Awesome place to stay in el golfo ! Great location ! Awesome views of the beach ! Very clean and everything worked great including cold ac ! Franco was very attentive and was very helpful with any questions we had . Thanks for the great experience! Will definitely be back next year

Casa muy limpia y acogedora. Se encuentra en buena ubicación y en area muy tranquila. Sam’s, bodega Aurrerá, Cinépolis, Oxxo, restaurantes a muy corta distancia. Alejandro se portó excelente y siempre contestó muy rápido. También fue muy flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida (algo que yo valoro mucho). Definitivamente me quedaría aquí otra vez!

The house was exactly as described. Perfect for our 6-person group! The beach was right in the back yard and the gazebo was a relaxing place to hang out. It’s about a 15-20 mins drive to the Malecon, so just keep that in mind.

perfect place to stay for getaway. located right up at the beach, with tide pools when the tide went out and some great bathing when the tide came in. great neighborhood, great people and a lovely home. highly recommend.

Es un departamento ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad, máximo a 10 minutos del estadio de los Xolos y a 15 de Zona Río. El departamento es amplio, tiene dos recamaras. Pero sobre todas las cosas, sobresale la disposición para ayudar y atención que Florita brinda a sus huéspedes. Muchas gracias!

Muy agradable, bonito, limpio y seguro. Lo que faltaría es un tocador y espejos ya que solo hay uno en el baño y no es suficiente para los habitantes. Si hay algo de ruido por qué enfrente hay una cancha. Todo lo demás muy bien, me volvería a quedar.

Overall, stay was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Location was easy to find. Parking attendant was very attentive. I like that they offer private parking in a covered lot at the property. The check in process was smooth and easy. The location is great. Many restaurants and an OXXO on the same block and across the street. The female receptionists did seemed not happy or welcoming, other than that it was a good stay.

A mí y a mis amigos nos encantó hospedarnos en este lugar, está súper grandeeee, las fotos no le hacen justicia, pero es muy amplio, limpio y cómodo, el anfitrión super amable y atento, sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí, realmente todo increíble lo recomiendo totalmente✨

I've stayed here multiple times. The best place to stay in Tijuana. Super friendly security, staff, 24 hour security for you and your car. Walkable to everything and only about 10 minutes after entering the border from the US if coming by car.

The condo has a great view, and it is very comfortable, definitely we will recommend this place to our family and friends.

This was a perfect "find" for me. Nice room with full private bath and plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to a fully equipped kitchen with storage for my own groceries. The location allowed me a short walk to Zona Rio for my medical appointments. Franco was a wonderful host who met me upon arrival and oriented me around the property. Franco lives with a small dog named Nala who is very friendly. She spends most of her time out-of-doors, never in the guestroom. I will definitely return!

Casa agradable, espacios amplios y limpios con una vista a la playa impresionante desde la terraza, acceso a la playa a unas cuadras de distancia. Camas muy amplias y cómodas. Agua caliente en todo momento. el sofa-cama un poco incomodo, apenas colocando una colchoneta encima para mayor comodidad. Las TVs funcionaban bien, la de la sala tenia varios canales para entretenimiento, excelente la señal del wifi en la red 2G. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. Nos dejo varios suministros básicos para nuestra estancia como papel, jabón, aceite, especias, agua... Pasamos un excelente fin de semana

Fue una estadía muy agradable, mi papá es discapacitado y no se le dificultó para nada entrar y salir del lugar porque estaba muy accesible todo, el elevador estaba cerca, la regadera estaba apta para un discapacitado, todo muy bonito si lo recomiendo mucho sin duda volvería a rentar este lugar

The accommodations worked great for our family. We had 9 people and the occupancy wasn’t an issue. The beach/water was within a 5-10 min walk from the doorstep. ATM within a 10 min walk at a nearby resort. Multiple pools on site, putt course, skylounge (rooftop bar) was awesome great views and a live band/DJ, views of the ocean on a large balcony. Great A/C, in fact a little cold, but just turned it off when needed (temperature function didn’t work). Only thing was one shower had just a trickle of water pressure, so teens showered in our room, but with 3 bathrooms it wasn’t a huge deal. Definitely would stay here again.
