If I could give 6 stars I would. Beautiful apartment with fantastic amenities in a quiet area, yet close to the beach and shops/restaurants. 15 minutes walk to old Benidorm and 30 minutes walk to the bright lights. We are booking again for next year we enjoyed it so much.

Great apartment. Great host. Happy to help when the construction workers cut the water pipe so had to turn off the electric and water. Not the hostess fault as the whole building was effected. The apartment next door was having a major refit so that was very noisy for a few days, along with the road construction workers, their music and equipment. We love the apartment and it's position and outlook. We will be back later this year or next year if Maria is happy to have us. Maria offered help when we needed it. Plenty of hot water! Very comfortable, lots of seating inside and out. Thank you 😃

We spent a beatiful 5 weeks through December till mid January in this place with our 2y old daughter. I was working remotely and my wife was enjoying the better climate, sand dunes with pine trees and beaches with our daughter. The apartment is very silent, we found there everything to live there comfortably for the 5 weeks or even more. Bed mattresses are comfy, not too soft. I must highlight the heated floor in kitchen/living room/bathroom that made the stay very comfy because the nights can be as cold as 5 degrees Celsius only. And heated floors and very rare in Spanish buildings. Guardamar in the winter is a not that busy but you still meet a lot of people in the city and at the beaches. The Masymas supermarket just 3mins of walk is great. For car rental I recommend the local ValgeCars. I hope to come back again!

Staying in this apartment in Benidorm was an absolute treat! The view of the sea from the balcony was simply breathtaking—it was the highlight of every morning and evening. The location was ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet just far enough from the busy areas to feel peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!

We had the perfect time in Alicante in Mario Apartments! The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the city center, next to the Mercado Central market, Postiget beach, Santa Barbara Castle and many other attractions within walking distance. The apartment is very stylish and flawlessly clean! Furniture and appliances are completely new and everything is tastefully furnished! Visual delight! He welcomed us personally and allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, made local recommendations, was always in touch, and a separate thanks to Mario, for my little request before check-in! Firstly, Ivan is a wonderful host, and having such a great host makes all the difference. The villa is beautifully presented and contains everything you need to have a fun, relaxing holiday. The pool is perfect and the jacuzzi created a great place to unwind in the evenings. Grocery shopping is minutes on foot and there's lots to do nearby from Crazy Golf, Karting, beach, shopping, etc. I highly recommend Ivan and this villa. Many thanks, Stephen.

La experiencia con en el alojamiento y con Ana y su familia fue de 10. Estuvimos poquitos días pero ellos nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra ipropia casa desde el primer momento. Nos hicieron recomendaciones de lugares que seguimos y fue excelente. Sin duda alguna si volvemos contaríamos con ellos. Muchas gracias por todo!

bonjour, on à passé des bonnes vacances un endroit très calmes de nombreux restaurants aux alentours centre commercial abaneras a quelque mètres de la maison et aussi le parc aquatiques aquapolis de torreveija a deux minutes franchement je remercie beaucoup monsieur anas pour l'accueil

La casa es fantástica, y Sergio es una maravilla de anfitrión. Reservamos la casa en 2019 y debido a la pandemia, por dos años no pudimos asistir y nos la reservó. Nos ha dado muchas facilidades en cuanto a la llegada como ha estar lo más cómodo posible. Repetiremos sin duda!

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

On a passé une excellente séjour. Mercedes est tres gentille, accueillante. L’emplacement est parfaite, l’appartement est propre, bien équipé. Elle nous a ramener un lit bébé aussi :-) On peut que recommander cette appartement. Si on va retourner a Benidorm c’est sur qu’on va séjourner chez Mercedes :-)

Viajamos mucho con airbnb y nunca habia encontrado un piso tan limpio, comodo y ordenado como el de Juan Antonio. El piso está muy bien equipado, no falta de nada. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Está muy cuidado y muy nuevo. Estuvimos como en casa. Desde el primer momento Juan Antonio estuvo atento a todo lo que pudieramos necesitar y nos dio mucha informacion sobre la zona. Muy profesional y amable. Ubicacion perfecta, cerca de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes y transporte publico. Zona muy tranquila por la noche sin ruidos. Le damos un 10 al piso y a Juan Antonio. ¡Seguro volveremos!

Excellent séjour dans une résidence paisible et très agréable. Nous y avons séjourné en famille (2 enfants 6 ans et 4 mois). La vue est juste splendide et l’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

El apartamento de Teresa está mejor comunicado de lo que pensábamos. La playa al lado, el tranvía y autobuses que hicieron que no cogiéramos el coche para nada! Además cuando llegamos estaba muy limpio. Teresa muy simpática y atenta aunque no tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con ella porque no tuvimos ningún problema.

We were left stranded in Benidorm after another AirBNB cancelled on us when we were outside the property. We found Alfredo’s listing as a close by alternative (much better in my opinion) and contacted him to see if he could facilitate a same day booking. Alfredo responded very quickly with clear instructions and help. Thanks to him we didn’t have to sleep on the beach that evening. The apartment was beautiful, in a good location close to the beach, and local amenities near by. Noise from the street was to be expected, but beds were super comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip!

Fantastic apartment located in a convenient location making every part of Benidorm accessible. Lots of eateries and amenities close to the apartment. Apartment was immaculate and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Checkin was easy as was check out. Apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. This apartment will be at the top of my list for staying in Benidorm.
