Ferienunterkünfte in Auldgirth

We have just returned from a weekend away at this beautiful villa for a family weekend away. Beautiful location with spectacular scenery on the drive in. The villa has the wow factor. Home from home, the hosts have thought of everything and we couldn’t think of a single improvement except for a guest book so we could write our positive thoughts and recommendations in person of places to visit in the area for other visitors to read. The kids loved the park, ducks and football court, they also loved reading in the villa and playing board games which were all in the villa to use. Myself and my partner enjoyed walking around the site and spending quality time as a family. We couldn’t recommend this villa or hosts more highly and we thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make forever memories to treasure. Stephanie, Scott and family 🙏🏻

George was a great host. Met us upon arrival and ensured we were settled in quickly. The place is lovely and the games room was brilliant. The cottage was well presented and the welcome was a lovely touch. The cottage is a great base if you enjoy hill walking or to discover ayrshire. The hot tob was lovely in the evening to unwind from the days activities. We had a great holiday. Thank you

Fantastic base. Despite two weeks of changeable weather, the West Wing offered something for all conditions (from sun-drenched terraces to hunkering down as storms blew through) and ample opportunity to find things to do in the immediate vicinity.

House was great very spacious for our group and provided everything we needed. Margaret even welcomed us to bring our dogs 😊

The sea cubby is located at the top of the hill with stunning views of the coastline and Solway, in a rural location. It was very comfortable , private , and peaceful which was exactly we wanted. Everything you could think of was provided facilities wise , in this pet friendly accommodation. We explored the coastal path to Kippford and had a lovely Sunday roast sat in the sunshine outside the Anchor pub. A lovely relaxing stay , and well worth a stay if looking at this area.

The house was very cosy, clean, and functional. We were all so sad to go after our trip, everything was perfect and we truly felt at home. The hosts were very kind from the start and very transparent and honest about what features the house did and did not have. We all talked about booking this place again in the future, would strongly recommend to any family or group of friends!!

My husband and I booked a last minute stay at The Burrow and we absolutely loved it. It was relaxing and cosy and the perfect place for us to switch off. We also loved the hot tub. It was so private and we enjoyed looking at the stars 😊 thanks so much.

This house was a perfect, restful home for the long weekend for me and my friends! After long days out walking, the kitchen and living room space were spacious and cosy, perfect to unwind whilst being a great social space. The rooms were all spotless and very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfy and the black out blinds were a bonus! The garden and hot tub was the icing on the cake. We would definitely come back!
