Staying with Brad and Irina was simple, convenient, and easy. Everything was as advertised and a great value compared to other options. I plan on staying here again for any future trips to Youngstown.

I had a great stay at this property! The area is quiet and safe, which made it perfect for working from "home". It's also within walking distance to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks with my dog. The location is super convenient, with easy access to both the north side and North Shore. My dog and I both enjoyed our time here, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and well-located spot!

One word: FANTASTIC. But since I don’t want to say just one word…prob best airbandb experience I’ve had. Spotlessly clean, organized, tastefully decorated; I really could go on. Those hosts know how to do it right.

Maureen's guesthouse was a perfect base for visiting family over Christmas. Check-in instructions were clear and easy, and she left homemade caramel popcorn for us as a welcome gift (which we devoured)! The space was cozy and clean, and the bed was really comfortable - a great place to retreat to after a full day. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful stay! The fire pit was perfect for cozy evenings, and the lake view was so peaceful. Waking up to the sound of birds was such a relaxing touch.

Beautiful place! Was extremely pleased with all the little extras that were in the home for our use. There was candy, water, chips, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, nice soap and hair products, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and so much more! One big thing that usually aren’t common in other places I’ve stayed in is comfortable beds with nice pillows and this place had both! Also, the water is very hot so you can actually take a very nice hot shower. The coffee bar was so pleasant with several liquid flavors and syrups as well as herbal teas to choose from too. We grilled out and there were spices for everything we needed. The hot tub was very well maintained to mention and also plenty of clean towels. We did our laundry before returning home and detergent was also included. All the TV’s were nice sized equipped with ROKU to include Netflix, Disney, etc. Check out The National Bird Avery while in town. That’s why we came. Check in was very easily with no hassle. Will return.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Nicole was lovely and communicative. The place was perfect.

We spent a long weekend with family including our 90 year old mom. Having a bedroom and bathroom on first floor was great for her. The home is just beautiful, newly renovated up and down. Amazing kitchen, bathrooms, adorable porch and huge yard. The pellet stove kept the home cozy and to watch it snowing outside made even better. Plenty of parking, amenities were perfect and exactly what you needed. Did I mention the welcome sign, a delicious pie and even dog cookies for our pup waiting for us? Just amazing!!

we truly enjoyed our stay! my pup loved sunbathing on the deck. I slept better than I have in months, because the room was so quiet and comfortable. already recommended this place to friends who travel to the area regularly.

Great place to stay, close to airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Located in a quiet neighborhood and some bars and restaurants within walking distance. Cynthia is very friendly and very responsive. The house is very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Stayed here for a few months while working at the hospital in Beaver. The house was great. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Gabriella is very accommodating. Although the house was already booked by another customer for a weekend in the middle of our stay, the checking out and back in was made very quick and easy.

Great place! The blanket in the king room was like butter ❤️ made my nights. After being gone from home for 2 weeks! The yard was awesome. I would stay again for sure.

My daughter had to be in the Pittsburgh area for two weeks due to a school requirement. Michael met her there at check in, and made sure she had everything she needed. And, he graciously gave her a late check out since her flight didn’t leave until later in the evening. Everything went smoothly, and this mom was happy she was safe, and grateful for Michael and Michelle’s help.

Perfect downtown location for my conference stay. The apartment was clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. Though I didn't cook, I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with all necessary cookware. The art deco stylings of the building added a lovely touch of character to the experience. Minor note: there was occasional late-night noise from neighbors (completely outside the host's control), so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to be centrally located in Pittsburgh.

Another great stay in Pittsburgh! We always enjoy this home because of the fantastic space and amazing view of the city. I think this was our fourth time here and can’t wait to stay again in the future. This home is ideal!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, the location was close to so many things and only a very short drive to the strip. The tips/info provided beforehand helped with planning and getting an idea of what to expect ahead of time. The Andy Worhal theme made for a great touch!

My family and I had a lovely stay here over the holidays. Parking is easy, and it was easy to access the unit. Everything was clean and comfortable, and was very little noise from the street. The bathroom having a heated floor was a nice perk as well! Would stay here on another visit :) thank you to our hosts!

Everything we expected. Super responsive hosts before, after, and during our stay. Hoping to book again next year for the same type event as well as recommend the option to others in that area.

John's place was perfectly as described. Nice quiet neighborhood, and with good public transit access (which can be rare in Pittsburgh). I'd recommend to anyone coming to town for an event, but not necessarily being right downtown. The place was well set up for an extended stay as well, better equipped than most long term rentals I've used.

I really enjoyed my stay... will definitely book again!!!
