partir dele podemos conhecer muitas coisas em Buenos Aires. Está próximos de restaurantes, bares, metrô e vários pontos turísticos. Recomendo a todos!

Nuestra estadía de 5 noches estuvo de maravilla, el apartamento está muy bien equipado y bien ubicado. Estaba todo impecable y limpio. El check in estuvo muy bien también. Recomendado
