Great place, very nicely furnished with super comfy beds. Don’t be fooled by external appearances, inside it is lovely.

A fantastic beach cottage that is highly recommended. Everyone talks about the views and the settings - and for very good reason. This is possibly one of the best located options in all of Tasmania. Primrose Sands is a stunning curved beach with benign waters, and the cottage is right on the beach. The cottage is very comfortable, and extremely well kitted out. The kitchen is excellent, with modern equipment, a well stocked pantry and lots of gadgets. The bedrooms comfortable, and we really appreciated the wood burner and the ready supply of logs. However, the allure is outside and we loved the access to sea kayaks which provided the highlight of our trip - watching a pod of dolphins cavorting around the kayaks. There are (well kept and good quality) life jackets - as well as fishing rods and toys for younger children. Port Arthur is an excellent day trip option from here, and we’d also recommend Bangor Vineyard for an outstanding lunch and vineyard tour. We hope to come back soon!

This place felt very comfortable and homely. We loved the design of the house and were thankful that Shani and Trevor have kept the character of the home.

Sue's place had a lovely warm and welcoming feel about it - and much more! An amazing garden, magazines, dvds, chess set, proper coffee, eggs for breakfast and lots of fascinating memorabilia of times gone by. Beds very comfy and it's a quiet neighbourhood. We only had one night there but will certainly come back to spend more time in and around Deloraine.

Elisabeth’s accommodation was just beautiful so clean and homely with plenty of space to spread out ..Loved the seperate sitting areas ..As we walked into the main kitchen living area all I could say was Wow ..it was all open plan and so tasteful decorated ..Just a couple of minutes to the beautiful Spring beach we loved a morning stroll then back there after lunch for lazing about and swimming …We returned late afternoon and got comfortable on the large deck at the rear of the home …The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay could not be more comfortable…The large bathroom with the window shower was amazing and very private ..Our bedrooms were a great size very clean and comfortable ..We would definitely recommend Elisabeth’s accommodation we shall be returning for sure . Debbie has made this place into a beautifully furnished and comfy accommodation. One of the best, no probably the best in that it was so comfortable, from the lounge to beds and pillows, electric blankets, Kitchen could stay for some time. Firstly it was spotless, felt freshly renovated we felt right at home. Lovely garden and outlook. Parked the car in the car port very handy. We stayed to visit Maria island, it was at the most a 5 minute walk to the ferry, 2-3 minutes from the IGA supermarket and Maria island cafe yet extremely quiet. On arrival the dinner service was set up with a bottle of wine, glasses and some chocolates. Couldn’t fault the place, highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

If you want something cosy with country charm simplicity and beautiful views (and sheep right outside!) then I recommend this cottage. Big enough for a family of four. We stayed two nights and I regret not staying longer. About an hour drive from Cradle Mountain visitor centre, it’s well located and easy to find. Responsive hosts too, thank you Kim and Dee!

Another great stay at John’s place. Relaxed vibe, close to the beach and cafes and very dog-friendly. Will be back again

Epic mountain views, cute friendly farm animals, welcoming and accessible host, but gave plenty of space. Cabin has everything you need. Really lovely stay
