Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Lage, der Pool und auch das Haus selber sind toll. Es ist ausreichend Platz und die Kommunikation mit João war prima.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The owner was responsive and helpful throughout, making everything easy. The house and grounds are kept very clean and are exactly as stated in the listing. The outside area was beautiful, with a large patio and seating area. The pool was clean and heated before our arrival. The garden was beautiful, and we loved being able to pick and enjoy fresh oranges straight from the trees. A couple of things to note for future guests: the driveway down to the house is quite steep and can be a bit tricky to navigate by car. Fortunately, there is parking available on the street, in front of the house. Also, the house wasn’t stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, or paper towels, so be sure to bring your own essentials. There is a washer and dryer at the house, but the host typically has his cleaning staff take care of your laundry. Overall, a convenient, peaceful spot with great attention to detail and a very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Met 5 volwassenen en 1 kind (9jaar) hebben wij van 27 oktober tot en met 2 november 2024 met heel veel plezier verbleven in de prachtige villa. Alles was prima in orde. Mooie en schone bad- en slaapkamers. Heerlijk terras met buitenkeuken en zwembad. Supermarkt op 8 minuten rijden met de auto en de gezellige haven van Lagos ook prima met de auto te bereiken op circa 10 minuten rijden. Alle voorzieningen in en rondom de villa waren prima. Zelfs strandhanddoeken lagen voor ons klaar. Werkelijk niets op of aan te merken op dit prachtige vakantieverblijf. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

We had an amazing time at Eli's place in the Algarve! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and close to beautiful coastline. Eli was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with great tips for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Susanne’s place. The villa is really unique and full of interesting items and books. It was spotlessly clean and had an excellently equipped kitchen. The garden is lovely with so many beautiful plants. You will find countless places to sit within the house and garden - always an opportunity to have some time alone if needed! Susanne communicated with us very well and whilst in Portugal, we found Monika to be very helpful. She gave us lots of tips and we had a good time in her lovely bar! It’s an interesting part of the Algarve with lots to do and see. Weather was changeable but we still enjoyed daily swims in the pool. Thanks to you both - we would love to return one day!

lovely Airbnb for family and friends. easy to drive to local beaches and towns. host was very responsive and kind. kids loved the pool and nice there were toys and inflatables to use.

Wir hatten zu sechst 10 sehr schöne Tage in Maikes Wohnung. Der Check in war super flexibel und einfach. Alles top sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Maike hatte sehr gute Tips für uns und die Gegend ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist Fuss läufig erreichbar und man ist nah am Meer. Obwohl wir sehr früh im Jahr da waren (Anfang April) war der Pool schon angenehm und auch das Wetter ist schon super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

We stayed at Casa Hemmi for a 2 Week holiday and absolutely fell in love with the charming town and its atmosphere. The location is perfect, offering a beautiful view, with convenient parking nearby and a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car. The beach is only a 10-minute drive where we enjoyed surfing and swimming every day. The accommodation itself was fantastic—beautifully designed with a modern kitchen and all the utensils you could possibly need. Our host has done an amazing job with the space, making it very cozy. After long days of surfing, hiking, or yoga (there’s a great studio just a 3-minute walk away!), we looked forward to cooking dinner together, playing cards, and watching movies in the evening. Everything was spotless, and Jens was a wonderful host—he even brought us fresh towels and was always reachable and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much for everything, Jens!

Karen et Jürgen sont certainement parmi les gens les plus accueillants que j'ai pu rencontrer via Airbnb, c'est à l'opposé de toutes ces usines à logements de vacances qui encombrent ce siteweb désormais ! Ici, le lieu est magique, calme et inspirant, ça a réellement été un plaisir de découvrir cette petite maison et nous espérons y revenir dès que possible. Karen et Jürgen, en plus d'être sympathique et accueillant , sont des gens avec beaucoup d'humour et c'est très appréciable. Merci encore pour ce séjour !! PS : N'écoutez pas Waze pour vous rendre sur place, et lisez plutôt les instructions qu'ils vous enverront par .pdf cela vous évitera de vous perdre dans la pampa, enfin Jürgen se fera une joie de vous expliquer tout en plaisantant sur notre aventure ;-)

We really enjoyed our time at Sigrid's place. Very beautiful environment. The accomodation was beyond what we've hoped for. Sigrid has a very keen eye for details and it shows in the garden and house. And she was very kind and thoughtful during our stay. We already miss Cerca dos Pomares and Sigrid's place!

The place is really beautiful and a perfect location to stay in the area. The appartment is very nicely furnished, has everything you need and a really great terrace and view into the garden. Communication with Sarah was always fast and friendly. Driving to Lagos only takes around 10 minutes. All in all, we had a really great and relaxing time!

Agréable location. Ana est une hôte très agréable et disponible à toutes nos demandes. Beaucouo de jolies balades à faire aux alentours aussi bien côté mer que côté montagne. Et n’oublions pas Kiko le gentil chien de la maison qui après la méfiance des premiers jours a fini par nous adopter.

Wir waren 7 Tage in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Dominik nahm uns freundlich in Empfang. Das Haus ist eine totale Empfehlung. Sehr sauber, angenehmer Geruch, wunderbar auch um zu verweilen, wenn es mal regnet. Zwar ziemlich steil, um zum Haus zu gelangen, aber fussläufig erreicht man alle Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder :)

Absolutely loved staying here. One of the best places in our entire trip and we've been away for 5 weeks! The kitchen and cooking supplies were the best. And we really appreciated the tea, coffee, oil, and vinegar that was available for us. The beds were by far the most comfortable I've slept on. our kids loved the property as well. We would definitly stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking to get away from crowded places and to enjoy a home that truly has everything you need.

We stayed at Rochelle’s house for almost 3 months and it became home away from home. The fenced yard was excellent to relax and perfect for our dog Charlie. We appreciated the pellet stove and wood fireplace. The house was super well equipped. It had everything we needed. We even made good use of the air fryer. Peaceful location amongst orange groves, roosters crowing, quiet street. Centrally located. Less than 10 minutes to Silves and Lagoa and 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. Access to nearby highway. Sad to leave.

We had a very enjoyable stay, plenty of space for the whole family and near enough to places to visit, much more to explore in the area than we had time to do. We had a great time and it was lovely to meet our hosts.

Beautiful residence with all the necessary amenities and extras. The balconies were lovely and the private roof terrace a perfect spot to relax. Finding the house was only tricky due to the hard to see street signs One of the narrow streets were blocked when we arrived, so looking for an alternative route amongst one way streets was a bit difficult, but we managed to get parking right in front. A helpful guide was available, and Suzanne was a great host. A great place if you are visiting Olhão! Thank you!

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass alles für den Strand vorhanden war, wie Sonnenschirme, Liegen und großen Handtücher. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit mehreren Häusern und ist trotzdem privat. Tolle Größe für Familien mit 1-2 Kindern. Unser Sohn liebte das vorhandene Spielzeug. Im März war es etwas kühl, aber durch die Heizungen kein größeres Problem. Im Sommer dürfte das Haus ideal sein, mit dem wunderschönen Pool und dem tollen Garten. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Had a perfect stay for a full month in December - can only highly recommend it. Luz is a lovely little town, with beautiful weather, light and bars/cafes/restos even in winter. The apartment is a perfect base and beautifully equipped with everything one could need. Kate is a formidable host with great recommendations that go beyond the usual. WiFi is fast and steady, so it also works for remote working. Would love to come back.

Tolles Anwesen, Katzen, Hunde, Pferde, Schweinchen, Pool, Tischtennis … alles da was Groß und Klein begehrt, herrliche Ruhe und doch ist der Strand nicht all zu weit weg, können wir nur empfehlen

Lovely stay at Villa Bali with our 2 young children. The villa is beautiful, the pool is lovely (we paid to have it heated so the children could play from morning until evening), and the rooms are spacious and probably the best equipped villa we’ve stayed in. In terms of hosts, we couldn’t have asked for more. Great check in (a lot earlier than advertised), loads of local recommendations, very quick responses and a lovely welcome basket on arrival. Overall great value and will look to return in the future.

Joe and Kersten are warm and welcoming hosts. We had a very pleasant stay in Santo Estevão. Joe was responsive on messages answering questions or issues within minutes. And checked in occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. It is located about 15 minutes away from Tavira by car. Or 20 min walk into the local village. I would recommend this place as a comfortable place to stay.
